標題[問題] 機車行事故拖吊費用與處置? (省桃醫院旁)

各位好: 親戚家前面一兩週前發生一起事故， 一台 TOYOTA 逆向撞上停放在店門口的汽機車一共7台， 車主沒保強制險... 現在聽說還在賴不賠償 其中親戚的機車也撞毀，由於龍頭歪了不是很好牽， 加上因為當時整條路上的人都在看， 不到兩三百公尺的機車行就來幫忙拖吊， 不過因為 肇事車主 現在刻意要拖延不處理， 親戚想說不要把車一直佔在人家那裡，想把車拖回， 結果機車行要求拖吊費用 1000元 而且要移出還要把大牌拆下，然後移到店門騎樓外， 看過這麼多車禍，不太了解，這是有啥特別考量嗎? 車禍事故真的是最不想讓人遇到的 @@" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.121.35

為了實現更快的線上閱讀速度，Chrome 外掛程式Beeline Reader用了一個簡單又高效的方法：彩色的文字。Beeline Reader 基於 Readability 的程式碼，在讀者閱讀時會重新編排網頁文字的格式，使其變成一行行顏色漸變的文字。據研究，這種方法可以使閱讀速度加快 10%。

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】薄熙來不服一審判決，提出上訴，10月8日上訴期滿，山東省高級人民法院經審查，依法決定予以受理，不過是否開庭審理則取決於上訴內容。

如果上訴是針對量刑，二審法院不會開庭，如果薄熙來是對事實和證據提出異議，可能影響判決結果的，二審法院就要開庭，如果不影響判決結果，那麼可以開也可以不開。根據中國刑訴法相關規定，二審法院審理被告人上訴案件，不得加重被告人的刑罰。

如果確定可以開庭，專家分析薄熙來案一審時進行微博直播，反應普遍良好，因此二審也可能會繼續採取微博直播的方式，將薄案做為司法公開的典型案件，至於對於二審結果，專家預測，因為薄案證據確鑿，二審很有可能維持原判。

大家好~ 今天想要來問問大家 如果幾乎每天濕敷的話 一瓶健康化妝水大概可以用多久? 由於最近周年慶 很想購入囤貨 已經有一瓶了 在想要不要再買一瓶 以下是我自己的試算 周年慶有拿到三瓶27ml的健康化妝水 27ml大概可以敷兩次 也就是兩天 27ml*3 大概可以用六次~七次 = 81ml用六次~七次 換算起來的話330ml大概可以用一個月左右 隔天敷可以用兩個月 三天敷一次可以用三個月 可能因為最近皮膚狀況比較不穩定 會出油 又會乾燥脫皮 最近就很想要每天敷 冰冰涼涼很舒服 喜歡它有鎮定效果~ 但畢竟不便宜 想好好斟酌是否要在周年慶多購入一瓶囤貨 大家能否給我意見 到底該不該囤貨?! 謝謝大家~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.207.230
