【綜合報導】不少研究報告都指出充足睡眠有益健康，不過不只睡太少會傷身，睡太多也同樣容易引病上身。
 
美國睡眠醫學研究院(American Academy of Sleep Medicine) 研究54000名年紀45歲以上的人，發現每天睡少於6小時，較易罹患心血管疾病、糖尿病、焦慮症以及過胖問題，睡眠多過10小時以上的人，罹患這些疾病的機率甚至還更高。
 
睡眠專家沙灣巴德博士就表示健康的生活，不只在於均衡飲食和運動，睡眠時間和品質同樣重要，成年人睡眠時間建議為7到9小時，專家建議如果每次起床時都覺得精疲力盡，就表示你的睡眠有問題，應該諮詢專業協助。

標題[問題] Sony ZL 相機鍵不能拍照

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】教宗方濟各(Pope Francis)一向夠「潮」，先前開設推特(Twitter)帳戶吸引了逾300萬名追隨者後，他最近又開了Instagram帳戶，用盡社交網絡去親近民眾。

教宗的Instagram帳戶剛開設不久，已經吸引到超過5000名追隨者，號召力相當驚人。教宗的Instagram已上傳不少照片，包括今年3月人們在梵蒂岡聖伯多祿廣場聚集的情況，也有很多教宗的大特寫。不過要看教宗的自拍照或許會令人失望，因教宗表明只希望藉Instagram給予人們更多啟發，並不是要表現什麼。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間10時許，新北市中和發生一起汽車與機車相撞車禍，警方表示，兩車行經智光街與民有街口時，疑似因皆未減速慢行而釀禍，造成機車姜姓女騎士頭部挫傷送醫觀察，經警方初步了解雙方皆未酒駕，目前已對黃姓汽車駕駛製作筆錄，了解車禍發生原因。

【張欽／台北報導】前立委陳昭南胞妹陳淑美，7年前擔任民進黨中央黨部出納時，得知郭姓女志工外遇急需借錢，於是共謀詐騙熟識的林姓銀行經理，佯稱郭女繼承分得公公房屋，但無力繳遺產稅，遊說林借200萬元，並承諾3個月歸還，事後卻一毛未還，林憤而告陳、郭詐欺。
 
陳淑美事後坦承犯行，並與林姓經理和解，並在審理時先付30萬元給林，法官認為陳女已知所警惕，無再犯之虞，依詐欺罪判陳女3月徒刑，得易科罰金，緩刑3年，全案可再上訴。至於郭女已被依詐欺罪判刑2年，緩刑3年確定。

關說案、監聽案繼續延燒，監察委員洪德旋日前自請調查。洪德旋今表示，已經開始調卷，有很多卷宗陸陸續續都回來了，正在努力消化資料；至於是否擔心有空白帶？洪德旋說，應該不至於，他不相信有人會刻意銷毀現有的資料與證據。

此外，監聽案牽涉到馬英九總統與檢察總長黃世銘，監察院調查的範圍為何？監委吳豐山說，這案子涉及關說，調查從司法院、法務部人員切入，憲法規定總統彈劾權在立法院，但調查權並未說清楚；過去曾因調查需要，就詢過總統。

針對檢察總長任期將至，吳豐山表示，官員任期與調查權行使並無關係，畢竟這是舉國關注的案子，一定會快馬加鞭調查，也許兩、三個月就調查完了。
