標題[問題] 含珠光或亮片的蜜粉卸妝方式?

最近買的幾款蜜粉都不約而同的含有珠光... (madia蘋果肌、P&J蜜粉、ETUDE HOUSE的蜜粉餅) 然後現在面臨一個問題... 原本自己也沒注意過卸妝後是否有殘留細微亮片這件事 前幾天回IPSA做肌膚檢測時(那天是用ETUDE HOUSE的) 櫃姊幫我卸了好幾次後用檢測儀器都還是可以看到一些亮片 當下有點嚇到，不過櫃姊是說因為櫃上是用化妝棉搭化妝水的方式， 所以在家自行卸妝再用洗面乳後應該都可以卸的掉， 但也是要注意亮片殘留有可能對毛孔不好 結果最近幾次用蘋果肌蜜粉晚上很認真卸妝(卸妝油)洗臉後， 仔細盯著鏡子看居然還是可以看到細小亮片!!! 想請問板上的各位大大，有遇過這樣的情況嗎?? 是我洗卸方式出問題還是說這類產品本身就會有這樣的情況發生? 如果無法避免亮片殘留，那亮片留在臉上會不會對皮膚不好? 或者是有沒有更好的解決方式呢? 想了很久不知道這篇應該放在美妝板還是美保板...>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.29.63.8 ※ 編輯: mudog 來自: 163.29.63.8 (10/17 20:36)

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】聯合國大會在台灣時間接近昨天(17日)午夜，順利投票選出安全理事會5個新任非常任理事國(Non-permanent Members of the Security Council)，由於安理會是聯合國旗下所有組織中，唯一有權採取強制行動的機構，雖然非常任理事國沒有絕對否決權，仍具相當地位。

新選出的5個非常任理事國為查德、沙烏地阿拉伯、立陶宛、奈及利亞和智利。

【徐珮君／台北報導】兩岸互設辦事處協商因人道探視問題仍膠著，陸委會副主委發言人吳美紅下午在例行記者會上表示，人道探視是互設辦事處關懷服務民眾的核心功能，如對方一直都沒有鬆口，「兩岸互設辦事處的協商腳步，我們認為是可以放緩的。」

吳美紅說，兩岸互設辦事處的協商已舉行過4次，中國對我方要求人道探視的問題表達充分理解，但目前仍沒有正面的回應，呼籲中國務實看待，共同努力務實面對。

　　由 Warner Bros. 携手 DC Entertainment 和 Interactive Entertainment 聯合打造的人氣冒險動作新作《蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢起源》（Batman：Arkham Origins），原本預定於今年 10 月在歐美地區推出家用主機版，沒想到家用版日前宣告延期至 12 月，倒是 iOS 的行動版本搶先在今（17）日和各位玩家見面了。

　　與今年中推出的《超級英雄：武力對決》（Injustice: Gods Among Us）十分類似，《蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢起源》也是家用主機版本的簡化作品，玩家一樣可以透過點、觸、劃、連打等指令操縱蝙蝠俠進行戰鬥，不同的是由於蝙蝠俠使用各種高科技道具來輔助戰鬥的英雄，所以會擁有更多額外的指令來發揮這些道具的功能。另外，玩家可以在遊戲中收藏各種不同的蝙蝠俠服裝造型，這些收集紀錄將能與主機版本的紀錄產生連動，互相解鎖遊戲內容。

  

　　《蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢起源》目前已經在 iOS 平台免費上架，另外遊戲也將隨後推出 Android 版本，有興趣的玩家朋友可以透過下列連結前往下載。

力行村長林忠正望著邊坡崩塌滾下大量碎石，淹沒力行產業道路，無奈地說：「這就是我們的回家路！」 記者紀文禮／攝影

午夜零時，南投仁愛鄉一群山青靠著手電筒的微弱照明，急著用擔架扛生病的老人下山就醫，但道路崩塌中斷，走了四小時才把病患送上救護車，老人家不幸往生。

這條編號「投八九線」的力行產業道路，一再修建，但逢大雨就斷，當地部落居民無奈自嘲：「這根本是力行『慘也』道路！」

力行村長林忠正站在高處，望著大量崩塌碎石混合毀損的邊坡駁坎、護欄，把路淹沒的慘狀，搖頭嘆氣地說，力行「慘道」升格鄉道三年多，這條村民回家的路一直就是這麼慘。

力行產業道路長五十三公里，一九六八年開闢，現成了台灣最險惡山路的代表。

去年六一○豪雨及泰利颱風後，坍方一百多處、路基塌陷卅六處，柔腸寸斷，至今還有九個「上坍下塌」的大險關，一下雨、路就斷，得等雨停，靠怪手挖出路供人車勉強通行，而這竟是沿線發祥、力行、翠華三村五部落兩千多居民回家唯一的路。

「什麼時候才有安全回家的路？」年近七旬的翠巒部落林老太太，和丈夫騎機車下山到霧社看病，林老先生說，這趟路「路況好的話，三小時『就到了』。」他們小心翼翼通過滿布坍方、坑洞、水漥的投八九線「趕路」就醫，時速廿公里已是極限。

「部落的人最怕下雨天生重病。」力行村望洋派出所副所長周輝明，和山青背著、扛著急病村民摸黑徒步下山就醫不下卅次。他經歷用擔架徒步四小時送重病部落老人下山就醫，老人等不及救護車馳援就上天堂，「現在想來，還是很心酸！」

力行部落長老白明惠說，投八九線在九二一地震前還很好走，大地震重創山坡路基，可惜政府沒長遠規畫，一味頭痛醫頭、挖挖補補，擋土牆蓋在地滑區，下一次大雨就前功盡棄。

十四年來，力行產業道路的災修復建及維護支出驚人，前後投入不下廿億元，光是二○○七年七二水災後就砸了五點七億元，卻換來「慘道」一條。

南投縣神木村民同樣有「回家路難行」悲情。神木國小聯外道路災後修復工程，遭檢查官查出縣長李朝卿涉嫌收回扣、偷工減料，村民忻軍直氣憤地說，連村民賴以活命的路都偷工減料，「無法形容有多失望。」

仁愛鄉長張子孝說，去年四月時任副院長的行政院長江宜樺，曾體驗力行產業道的顛簸難行，「終於了解力行產業道路真是難走呀！」江宜樺支持延長投八○線接通瑞岩、紅香、翠巒三部落，並同步復建投八九，期盼此案早日實現。

立委孔文吉指出，行政院已核定三點一億元的投八九線復建經費，希望南投縣府勿重蹈覆轍，兼顧環境與交通，給鄉民一條安全回家的路。
