【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市麗榮皇冠大樓本周日發生外牆砸死婦人事件，導致大門被拉起封鎖線，造成民眾進出不便，商家生意大受影響。戲院工作人員說：「幾乎沒人潮，影響很大。」另外1家服飾店也抱怨：「一天光顧的客人不到20人，慘兮兮！」

基隆市政府今天發函要求管委會，大樓出入口須加裝「安全防護走廊」，否則不能拆除封鎖線。大樓管委會總幹事吳進財表示，今天早上9時許，已請工程人員加裝防護走廊，預計花費20萬元，明天就會完工。

小弟剛退伍 禮拜一就接到康軒面試通知 初試 1 on 1 由經理面試，幽默風趣，但我依然表現專業撲克臉，盡量行銷自己（誰叫我讀行銷呢）！ 由於當晚協理不在，無法馬上複試 （什麼？這麼快？） 當下跟我說這兩天會通知複試！ 當晚就接到經理通知，隔天早上跟著跑，看看環境！ 跑了半天後，吃完北門口（還吃大顆的），就回家等待通知！ 到了下午突然通知晚點可以複試，於是整理好出發 複試也是 1 on 1 這個隸屬中南區段的協理就比較嚴肅些，話術上單點突破，也在抓你心理，看你是否適合！ 連續兩天面試後，等待禮拜五通知是否試用（祈禱中）！ 薪資福利很滿意（畢竟我只是個新鮮人） 月薪：3.x K 週休 三節，年終1.5 業績獎金 勞健保 公司配車配油 手機排版，傷眼抱歉 第一次發這麼長的文表達 內容不好請包含 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.10.75.129

標題[問題] colt plus冷氣不冷

各位車友好，想請教一下冷氣不冷的疑惑： 車型是 colt plus io勁速型2011年款，顏色是寶藍色 出廠年月不太確定，應該是同年10月或9月吧 至今里程數接近兩萬 買來就覺得冷氣好像不太冷，不過當時是冬天便也沒多做在乎， 幾個月後春節連假期間跑了一趟墾丁出遊， 當時墾丁雖然不到艷陽高照，但也屬晴空萬里，氣溫大約在20~25度吧， 就明顯感到冷氣幾乎無效，上車開了半小時還是後背濕溽，簡直烤爐。 對比同行友人的yaris更是明顯，車發動冷氣開兩三分車內外就有顯著溫差。 回家後剛好該回廠保養，順便提了這個問題，但原廠只給了敷衍似的回答： 『可能是車色屬深色本來就比較吸熱，而小可內裝空間較大導致冷氣控溫速度較慢， 經檢測後冷氣本身沒有問題。』 好吧，原廠說的那就姑且信之，雖然說服力很薄弱… 但隨時序移至盛夏，實在熱的不行， 到熟識車行檢查一下，一看就說冷媒不足， 冷氣管都不會流汗怎麼可能車內會涼，灌了冷媒要我再觀察看看。 是好多了，但…對比yaris、teana、甚至zace小貨車，這冷度都遠遜，只能算微涼， 後座幾乎冷氣無感。不信邪買了個溫度計擺出風口測溫，10度上下，應該很夠力啊… 沒轍，只好以後座不常載人為由撐過去。 轉眼又過了一年多，前陣子碰到個朋友買小可二手車，好像是07或08年款吧， 他說他沒有冷氣不冷的狀況，這又撩起我的疑惑，百思不解之下上來po文求解， 煩請各位大德釋疑，感謝 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.225.69

今天（17日）是華盛頓預算紛爭的重要日子，但不會是美國可能債務違約、或無法支付其他帳單的日子。

17日被白宮定調為美國沒錢履行債務義務的日子，不過這其實是財政部無法再利用會計手段舉債的日子。從5月觸及16.7兆美元的舉債上限以來，財政部已透過延後部份退休金計畫、暫停資助穩定國際金融市場的基金等短期措施，讓美國得以繼續發行新債，並支付帳單。

按照技術定義，財政部其實已經超越16.7兆美元的舉債上限，目前流通在外債務已達16.75兆美元。

財政部說，一旦無法利用會計手段舉債，美國只能靠手頭約300億美元的稅收和現金，支付債務利息、社會安全支票和履行其他義務。
