花蓮年貨抽驗 第1批全過關

花蓮縣衛生局本月起進行全縣大規模食安稽查與抽驗，稽查輔導150處年貨食品來源、抽檢及製造場所衛生，第1批75件食品檢驗均符合規定。縣衛生局長林運金表示，還會針對年節食品進行第2波的稽查。

稽查地點包括全縣大賣場、超級市場、傳統市場、製造業等食品販賣業等150家販賣及製造場所。第1波查驗項目包括香腸、臘肉、豬牛肉乾等肉類加工品、花生、瓜子、魷魚絲、蜜餞等南北貨，檢驗結果均符合規定。

新華網昨天（4日）報導，復興航空班機失事，目前已證實31人死亡、12人失蹤、15人受傷。在機上58名乘客中，中國乘客佔31名，其中已有6人罹難，3人受傷。
 
今天（5日）凌晨2點，搜救現場下起大雨，下水視線不良，加上天氣寒冷，為了保護搜救人員的安全，現場暫時停止搜救，預計早上6點30分天色變亮後，在持續進行搜救。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）

根據MarketWatch分析報導，在金融圈裡，一種傳言開始出現：強勁的美元，壓低了系列商品價格，繼而抑制了通貨膨脹。

但Newedge USA公司分析師薛瑞夫(Omair Sharif)認為，這種說法並不正確。

的確，過去七個月，根據美元指數衡量，美元上漲了近19%，創1973年以來，第六大七個月期間的漲幅。

問題在於，美元指數係衡量美元兌六種貨幣的指數，包括歐元與日元。

如果看看美國人買的東西，其實多來自其貨幣不包含於美元指數的國家，主要是中國，還有墨西哥，印度，越南與以色列。

這些國家的貨幣，都不包含於美元指數中。而除汽車外，有近80%的美國進口商品，來自貨幣不在美元指數內的國家，他說。

一項更好的衡量指標，亦即Fed稱之為「其他重要貿易夥伴」指數，在相同的七個月期間，僅上漲7%。薛瑞夫說，這漲幅仍屬強勁，但在歷史上，則並不搶眼。

那麼，近來進口物價大幅下跌，究該如何解釋？

根據美國勞工部數據顯示，進口物價較去年同期下降了5.5%，即使扣除原油，過去一年，進口物價也全未上漲。

薛瑞夫說，這是一種已經存在的趨勢，一如電視與手機，即是如此。例如，自1994年以來，有75%的時間，電視及視聽設備等價格，每月均下跌。

衣裝價格近來亦大幅走低。但他說，近來價格下跌係因折價，非關美元走強，因為進口成衣及棉花的成本，持續上漲。

這項分析對利率有著重要影響。最重要的部份在於，美元的強勢並未真正影響到消費者物價。這意味聯準會(Fed)官員可以更有信心，核心通貨膨脹仍將持穩，最終會開始上升。最後，這也意味Fed將有信心，於今年稍後，開始升息，薛瑞夫說。

復航空難／至凌晨已尋獲46人

台北市南湖大橋復興航空民航機墜落意外，包括機組人員及乘客，共58人，消防署表示，至5曰凌晨1時，共救出46人，其中有22人死亡、9人無生命徵象送醫，其餘人員持續漏夜搜救中。

香港衞生防護中心接獲中國衞生部門通報，在過去約6周，中國新增高達49起感染H7N9禽流感病例。
 
香港《蘋果日報》昨天報導，上述49起病例分別為38男11女，年齡介於1至88歲，其中8男1女已病逝。其中福建省佔30起、浙江省10起、江蘇省7起、廣東省1起以及新疆省1起。

中國衞生部門迄今通報555起H7N9病例，其中浙江省佔最多，有156起；廣東亦有145起，排第2。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）

繼去年7月發生澎湖空難，復興航空（以下簡稱復航）再度發生重大空難事故，引發各界對復航航班安全性的極度不安。復航恐因此受到重挫，無法順利吸引陸客。
 
《華爾街日報》今天（5日）報導，近年有大批陸客訪台，復航趁機主攻陸客飛往台灣的市場。近年來，載客往返兩岸的收入在復航的整體盈收比例逐漸增加。在2009年首度開設兩岸航線之初，復航每周只派出24架班機飛往中國，但自2013年起，復航每周派出50架班機，飛往中國14座城市。去年，兩岸航線業務的收入佔復航總營收30%，遠遠高出其他競爭者的15%。
 
但復航時隔7個月再度發生空難，其安全形象已大受打擊。凱基證券（KGI Securities）王姓分析師（Marc Wang）表示：「這次事件將重創復航的聲譽。」復航恐怕將需要很長一段時間才能重建顧客的信心。在這次失事的復航GE235班機上，有31名陸客。
 
如今陸客是台灣的主要觀光客來源，去年的訪台陸客達近400萬人次，比前年增加39%。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

宜蘭縣冬山鄉冬山路3段，昨日晚間10時45分許發生一起車禍，一部藍色轎車高速失控撞擊路邊三間民宅，最後撞到電線桿後車子才停下，猛烈的撞擊力道，現場猶如被轟炸一般，一片狼藉，汽車零件四散，車頭整個撞毀，引擎、前輪和車身分離四散，被撞的民宅鐵門扭曲變形，而一家情趣用品店也遭波及，玻璃碎裂散落一地，正在店內的游姓業者一家嚇了一大跳，表示只聽到「砰」一聲巨響，出門查看就發現如此誇張景象。
 
奇蹟的是，車上宋姓駕駛（33歲）被救出時意識清楚，僅雙腿、額頭受到些許皮肉傷，事發後約5分鐘自行爬出車外，被趕到的救護車送醫救治，至於肇事原因警方還要調查。（林泊志／宜蘭報導）
