【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】國際電信聯盟(nternational Telecoms Union，ITU)今日公佈年度報告，當中指出巴西的通話費最貴，而韓國在資訊通訊科技的發展上，表現最好。

報告指出，2012年巴西手機通話費在161個調查國家及地區中最貴。同一家手機服務商的通話費平均每分鐘0.71美元(約新台幣20元)；不同手機服務商的通話費平均每分鐘0.74美元(約新台幣22元)。

此外，報告也指出，在總體資訊與通信科技發展上，韓國表現最佳，也是韓國第3年封王。第2~10名則分別是瑞典、冰島、丹麥、芬蘭、挪威、荷蘭、英國、盧森堡以及香港。

【大紀元2013年10月09日訊】（大紀元記者高雲林編譯報導）安省每年有數以萬計的學生重返高中課堂，因為他們欠缺工作及專上教育所需的數學和科學課程，這導致其就業延遲並影響了加拿大經濟。
　　
據《多倫多星報》報導，Let』s Talk Science 組織週二公布的新報告顯示，儘管約70%加拿大頂尖工作要求有STEM教育，但估計不到50%的高中畢業生上過高級科學、技術、工程和數學（STEM）課程。
　　
佩雷拉（Chris Pereira）太晚意識到他要入讀懷爾遜大學城市規劃課程，需要上特定的高中數學課程，在高中最後一學年，他匆忙彌補了大學課程的要求，甚至晚上還要學習大學水平的數學課程，但低分數迫使他在畢業後重上數學課。
　　
Let』s Talk Science創辦人施密特（Bonnie Schmidt）說：「我們努力獲得一個全國的成本數據，但不幸的是，沒有部門跟蹤這些『彌補的』課程。」
　　
不過報告提到了與問題相關的成本，包括在學校多花一年時間推遲就業賺錢，由於職業選擇有限導致收入更少；或納稅人還要為重讀課程的數千學生支付一定程度的學費。
　　
施密特表示，學生們沒有看到大量工作需求科學、技術及數學背景，而且不僅傳統領域有這樣的需求。如報告確定在舞蹈、廚師或美容師領域，人們通常不需要用到科學和數學，但就讀這類大學或學院課程則需求某些STEM教育。
　　
他表示，另一個問題是沒有足夠鼓勵學生參加科學和數學課程。
　　
27歲的沃森（Ruby Watson）表示，她十幾歲時對科學和數學不感興趣，因此也沒想到會需要這些，當她意識到想學習護理後，才發現如果被鼓勵學習，可能會節省一年半的時間提升科學和數學課程，她說之後回去完成高中課程非常耗費時間。
　　
施密特建議，解決STEM教育缺乏問題可將數學和科學課程變為強制性課程。
　　
目前，只有曼尼托巴（Manitoba）和紐芬蘭（Newfoundland）畢業要求12年級數學學分，只有新不倫瑞克（New Brunswick）和紐芬蘭要求有12年級科學學分。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】孟加拉首都達卡的郊區，有一間成衣廠在昨晚發生大火，目前傳出已有10人死亡。

據悉起火的廠房原已關閉，但不少工人漏夜加班，豈料遇上火災。大火徹夜熄燒，蔓延多個樓層，並波及鄰近2棟廠房，消防人員仍在搶救當中。當局已經發現10具遺體，不少工人逃離火場時受傷。由於仍有工人失蹤，當局預料死亡人數仍會增加。

近來市場出現一種新穎萬年青，因植株頂端部分簇生像一朵盛開的蓮花，被取名為「蓮花竹」，屏東花農引進開發市場商機。

屏東鹽埔鄉花農陳閩生3年前引進蓮花竹種植，目前種約2公頃，他說，蓮花竹將是繼一般萬年青之後，更受消費者喜愛的觀葉植物。

陳閩生從中國大陸進口蓮花竹，他表示，屏東氣候及環境適合生長，目前全台以鹽埔鄉種最多，約有4至5公頃，但還不算普遍。

陳閩生指出，蓮花竹屬極耐陰植物，在弱光照的條件下仍然生長良好，他現在嘗試少部分外銷日本，如果成功，他會往美國、荷蘭等國家銷售，獲利較大。

他說，台灣市場變化大，必須搶先機利潤才會高，蓮花竹目前台灣還不多見，如果推廣成功，會是繼萬年青後的另一種商機。

曾是花藝界知名人物的陳閩生，因園藝生意失敗曾潦倒過一陣子，如今東山再起，選擇蓮花竹做為他奮起的園藝植物。

餐廳名稱：黑輪2元 消費時間：102年9月 地址：台南市中西區開山路74號 電話：(06)221-7258 推薦菜色：免費的湯 網誌圖文無音樂版 http://saliha.pixnet.net/blog/post/268035140 黑輪2元就在孔廟的附近， 大路邊，非常好找， 看到復古味濃厚的高大建築就是它了 我們這天來是下午兩點多，當時人還是很多啊！ 店的週遭許多古早味濃厚的擺設跟逗趣的標語 座位散布在四週，主建築附近有一些桌椅 對面也很逗趣的架了個類似車棚的座位區 選好喜歡的座位，就到門口點餐吧 點餐方式： 拿個盤子依序排隊， 輪到時，從鍋中拿出自己喜歡的黑輪放到盤子上， 然後攤上的店員會問要不要小菜(小黃瓜、毛豆、烤魷魚之類的)， 接著走到後方可以看要不要加點紅茶， 之後就可以拿回攤子上了，吃完再結帳 點餐的時候可以注意一下，有價錢之分喔， 竹籤頭是紅色的就是5元的，沒顏色的就是2元的 不過就算是5元也是很便宜，所以我點餐的時候也沒在注意顏色， 而且重點是．．．．其實2元的黑輪真的超級超級超級少啊！！ 不知道是真的種類少還是被大家搶購一空， 觸目所及都是5元的黑輪 基本上這些黑輪吃起來就是一般的火鍋料，沒什麼特別之處， 純粹是吃趣味的， 有些一串5元真的還蠻便宜的，像百頁豆腐， 不過有些串也可以看出那是把火鍋料切半串起來的吧XDDDDD 另外有一些則是一串只有單個 涼拌小黃瓜 $30 這是另外點的小菜，像這種沒辦法插竹籤的菜色， 店員就會把小菜給你的同時也把代表價格的竹籤數給你， 像下面放的6支竹籤就是小黃瓜的價格 (一支紅頭竹籤代表5元) 這小黃瓜還不錯，有加蒜頭去拌， 脆脆的很清爽， 這種天氣來一盤還挺消署的 小魷魚乾(2片) $50 我好愛吃烤魷魚乾，所以一定要點一份這個， 咬起來一樣也是很有嚼勁，有魷魚的香味跟淡淡的鹹味 免費的湯 別忘記點餐的地方還有一大鍋湯可以免費享用， 像我們就是快吃完了，我才想到有湯可以喝， 這湯非常的燙，所以小心取用， 盛湯的時候，鍋內沒什麼料， 但有很多大骨在鍋中， 盛湯後，碗中那個細細碎碎的不知道是什麼， 不過這湯實在太好喝了！！！！ 喝到這碗就很值得了， 味道清淡卻十分鮮美，熬的好香！ 所以我喝了好幾碗還有點欲罷不能ＸＤ 好喝好喝 用完餐後，就把竹籤放進桌上的桶子裡，拿去結帳吧 （所以用餐的時候竹籤要收好啊！） 算一算，這次吃了167元，也不貴啦，很好玩 總結 雖然說是2-5元， 份量上還是成正比啦， 吃這攤主要是吃趣味的， 享受古早味的用餐環境跟氣氛， 如果想要吃得飽，那可能有點難ＸＤ 不過湯真的蠻值得喝的， 我看到好像有網友有喝到不同口味的， 我也好想喝喝看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.72.236.186
