孟加拉首都達卡北方的一間成衣廠，8日晚間發生大火，經過消防人員搶救，火勢已得到控制，但仍估計至少有7人死亡，50多人受傷。

意外發生時間正好大部分人都下班，但還是有50多人受傷，至少7人死亡，附近消防站的水源不足，導致火災發生時無法及時撲滅，當局出動10組消防隊，花了6個多小時搶救，火勢才稍稍控制住。

地方警長霍森(Amir Hossain)表示，火勢現在已獲得控制，雖然這棟2層樓建築物部分區域依舊在悶燃。另外，已經辨認出2具遺體的身分，也將遺體交給家屬，還有5具遺體被燒得難以辨認。

孟加拉約有四百萬人從事成衣加工業，在國家出口額中占8成，算是部分人仰賴維生的行業，但卻一直存在不安全的問題，引起外界關注。今年四月達卡附近一家成衣廠就是如此，由於廠房規模宏大，當場壓死了一千一百多人，也讓孟加拉成衣業的作業環境，備受詬病。

獲諾貝爾和平獎提名的巴基斯坦維權少女馬拉拉．尤沙夫賽表示，自己的貢獻還不足以贏得和平獎。馬拉拉先前就讀的學校今天關閉，因為她遭塔利班攻擊正好滿一週年。

16歲的馬拉拉（Malala Yousafzai）因挺身對抗塔利班，去年10月9日遭塔利班開槍擊中頭部，自此成為替所有孩童爭取受教權的全球代表性人物。

馬拉拉的勇氣受到世界各國領袖推崇，她前往聯合國發表演說、自傳本週出版，11日將得知自己是否榮獲諾貝爾和平獎。

她在接受巴基斯坦電台City89 FM訪問時，提到想為推展教育奉獻更多心力，並說自己還不夠資格獲頒諾貝爾獎。

她說：「有很多人應該獲得諾貝爾和平獎肯定，我認為自己仍需做出更多努力。我認為自己的貢獻仍不足以抱回和平獎。」

在巴基斯坦西北部極度保守的史瓦特河谷（Swatvalley），女性多被期待待在家煮飯及養育兒女。官員表示，這裡僅約半數女孩有上學，2011年更僅34%。

馬拉拉遭攻擊後被送往英國接受治療，現在就讀伯明罕（Birmingham）的學校。

馬拉拉當時險些在槍擊中送命，她位於史瓦特主要城鎮明哥拉（Mingora）的母校，今天因槍擊事件滿1週年而關閉。

不願具名的教師告訴記者：「學校在槍擊事件滿週年這天關閉，以表達對馬拉拉的支持。明天學校將照常運作。」

此外，馬拉拉表示，追求和平必須與好戰分子談判。她立志未來從政，「改變國家的未來」。

她在接受英國廣播公司（BBC）深入專訪時表示，必須與塔利班對話，才能獲致和平。

然而巴基斯坦塔利班組織發言人夏希德（Shahidullah Shahid）說，如果有機會，塔利班會再鎖定馬拉拉，就像對所有反對塔利班的人一樣；夏希德並否認，塔利班對付馬拉拉，是因為她為女孩爭取受教權。

內外交迫，「團結」竟成今年國慶的「最後一塊拼圖」。

馬英九總統今天將以「堅定方向，團結奮進，開創國家新局」發表國慶演說，但馬王相爭餘波盪漾、民間抗議遍地開花、立法院持續空轉、民進黨發動倒閣；這個國家現存的圖像，無疑是支離破碎、遍體鱗傷。

國慶大典演奏「快樂希望歌」，場外可能伴隨「馬英九下台」的叫罵聲；當國慶晚會上演歌舞昇平的戲碼，博愛特區卻布滿拒馬蛇龍。此情此景，必然成為雙十國慶最諷刺的畫面。

馬總統將在國慶演說登高一呼，大家應一起團結奮進，留給子孫開放繁榮的經濟環境、理性關懷的公民社會、和平發展的兩岸關係，以及友善合作的國際空間。

沒有團結的基礎，「經濟繁榮、理性關懷、和平發展」似乎都成為遙不可及的空中樓閣；團結已成為全民最基本、也最卑微的心願。

今天國慶大典的重頭戲，就在馬英九和王金平獨處的九分鐘，馬王能否破冰的關鍵九分鐘，深深影響馬總統接下來的三年任期。

國民黨大老連戰、吳伯雄願當和事佬，促成馬王和解；六大工商團體聯袂呼籲「息政爭、拚經濟」，馬王都應該拿出大智慧，不要動搖國本。

馬英九不只是國民黨主席，更是超越黨派的國家元首，在野黨和企業界都呼籲召開國是會議，團結拚經濟不能成為口頭禪，而是身為總統責無旁貸任務。

雙十國慶只有一天，國泰民安、國運昌隆都只是口號，更重要的是國慶過後，老百姓生活能不能變更好？

馬總統今天一早將從官邸的層層拒馬中出來，轉向被維安人力包圍的總統府；國家元首在國慶日當天如此難堪，讓人無限感嘆。

網誌圖文無音樂版 http://jay0909.pixnet.net/blog/post/38083247 ============================================================ 拉麵吧在中壢大同路上，不過其實靠新生路比較近，算是一個中壢排隊的店家。 不過在中壢那麼多年，今天倒是第一次吃，所以倒是懷著期待的心。 我們當天六點到，櫃台說要等一個小時，果然用餐人數眾多，果然要等待一下。 今天我點的是醬油拉麵大碗的，個人覺得醬油味道不會很重，淡淡地算是好喝。 麵的部分，個人覺得沒有想像中好吃，湯頭比麵好吃。 雖然是間小小的店面，自從大家口耳相傳，電視節目報導過後，從此排隊時間幾乎都要1 小時左右。 營業時間從11:00~14:00，17:00~21:30，下午是有休息的，每周日公休。 這是店家的菜單，基本上拉麵130元起跳，有分標準跟大碗。還有豬排 鮮蝦 或是雞腿肉 串燒可以選擇。 初次來到這邊，可以點招牌叉燒來吃，個人比較喜歡醬油拉麵。 桌面上有七味粉可以使用，還有一些簡單的調味料。 口渴了，店家也有提供茶包，可以自己泡茶喝。 台客炸豆腐，一份50元，不是臭豆腐的味道，裡面弄得還算軟嫩。 這是招牌叉燒豚骨拉麵，上下兩圖 ，上面是小碗的，下面是大碗的，兩個差10元。 個人覺得豚骨味道比較重鹹，不是我習慣的味道。不過叉燒肉真的很好吃。 我點的是 醬油拉麵+雞腿肉串燒，個人覺得醬油拉麵湯頭比豚骨好吃。 上面已經說過，個人覺得麵條我覺得還好，比較普通。 烤雞腿肉串，肉質還算軟嫩，還算好吃。 心得 今天吃了兩種口味，醬油拉麵跟豚骨拉麵，個人比較喜歡醬油拉麵，比較清淡好喝。豚骨 拉麵比較重鹹。 麵的部分我覺得比較普通，不是我喜歡的麵感覺。 整體來說，個人覺得拉麵吧比較像是台式拉麵。 只是等待時間真的算是有點久，要很有耐心。 [拉麵吧] 地址：桃園縣中壢市大同路84號 電話：(03)422 0111 營業時間：11:00~14:00，17:00~21:30(每周日公休) -- 斯麥樂三號 - 旅遊美食台灣趴趴走 部落格 http://jay0909.pixnet.net/blog Facebook http://www.facebook.com/smile3pixnet -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.182.86 ※ FloatingBoat:轉錄至看板 Taoyuan 10/09 23:17

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】英國航空(British Airways)2名空姐，穿著制服在浴缸中上演「濕背秀」，一名空姐先將頭髮淋濕，另一名空姐則幫她抹洗髮精，並拿蓮蓬頭往她身上沖，白色的制服頓時變得透明，內衣若隱若現，最後還乾脆直接將制服脫掉，這個空姐洗澡秀的影片，出現在YouTube上後，吸引超過10萬人點閱，成為熱議話題。
 
長達8分多鐘的影片，去年就上傳到網路上，雖然影片中的空姐穿著英國航空的制服，還繫有名牌和英航的招牌領巾，不過英航表示已經展開調查，確認影片中的空姐，是否真的是自家員工，並揪出她們的身份。
