【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】將愛犬交付航空公司託運，沒想到抵達目的地後，居然是領回一個空籠子，這起事件發生在去年1月2日，中國一名倪姓飼主，將寵物白色貴賓狗「格格」，託給海南航空運送，從北京運往海口美蘭機場，飼主到美蘭機場領回格格時，被告知格格已經死亡，航空公司表示，小狗在轉運途中跑出籠子衝向飛機跑道，3名人員圍捕多時都抓不到牠，當時剛好有一班飛機準備降落，為不影響飛航安全，只能採取應急措施，開槍將狗射死。

飼主悲慟不已，決定控告海南航空，今年10月10日開庭，主人表示她依舊無法釋懷，格格的死造成她巨大打擊，要求海南航空賠償近10萬人民幣，並歸還格格屍體，航空公司則表示第一時間已向主人道歉，而且是由於籠子和運送方式有問題，責任不能完全歸給航空公司，他們願意退回託運費，但認為賠償金額過高，希望能和飼主進一步協調。

【張麗娜／台北報導】針對馬總統國慶談話，民進黨發言人王閔生表示，人民關切的不是總統怎麼說，而是總統如何解決自己製造的憲政危機，是不是對其自己的毀憲行為負責！王說，今天是馬總統第6次發表國慶談話，「過去他說的，幾乎都沒有實現；今天他說的，還有誰會相信？」

王說，在國慶典禮的管制區周邊，那麼多的公民團體紛紛要求馬總統對其毀憲亂政道歉下台、要求黑箱談判的服貿協議重啟談判、要求停建核四、要求下修鳥籠公投及罷免門檻等，馬卻始終充耳不聞，今日也絲毫沒有任何回應，對照馬總統在今日講話中強調的「總統的首要任務就是遵守憲法，落實憲政」，還說營造關懷弱勢的公民社會是其主要工作目標等，格外顯得諷刺。

對於馬總統重申兩岸非國與國關係，並再三吹捧ECFA與兩岸服務貿易協議的經濟效益云云，王閔生說，現階段兩岸政策的最大問題，是不透明、不民主，這些協議對國家的經濟與安全高度敏感，並涉及各行各業廣大人民的直接利益，馬總統卻堅持黑箱作業，既不問人民的意見，也不受國會的監督，「只有附庸於他的核心利益集團決定」。

另對於馬英九重申兩岸不是國與國關係、兩岸同屬中華民族等說法，王閔生說，如果馬總統在兩岸政策的一切作為，只是為「馬習會」這樣的「歷史定位」創造條件，或為其遂行「一中」目標，把自己的意識形態和利益凌駕於台灣整體利益與人民的意志之上，民進黨絕對不會接受，一定抗爭到底。

大陸選秀節目高規格製作，在華麗包裝的表象後，卻屢爆黑箱作業，《中國夢之聲》8月底結束總決賽，也遭外界質疑造假，賽制曾取決「場外支持率」定生死，後又改回由導師點評，非但讓網友詬病，連選手也措手不及，《超級星光大道5》冠軍孫自佑與有“東方Adele”之稱的劉思涵，都坦承有深刻體會。

節目以「真人秀」方式呈現，添加情感故事串聯豐富為可看性，可追根究柢其後的真偽，恐怕評審、選手早已是心照不宣。孫自佑透露：「硬要強調什麼，做效果不真實，反而私底下大家感情是真的，那個拍出來才是好看的，刻意要做一個效果，變成只能用演的，很多私下玩鬧在一起，怎麼都沒有拍下來？」

奪下12名也在台發行首張個人專輯【擁抱你】的劉思涵也表明，當時她演唱快歌爆冷遭淘汰，讓主持人林海、導師韓紅極為氣憤，一度引發熱議。表明錄播節目多少有表演成分在，她說：「明明4位導師還沒來，要表現看到人欣喜、不安的情緒，有時也要補些表演鏡頭，跟著節奏擺動，其實台上是沒有人的。」

實力唱功是基本必備條件，該節目致力打造偶像，自然從參賽者選歌、造型和定位都有其專業考量，劉思涵坦承太多時候身不由己，沒有自我選擇的空間，但她用正向思考應對，「有時過不了心裡那關，但做藝人本就不能全按照自己心意，必須要有些妥協，在這個舞台上不知道自己適合什麼，比賽中讓我有機會嘗試。」(接下一頁)

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市警局各分局偵查隊每日勤務編排12小時，但自上月起每日增加1小時，每人要服勤13小時，比派出所警員要多上1小時，此擧引起基層火大不滿，質疑「1市2制」，「是要把基層操到過勞死嗎」？

基層偵查佐表示，全國各縣市刑警單位只有高市刑警要上13小時，太不合理，每天多上1個小時，壓力及體力負荷都加大，造成休息時間縮短且不足，難道基層真的是豬狗不如，要被操死才有人關心？

高市刑大大隊長林炎田表示，這是考量實際需求，必須排入午、晚餐用膳時間各半小時，不然連吃飯也報超勤說不過去。
