標題[心得] 我失業了……

找了三個月終於找到一間好公司，上班第一天，環境漂亮、辦公桌也很不錯，整體來說是一間很心動的公司。 但公司要我簽一份契約，標題寫著約聘六個月，但我當初應徵的是正職，約有寫到半年期滿再簽一份雇傭契約，而試用是三個月，到這裡都還算合理。 但契約內容寫到，公司可以隨時解雇我、我不能提出資遣費補償，如公司資源浪費、公務損壞要罰薪資五倍罰鍰，如果無正當理由離職視為礦職，需罰薪資的十倍罰鍰，離職需公司同意跑完公文才可離開，如未找到人則需繼續工作一個月，公司營運不佳需解雇，不得要求資遣費，如果離職兩年內至類似同業工作需罰薪資十倍或公司年營業額所得之罰鍰。 看到這裡我簽不下去…自己也將兩份契約書拿給家人朋友看，每個人都勸我這不是一間好的公司，不符合勞基法，都勸說我不要衝動簽，但在那個環境我被深深吸引住了，薪資給的也不錯，現在工作又那麼難找，最後我還是告訴公司我無法去上班。 哀……現在的我又失業了，祝我找到好工作吧。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.88.8

標題[請益] 用到一半主機發出顆顆聲後當機

剛剛主機忽然發出顆顆幾聲,之後網頁視窗就無回應,連關機跟工作管理員都不行, 接著就進入藍白畫面然後螢幕黑掉...,這時候電源還是開著的, 可是按重新開機的按鈕沒有反應,只好按住電源鍵關機後再重開, 重開機後過沒幾分鐘又出現一樣的狀況 我用HDTUNEPRO看了硬碟 狀況除了C7項目外都是良好 接著測溫度顯卡50 CPU也才40 都很正常 目前懷疑是POWER問題..請板上大大提供意見 感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.66.41

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市新生北路一棟大樓，今天晚間6時許，位於4樓的民宅突然冒出濃煙與火光，附近鄰居發現趕緊打電話報案。警消趕抵現場搶救，火勢15分鐘後撲滅，搜索火場後並未發現人員受困，但在屋內發現屋主所飼養狗狗遭濃煙嗆死。

陳姓屋主向警方表示，當時外出2個小時，返家時才發現自家發生火警，不清楚為什麼會發生火警。警消表示，現場疑似電線走火引發火警，確切原因交由火調人員調查。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】2013宜蘭鴨鄉鴨香活動中的「第1屆創意鴨肉、蛋烘培伴手禮」競賽，包括國立蘇澳水產職校、羅東高商等4校6組學生是報名競技，競賽第 1階段評審（佔總分80分），今天在羅東聖母護校進行，學生們展示事先完成的作品一較高下，經評審，最後是由蘇水水產食品科、羅商餐飲科以72分同為最高分。
 
宜蘭畜產科長吳銘鋒說：參賽學生們均發揮創意，將鹹蛋、及皮蛋、鴨肉，變成午茶點心的杏仁鴨香塔、皮蛋果仁塔、鴨香鹹派、黑皮鴨等，還有走復古風的古味鹹蛋糕、鴨肉狀元酥，其中，更有學生直接將整粒皮蛋入餡的皮蛋酥，與融合了鴨蛋、鹹蛋黃及鴨賞混搭風的鴨香蛋糕，真是挑戰大家味蕾。
 
另外，競賽第二階段（佔總分20分）評比，將於11月2日在羅東中山公園的鴨鄉鴨香活動開幕式中，由現場100位來賓、民眾試吃給分，兩階段總分最高者為冠軍。
