【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】爆肝不見得能領高薪，還得靠著優異的腦子，才有辦法為自己搏一份漂亮的薪水。

根據美國就業與職場網站glassdoor本月最新資料，今年全美軟體工程師平均年薪前25大排行榜中，即將IPO（Initial Public Offering，首度公開上市）的社群網站推特（twitter），意外地比蘋果（Apple）還要高。而在台灣部分，宏達電資深工程師年薪上看250萬台幣，比在台積電上班賺得多。

全美軟體工程師平均年薪前25大排行榜中，網路通訊設備商Juniper Networks的軟體工程師最開心，以15.99萬美元（約471萬台幣）居冠，全球最大商業社群網站LinkedIn以13.64萬美元（約402萬台幣）居次，第3~5名依序為雅虎（YAHOO！）、Google及推特。不過，該調查報告並未納入股票薪酬。

在台灣工程師的「薪」情方面，觀察glassdoor於9月下旬更新的薪資排行表，如果在半導體教父張忠謀領軍下的台積電（2330）上班，年薪最高約可領180萬台幣；在IC設計公司聯發科（2454）工作，加計紅利及獎金，年薪上看200萬台幣。

至於本土品牌智慧型手機大廠宏達電的資深工程師，年薪最高可領150萬台幣，乍看似不亮眼，然而若加計紅利，最高甚至上看250萬台幣，最令人羨慕。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中1名陳姓電腦工程師(33歲)，坐靠窗處辦公，每天太陽西移就曬到他的右臉，每天至少日曬4小時、曬了10年，半年前他右眼視力變差，就醫發現竟是單眼白內障，手術後恢復。

《蘋果》報導，中國附醫眼科部主任蔡宜佑說，白內障是水晶體混濁致視力不良，過去是「老年人的眼疾」，建議逾30歲的近視民眾，若單眼短時間內度數暴增，可能出現白內障前期水晶體硬化，應立即就醫。醫生提醒，烈日下務必戴太陽眼鏡、帽子防曬，以免視力受損。

【林志青／台北報導】北市愛國東路今天上午10時許，當街發生一起夫殺妻的案件，1名63歲趙姓男子懷疑58歲的林姓妻子外遇，趁著上午妻子做資源回收時，持路旁石塊打傷妻子頭部，林女雖然立刻逃跑並向路人求助，但仍遭趙男追上，並以預藏的水果刀刺入妻子左胸，附近民眾見狀嚇得報警，林女隨後被送往台大醫院急救，但情況並不樂觀。

目擊者向警方表示，林男持刀刺殺妻子前，還大喊「林北要給你死」要置她於死地。林男被警方帶回派出所偵訊，訊後依殺人未遂移送法辦。
