【陳培煌／台北報導】立法院外交及國防委員會與經濟委員會聯席審議「北太平洋公海漁業資源養護與管理公約」及「捕魚實體參與文書」案，農委會副主委胡興華報告時承認台灣參與這項公約過程中曾遭到中國刻意打壓。外交部次長柯森耀面對民進黨立委許添財質詢時也承認，「過去談判之中確實有點困擾」。

「北太平洋公海漁業資源養護與管理公約」及「捕魚實體參與文書」案已經委員會審查通過，提報院會進行二、三讀。

立法院今日上午將討論是否解凍勞委會預算案，關廠工人將動員數10人，要求立法院衛生環境委員會務必把關，屆時關廠工人代表也將於上午10點到立法院行動。

關廠工人代表表示，若勞委會沒有提出具體的解決方案，不得對勞委會預算解凍，關廠工人也將持續抗爭。

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】苗栗縣苗62線泰安鄉清安村路段，昨下午1時左右發生一起肇逃死亡車禍，老翁葉阿象（82歲）徒步返家途中行經此處，疑身體不適倒臥路面，準備進入泰安溫泉區的同向5部車，第1輛見狀急切到對向車道閃過，第2輛廂型車因未保持安全距離，完全未注意到地上有人，煞車不及直接將老翁輾爆頭身亡，肇事車輛駕駛竟加速逃逸無蹤。

警方昨晚尋獲肇事車輛，赫然是泰安湯悅溫泉會館交通車，肇逃駕駛潘智豪（24歲）說，擔任交通車駕駛工作快滿1年，昨午載客人去火車站搭車，回程路過案發地點時，感覺有壓到東西，但不確定是壓到人，因一時緊張才會逃離現場。

檢警今天近午相驗時，死者兒子氣憤說：「當時後方有多輛車目擊，還是大白天，他沒停車救人，竟還敢開車逃跑，真的很過分！」潘男被依過失致死、肇事逃逸罪嫌移送法辦。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】越長時間黏在椅子上，未來引發心臟疾病的風險越高。
 
荷蘭一研究中心調查373名成人，分別記錄下他們32歲和36歲時，看電視和運動的習慣，並用超音波測量受試者的動脈硬化狀況，結果顯示4年後，頸動脈硬化程度最嚴重的比程度最輕的，每天平均多花20分鐘坐著看電視，而且即便他們依舊每天維持正常運動習慣，並不會改善久坐造成的負面影響。

研究人員表示動脈逐漸硬化，是晚年引發心血管疾病的前兆，專家建議每天坐著的時間，最多應不超過2小時，站起來多走動，絕對有益健康。

【楊景婷／綜合報導】中國導演賈樟柯執導的《天注定》今年提名6項金馬獎，他和演員老婆趙濤合作13年，前年在威尼斯浪漫結婚，工作、生活全綁在一起，賈樟柯說，夫妻平時很少吵架，不過這次拍《天注定》卻因造型起爭執。他透露：「我幫她設計女俠造型，特地選了一條紅色燈籠褲，但她卻覺得現在女生哪有這樣穿，不願意穿。」
 
2人僵持不下，他只好花了好幾天找資料，最後才說服老婆。賈樟柯過去征戰各大影展，卻是第一次入圍金馬，他笑言：「我當時人在紐約，早上5點多接到通知，很開心！不過這次入圍電影太強，誰贏都很棒。」夫妻倆屆時也會來台灣會影迷。

標題[討論] 我到底該買哪一台

小弟目前在做醫療業務，主要是跑各區醫院，省道跑比較多，在年底前想買車，所以陸續一直都有在看，幾乎所有品牌都看過了（高級車不在此列）！ 列入考慮的車目前有Elantra , Sentra , 還有Altis Elantra是覺得他外型跟內裝真的是我看過同級車最好看的（不包括四出尾管） Seantra外型和內裝還ok，也較省油，但是看板上好像比較少討論這台車 Altis就是中規中矩，比較耐操，零件比較不容易壞 各位鄉民覺得哪台比較適合我？還是有更推薦的同級車？ （手機排版較亂請見諒） -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.245.208.24
