美國舉債上限問題一如以往，美國參眾兩院終在期限前，通過提高債務上限法案，最後一刻化解違約危機，讓憂心美債違約而進入「備戰狀態」的各國央行，鬆了一口氣。

回顧歷史經驗，自一九六○年以來，美債上限已調升近八十次之多，目前美債也累積高達十六點七兆美元，等於平均每八、九個月，兩院就會上演一次債務上限談判。這回也不例外，本次舉債上限警報只是暫時解除，並非完全化解。明年二月七日前，參眾兩院必須再度面對債務上限問題，全球金融市場又得再看一次美債岌岌可危戲碼。

長久以來，美國總是以不負責任的以拖待變，面對債務上限問題。不過，對於目前正走向復甦的美國來說，這或許不是壞事。

美國可趁債務遞延解決的空窗期，努力端出好看總經數據。因現階段初領失業金人數與非農就業人數等重要指標，並非直線好轉，而是進三步、退一步，讓外界對美國經濟好轉抱持疑問；若美國能在明年二月前，明顯改善就業市場，或讓其它經濟數據，保持樂觀成長，屆時再度面對債務問題，美國有經濟實質好轉當靠山，絕對有助於縮小對全球股市的衝擊。

另外，從美國債務十六點七兆美元絕對金額來看，一直提高上限，擴大債務金額亦非好事，只會讓這個燙手山芋愈來愈難解決。若不幸出現債務違約，對全球的殺傷力，只會有增無減。

同樣地，美債上限危機暫解，也能給予全球市場喘息的時間，以台灣為例，只要國際不發生黑天鵝事件，外資持續進駐台灣可能性將大幅提高，台股也能安心地上演傳統第四季旺季行情，除了有助投資市場信心回溫，股市向來是反應經濟的櫥窗，也能提振台灣經濟發展信心。

【吳惠菁／綜合報導】郭采潔最近在花東拍新片《寒蟬sex appeal》，她昨晚在微博向當地鄉親致謝：「明天我要回家了，過幾天再回來！要謝謝台東和花蓮民眾、店家、大學、飯店、政府單位的照顧……你們的參與要助我們明年春天走去坎城！」
 
她也透露收到台東大學學生的私訊，她表示：「我其實真的很喜歡有時候這樣偷偷回覆你們信息！因為我有時候也會寫信給我仰慕的人，然後他們有的時候也會回覆我，這是讀草間彌生自傳時候的啟發！她也寫信給她的偶像。」該學生惋惜自己無緣遇見在校園拍片的她，她回應「希望有機會在某個角落遇到」，十足窩心。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】昨天晚上8時許，新北市119接獲民眾報案，1輛小黃在板橋區的民生路三段衝上了安全島，車頭冒出陣陣白煙駕駛疑似受困。
 
警消獲報趕抵現場後，駕駛小黃的游姓運匠（約50歲）已經自行爬出車外並未受困，游男向救護人員表示自己身體突然感覺不舒服，一陣暈眩車子就衝上了分隔島。救護人員對游姓運匠作初步的檢傷，其身體只有些許擦傷，但發現其血壓有過低的情形，經游男同意後將他送醫做更詳細的檢查。

葉姓男子接到自稱「楊雨慧」的女子電話攀談，對方以「沒錢學瑜珈」、「好友子宮外孕」等理由，接連向葉騙取12萬元。去年底「楊雨慧」又稱欠當舖利息，希望葉再援助2萬元，葉覺得有異，報警抓人。台北市警大同分局逮捕出面取款的女車手簡安明，士林地檢署偵結，依詐欺罪將簡女起訴。

簡女表示，她因積欠卡債，才受「楊雨慧」指使領款，每次可抽一成贓款，但她不知道主指者的身分。

【趙大智／台北報導】湯志偉本月初和女友Juby（郭美珒）秘密登記結婚，昨天則在台北101教會舉辦婚禮，湯志偉今年入圍金鐘獎，雖未頒獎，但已先在台上發表得獎感言沾喜氣，而他與前妻生的兒子湯寶龍則在婚禮後受洗。

這場婚禮由小馬和黃嘉千主持，友人為這對新人開心，在臉書上分享喜悅。湯志偉和Juby感情風雨不斷，Juby是音樂人馬兆駿遺孀，和湯志偉戀情曝光時曾被指是他婚姻中「小三」，但男方解釋當時已和前妻離婚。昨天這場婚禮兩人都笑得十分開心，一塊攜手建立新的家庭。

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】爆肝不見得能領高薪，還得靠著優異的腦子，才有辦法為自己搏一份漂亮的薪水。

根據美國就業與職場網站glassdoor本月最新資料，今年全美軟體工程師平均年薪前25大排行榜中，即將IPO（Initial Public Offering，首度公開上市）的社群網站推特（twitter），意外地比蘋果（Apple）還要高。而在台灣部分，宏達電資深工程師年薪上看250萬台幣，比在台積電上班賺得多。

全美軟體工程師平均年薪前25大排行榜中，網路通訊設備商Juniper Networks的軟體工程師最開心，以15.99萬美元（約471萬台幣）居冠，全球最大商業社群網站LinkedIn以13.64萬美元（約402萬台幣）居次，第3~5名依序為雅虎（YAHOO！）、Google及推特。不過，該調查報告並未納入股票薪酬。

在台灣工程師的「薪」情方面，觀察glassdoor於9月下旬更新的薪資排行表，如果在半導體教父張忠謀領軍下的台積電（2330）上班，年薪最高約可領180萬台幣；在IC設計公司聯發科（2454）工作，加計紅利及獎金，年薪上看200萬台幣。

至於本土品牌智慧型手機大廠宏達電的資深工程師，年薪最高可領150萬台幣，乍看似不亮眼，然而若加計紅利，最高甚至上看250萬台幣，最令人羨慕。
