【陳建彰／台北報導】台達電（2308）位於美國的Delta Products Corporation（DPC），於10月9日在DTE Energy電力公司美國總部展示其創新的智慧電動車充電設備（Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment，EVSE）。
 
台達電於2012年獲得美國能源部（DOE）3年研發專案，該專案的目標為降低50%的整體電動車充電系統成本。這次在期中報告展示雛型設計的交流電動車充電器具備ZigBee及WiFi通訊功能，展示即時的能源管理功能，為3年研發專案的重要里程碑。出席當日展示的貴賓包括美國能源部、DTE Energy與Bosch等政府及業界代表。
 
DPC總經理黃銘孝表示，智慧電動車充電設備將可更有效地管理電力，降低使用者的用電成本，幫助電動車及插電式油電混合車的市場發展。此項突破也與台達的經營使命「環保 節能 愛地球」一致。
 
台達電動車充電器具備需量反應及負載控制功能（Demand Response Load Control， DRLC），可透過ZigBee與智慧電錶取得通訊，讓電動車及插電式油電混合車在電網於低電力負荷與低電價時進行充電，優化電力使用情形。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國西維吉尼亞州一間法院，今日稍早傳出有一名男子手持突擊步槍，闖入法院後開了15~20槍，最後這名槍手已經遭到擊斃。

據了解，這名槍手在開槍過程中沒有直接傷人，而有一名員警被擊破的玻璃割傷，隨後槍手遭到擊斃。目前當局正在進行深入調查。

東亞運男籃賽10日中華隊83比59大勝關島隊，取得2連勝，簡浩獨得19分，11日下午1時中華隊將迎戰蒙古隊。

此戰因關島隊實力較弱，中華隊由曾文鼎、陳世杰、劉錚、蔡文誠、簡浩等5名球員先上，上半場結束中華隊以32比25領先。

下半場再戰，中華隊靠著投籃高命中率以及身高優勢，開始將比數拉開，第3節中華隊攻下21分，關島隊只拿10分，最後一節再狂砍30分，終場贏了關島隊24分。

中華隊簡浩得19分最高，另有3籃板，周柏臣得11分、8籃板，蔡文誠得12分、8籃板，呂政儒得9分、5籃板，曾文鼎得8分、4籃板，戴維斯得6分、6籃板，林志傑7次投籃都沒進，得分掛零，而且還有7次失誤。

10日另一戰韓國76比68勝蒙古，中華隊將在11日下午1時迎戰蒙古隊，力拚預賽3連勝，分組第一晉準決賽。

獻上今年九月早秋變髮心得文 此為網誌版 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/blog/post/260706026 依稀記得似乎是從去年下半年開始漸漸吹起復古風， 許多知名女星、網拍模特兒開始留起長瀏海， 由於對時尚的敏銳度太低，當初我完全沒有慾望把瀏海留長－－－ http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294356511 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294365616 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294356850 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294365595 直到我看到這些照片.....　ヾ(*′∀‵*)ノ 也太正了吧(σ・Д・)σ★ 怎麼這麼隨興卻又有型，自然又不失時尚！！ 再加上看見身邊幾個時尚敏銳度超高的朋友， 早就默默培育(!?)起原本齊眉的短瀏海， 更加深了要將瀏海留齊的慾望！ 耐著僅存的一點點性子，只要每次到忍耐的臨界點， 總要看看上面那幾張美女圖， 才能繼續漫長的蓄髮計畫。 先讓大家看看之前的樣子 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294366255　 就是髮量比較稀少，又很細，實在是很不喜歡扁塌的樣子， 但是又沒有太多整理之前的照片，只好用這張頂替。 這次是想要嘗試以往從未考慮過的整理方式，感覺燙跟染、剪..都是基本步驟了， 太前衛我又俗辣，太普通又不能忍受（到底是要怎樣(ノ `Д′)ノ 於是經過許多資料蒐集，決定要進行這輩子第一次的接髮！ 整體工程比想像中還浩大！在接髮前和設計師做了一次深度的詳談， 這次的設計師是Lewis 雖然看起來年輕， 但據說接髮經驗豐富 (原本的頭髮是給同一間髮廊的另一位設計師ERIC處理)， 討論過程中也不會有壓迫感，完全的輕鬆愉悅， 這點我覺得對我個人而言還蠻重要的， 因為如果碰到太強勢的設計師我會害怕而不敢暢所欲言， 但是又會因為已經坐在髮廊裡面而不敢起身走人硬著頭皮給對方用， 弄完覺得委屈又超氣自己這麼膽小＞　＜ 在這裡就還要順道一提， Lewis能夠真正的尊重客人的需求與決定（還有天馬行空的蠢想法）， 不會表面上敷衍你，實際上還是按照他的意思弄～ 我們的討論內容不外乎，要甚麼樣的長度、量、層次的分明度也會講到， 算是非常詳細， 因為這些會和髮片的訂購有關係， 當然也直接影響了你錢包的傷殘度┌┤′д`├┐。 Lewis建議我使用最新的貼片式接髮，一來比較容易適應，頭皮也比較不會造成負擔， 二來在接上髮片時所耗費的時間會縮短許多，比較不用坐這麼久！ 但礙於我還是會有想要將頭髮整束紮起來的時候， 怕綁高馬尾時，貼片銜接點會浮浮凸一塊很不順， 所以還是選擇了編髮式接髮，（他大概很想砍我吧XDDD　超不聽話的客人） 至於熱熔管是聽說拉扯時比較不舒服，異物感相對明顯， 也比較重一點所以不在考慮範圍。 顏色是因為還沒想到要染甚麼所以暫且擱置，捲度則是要自然隨興的波浪。 有了定案之後，決定立馬先進行燙＆護髮的步驟，再將層次修剪成討論的結果， 沒有立刻接是因為，真髮髮片還要跟廠商訂，不是隨去隨有的！ 而且髮片到了以後，也要燙、染，這樣接上頭髮才有一致性。 成品圖是這樣 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273988959 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273989358 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273989385 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273989826 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273989751 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/273989742 這是9月初弄的，廣受好評，但不知情的人都不知道我這次還有接髮， 可見得接得很成功，不會假假的。 維持了一段時間，後來覺得想要更顯眼、更誇張，而且頭髮因為布丁太嚴重也想染了， 所以又再整理了一次～ 因為我的頭髮太容易直了， 加上我其實沒有遵守弄好那兩天不要碰水，所以加速了他直的速度， 接著還有再燙，成果是髮根還有瀏海處更明顯，髮尾處做了雙色染， 但是又不會很囂張，和主體色是同一個色系，比較像漸層式的暈染， 翻雜誌說這是比較神秘的顏色(*′∀`)~♥ 獻上後來再整理的照片 http://blingxx11.pixnet.net/album/photo/294366348 推一波～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.155.174.5

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市警方推出「行動交警」的專業服務，將警用巡邏車與機車的優點結合，在部分150CC警用重型機車後座加裝置物箱，除了能攜帶各種事故處理執勤裝備，同時又能保有高度機動性的優點。將針對市區容易塞車的路段及郊區有旅遊景點的派出所與交通分隊優先配發，「行動交警」出勤將可比巡邏車節省約10到20分鐘的時間。
 
交通警察大隊長黃家琦表示，「行動交警」為的就是有效提升處理交通事故的時間，節省民眾時間，尤其針對轄內有快速道路及橋樑和易壅塞路段來設置。交大未來也將依各分局實際使用情形來檢討與調度，讓「行動交警」的服務能深入新北市每個角落。

【林佳樺／綜合報導】18歲的日本高校生女演員鈴木沙彩昨(8日)慘遭日菲混血的前男友割喉捅腹身亡，事後前男友已被警方逮捕。
 
家住東京三鷹市某住宅區的鈴木沙彩，8日傍晚5點左右，在放學回家途中遭21歲的池永查爾斯湯馬士尾隨割喉，身中數刀倒地不起，鄰居聽到尖叫聲立刻通報110，鈴木送醫後不治身亡。
 
根據媒體報導，兩人透過FB認識，案發數天前，鈴木已被多次跟蹤，曾到警局備案，嫌犯池永查爾斯湯馬士表示，「數日前已買好兇刀要來殺她」，池永犯後逃亡時，還疑似上網PO文「我恨她」。

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】根據路透社報導，今日稍早發生的利比亞總理席丹(Ali Zidan)遭綁架一案，研判是利比亞叛軍為了報復美國5日在利比亞境內逮捕通緝多年的恐怖份子利比（Abu Anas al-Liby）所致。
 
美國國務卿凱瑞曾證實利比亞政府知曉美國5日的逮捕行動，一名民兵發言人對路透社記者透露，席丹遭綁架應該是為了報復利比亞政府協助美國逮捕利比。英國外相海格（William Hague）也對此發表聲明進行譴責。
