【李宜儒／台北報導】鴻海（2317）董事長郭台銘表示，集團要加碼投資台灣的人才、技術及未來，其中投資地區包括日本、台北、新北市、竹北、苗栗、台中、台南、高雄都有，另外鴻海要全力招募人才，目前包括台中及高雄的人才招募進度都大約只有10%左右。

鴻海周三晚間舉行動員大會，為時約3小時，據了解，鴻海希望集團年輕化，因此參加的員工主要都是40歲以下，約有700~800人參加。郭台銘在會中表示，要加強徵才、讓人才年輕化。鴻海預計下周也會在中國廠區舉行動員大會。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國丹佛班奈特一農場主人，數年前在鄰近野地發現一頭後腿嚴重受傷的野生美洲駝，請來獸醫幫牠治療時，獸醫表示如果未及時治療，這頭美洲駝根本無法在野地生存，隨即開刀修復斷裂的腿，但手術失敗，獸醫建議可能得讓牠安樂死。
 
不過農場主人不忍心，決定幫牠截肢，並募款為牠裝上義肢，最後還決定收養牠，幫牠取名為崔帕德，經過6年來的照顧和復健，期間換過不少義肢，今年7月專家為崔帕德量身打造適合牠的義肢，經過3個多月的復健，現在已經能自由行動

【趙大智／台北報導】《蘭陵王》裡的「雪舞」林依晨和「鄭兒」毛林林外型、性格、聲音都不同，許多中國電視劇播出時，台灣演員往往需要配音，但《蘭陵王》播出時，林依晨原音上陣，反倒毛林林是配音，而且找的是為孫儷的甄嬛、林志玲的小喬的中國配音員季冠霖。

總監製陳玉珊透露，兩位女演員剛好相反，林依晨知道要用原音上陣後反問:「妳確定我不用配音？」毛林林卻希望能用自己的聲音演出。但當時看過試片的人都喜歡林依晨的聲音，覺得這樣「很偶像劇」，

【陸運鋒／台北報導】警鈴大作！知名饒河觀光夜市今天凌晨0時許驚傳火警，台北市消防局獲報後，立即趕往現場救援，到場發現公寓5樓冒出濃煙立即佈線搶救，上樓搜救時，發現大樓內1名年約80歲的男子不良於行，趕緊將該男搶救下樓，所幸男子並無大礙。

鄰居表示，當時聽到警鈴大作，屋主奪門而出大喊，我家臥室在冒煙，鄰居趕緊將滅火器借給屋主滅火，但是火勢仍無法控制，警消到場後順利將火勢撲滅，警消表示，初步查看燃燒客廳及臥室約10坪，詳細起火原因仍有待調查。

【盧麗蓮、陳亮諭／綜合報導】警政署長王卓鈞今天上午赴立法院內政委員會備詢前，反駁最新一期《壹週刊》的報導，指稱某情治首長遭廉政署監聽，每3天召妓1次，他強調，「絕對和本人無關，絕對不是我！」還賭上烏紗帽自清。

昨天出刊《壹週刊》報導，特偵組監聽國會電話，在柯建銘之前還掌握高金素梅畸戀，當時她與現任內政部長李鴻源的甜蜜對話，早就被特偵組當言情小說在聽，未料還爆出情治首長召妓。

黃文玲詢問，遭自家人監聽有何感想？王卓鈞答詢說，當然感覺不好，「但是可以證明，我沒做任何違法犯紀的事」，強調自己絕不可能做違法亂紀的事情，身為機關首長絕對不行；他說，只要查證屬實，就下台負責，但各界如果有此期待，恐怕會失望。

為促進歐洲企業來台投資，經濟部投資業務處處長邱一徹10月9日至17日率「2013年歐洲機動招商團」赴德國招商，並與三家高科技領導廠商Dialog Semiconductor、MerckGroup、Actuator Solutions，簽署投資，總計投資金額達新台幣60億元，經濟部將協助該等公司加速落實來台投資及營運計畫。

Dialog Semiconductor全球電源管理晶片領導廠商，該公司專注於開發及創新可攜式電子產品領域的電源管理晶片，將更進一步與台灣其他半導體公司發展策略合作關係。

Merck Group為平面顯示器液晶材料領導廠商，該公司2005年在台投資新台幣9億元建立「液晶生產暨研發中心」，並於2013年再度投資數億元台幣，在台灣擴建「新技術研發暨應用中心」，針對OLED面板、LED照明、3D技術和可撓式面板等新技術，提供台灣市場關鍵材料研發服務與實驗室資源分享。該集團將持續在台灣市場發展新興電子產業上游材料，並配合產業發展情形投資所需的營運與研發資源。

Actuator Solutions為全球記憶合金致動器廠商，應用於工業、醫療、消費性電子產品等多項領域，其中應用在汽車座椅控制器之致動器在全球市場之市占率已高達9成。

招商團此行除與3家德商簽署投資意向書外，並於德國法蘭克福及柏林各舉辦1場台灣投資商機說明會，以吸引更多的台外商來台投資；亦拜會德國機械公會、法蘭克福萊美兩河地區國際投資促進會、巴登符騰堡邦國際投資機構等單位，簡報我國投資環境及自由經濟示範區，經濟部也將協助有意來台投資者來台考察投資環境。
