【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化市公所今早發放重陽敬老禮金，全市1萬9千多名、超過70歲的老人，每位可領到5百元，加上縣府1千元的禮金，共1500元的禮金讓老人家個個笑呵呵。

由於彰市準備近千萬元的敬老禮金，警方擔心意外發生，特別派員到場護鈔。彰基也出動多位護理師，到場免費位老人家提供健康諮詢，還與老人玩起「洞洞樂」的健康問答遊戲，70歲林姓婦人說，超過半世紀沒有「戳戳樂」，實在很有趣，好像回到小時候。

民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘昨天由多名立委陪同，到台北地檢署控告檢察總長黃世銘洩密等罪，並到台北地院自訴馬英九總統教唆洩密等罪。 記者陳柏亨／攝影

監聽風暴燒向特偵組，民進黨團總召柯建銘昨列舉總統馬英九及檢察總長黃世銘的「十大罪狀」，到台北地院自訴馬英九涉嫌教唆洩密，並向台北地檢署控告黃世銘涉及洩密、加重誹謗、洩漏個資等罪。

柯建銘說：這段時間所汙衊我的人，大家心裡要有數，「你以為汙衊、汙名化柯建銘，就有正當性？這是一個『偉大時代』來臨了，整個台灣的天空，執政軸線已經要改變了。」

柯建銘也以黃世銘涉嫌隱匿證物為由，聲請保全證據，請檢察官查扣特偵組所有監聽錄音帶及通訊監察書。柯建銘說，「就算是空白監聽帶，也總有屍體吧」；且現今科技進步，是否有消磁一查就知道。

柯建銘委任律師陳一銘說，柯建銘提告主要是希望協助釐清真相，且提告後不管此案將來起訴或不起訴，都可保障柯建銘能以告訴人身分到場聆聽作證，等同是「買保險的動作」，避免被吃案。

柯建銘向黃世銘喊話說，「你唯一的逃命線，就是趕快轉作汙點證人，不要當第二個余文」。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委今早在立院院會國是論壇中砲聲隆隆，痛批行政院長江宜樺沒有資格上台施政報告。立委趙天麟指出，江宜樺涉入政爭且早已知情，卻還公然說謊，沒有資格以行政院長身分上台，江與馬英九、羅智強共同發動九月政爭，對國家憲政的傷害，卻連一句道歉都捨不得說，「豈止不讓你上台，應立即下台！」立委陳歐珀也痛批，今天在議場的不是內閣團隊，而是嫌疑犯江宜樺帶領的集團。

立委吳秉叡斥，「江宜樺這個人真的有夠假仙！一個行政院長參與政爭密謀，今天還有臉坐這邊，在野黨已經很溫和，以前連進來都沒資格！」吳也質疑，日前協商已釋出善意遞樓梯，但行政院背後卻捅人一刀，本意根本是不願解僵局，「怎麼有辦法做院長，下台好了」。

國民黨立委陳鎮湘呼籲，愛台灣拼經濟，不要再陷僵局，「家和萬事興，不然台灣沒前途」，民進黨立委林淑芬在台下嗆，「毀憲亂政被約談，可恥阿！內鬥擴及人民，人民遭殃阿！」

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】根據現場目擊民眾表示，這名女性駕駛開往白宮檢哨站，和警衛交談後，開車衝撞路障引發警方關注，駕駛隨後衝撞警車後全速逃逸，連闖數個紅燈開往國會山莊，但不清楚駕駛是否持有槍械，以及為何要如此匆忙逃離，追逐戰來到哈特辦公大樓外結束，駕駛遭開槍擊中，先前傳出確認身亡，不過剛剛警方在記者會上表示，尚不清楚駕駛目前的狀況，也不確定是否遭警方開槍擊中。
 
警方表示開槍當時不知道車上有幼童，不過幼童確定平安，並澄清這應是一起單獨事件，非關恐怖攻擊，先前傳出有3人受傷，目前確認僅1名警員受傷。

標題[普雷] 被偷走的那五年/還以為在看鄉土劇

先聲明，給普雷是因為我覺得張孝全、白百何的演技可以給到好雷， 但因為莫名其妙串場（後來咻咻咻找到新男友云云）讓我決定給回普雷。 ↑如果加上劇情，我想應該要給回負雷囧 昨天一個想放假又被學妹揪的狀態下終於去看了這部片， （學妹像恐怖片女主角，別問我附圖了） 果然不出所料和板上評價，整個囧到爆炸。 雖然我也不大確定需不需要防雷頁， 但還是留個白一下好了。 －－ 先講總體的話，感覺就像鄉土劇慣用題材跟為灑狗血而灑的劇情， 如果導演想表達的是種「人生誰也沒法預料」的感覺， 只能說拍到診斷出阿茲海默症後兩個人的痛苦其實就夠了， 病房和手機錄音那段真的是太多餘。 假專業認真回一下，氣切病人的確可以藉由管路使空氣能夠通過聲門， 進而使病人能夠以非常小的聲音說話， 不過我比較納悶的是呼吸器的power明明現在大部分都做在儀器背面……囧 劇情走向大概是： 撞到頭失憶→→收留我好嗎？好啊→→你現在竟然有女朋友了哭哭 ↓↓ 　　　我有絕症不想拖累你哭哭←←←我們不能重新開始嗎？可以啊 　　　　↓↓ 　　　　讓我死吧／我不要→→→→→你要想想如果你是她你會怎麼做 　　－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 　　　　　　END：關開關。 　　　　　　臺灣目前安樂死未合法，你這有刑事責任 　　　　　　況且安樂死也不是把開關關掉就算了啊！ 但很哀悽的告訴大家我有哭， 我看到何蔓發現原來是自己外遇後回到謝宇家中， 兩個人哭成那個樣子的時候我就跟著哭了， 他們這麼好的演技就這樣被狗血劇情糟蹋，能不哭嗎Q_Q 雖然也有可能是一進電影院那個濃厚的菸味讓我暈到想哭吧……orz 總結，不如去看失戀33天。 （雖然我沒有很喜歡那結局，但至少劇情的安排上比較合理得多。'_7')y-~） -- 曾經有一份吃燒烤的機會擺在我的面前， 但是我沒有珍惜，等到了失去的時候才後悔莫及。 如果非要把這份肉加上一個期限，我希望是…… 三天啦幹，一萬年還能吃嗎囧。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.252.229

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】由於已經長達2星期以上沒有在公開場合露面，北韓「第一夫人」、愈來愈多媒體開始推測北韓最高領導人金正恩的妻子李雪主最近的動向，甚至大膽揣測她是因為身陷「性醜聞」才消失的。

根據日本《朝日新聞》上月21日的報導，有民眾揭發了北韓著名的「銀河水管弦樂團」成員製作並出售「淫穢影片」，導致樂團中有9人遭到公開處決，更糟糕的是，北韓人民保安部透過「竊聽」手段，監聽到「李雪主過去也和我們一起玩」的對話內容。還有網路媒體引述平壤消息人士的說法；「很多高層幹部被上頭叫去，一位高層幹部說夫人(李雪主)身上出現了很大瑕疵。」

李雪主最後一次公開露面，是上月15日在平壤舉辦舉重比賽時，與金正恩一起亮相時。
