【辛啟松／台南報導】移民署台南市第一專勤隊日前獲報，指雲林縣四湖鄉湖西村有養雞戶非法聘僱數名行蹤不明外勞。該隊上周五利用非法外勞午休時段前往臨檢，養雞場劉姓老闆佯稱雇用本國籍勞工，但查緝人員根據曬衣場衣服的款式、花色，研判對方說謊，經詳細搜索，終於查獲4名越南籍勞工，全案依違反《就業服務法》移送。
 
移民署台南市第一專勤隊指出，譚姓男子等3名外勞，在雲林縣四湖鄉湖西村非法受僱於劉姓雇主已1個多月，從事養雞場內餵雞及清潔整理工作，每日工資新台幣800元。這4人中，有2人是受不了原雇主工作繁重又嘮叨；另外2人則是夫妻在台灣工作屆滿，想續留臺灣工作賺錢。劉姓非法雇主當場坦承，因為髒亂的工作，聘用本國勞工不容易，人手不足才出此下策。
