【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】「民間開放電視行動」20日發起遊行，抗議當局發牌黑箱作業，未獲得免費電視牌照的港視員工，現身說法表達心聲。

黃美棋（藝員）：「多謝每一位同事，雖然是很不捨得，但希望你們有好的前途。」

劉順安（總導演）：「將自己奮鬥20年的成果，信任剛剛認識的一群人，他給很大的信心我們去做。」

陳宇琛 (藝員)：「帶住一個夢想、一個希望，大家一團火、一條心去想做一件好事，一件有創意的事。」

林少枝 (創作總監)：「人家不敢做的，我們嘗試去做，這個是他給我們最大的指示。」

陳宛蔚(藝員)：「希望離開的同事，他們會有好的前景，天無絕人之路，希望大家會有機會再見。」

王育明 (剪接主任)：「 現階段我反而想花多點心機，把我們拍出來的片集，配合最好的後期製作。」

馮里奧 (後期製作部主管)：「 我們好辛苦用了半年時間建設團隊，發生這樣的事，老實講到現在也不太能接受。」

【大陸中心╱綜合報導】上海歡樂谷的雲霄飛車「藍月飛車」今上午10時許發生故障，16名遊客被掛在半空中，最後只能步行走安全梯回到地面。
 
園方稱是感應器故障所致，更換感應器並測試後重新啟用。不過上月28日它也發生過故障，28名遊客受困，當時也是感應器出問題。

【胡治言／綜合報導】馬英九總統昨出席全國運動會開幕致辭時，抗議民眾在馬後上方約百公尺距離的觀眾席向馬丟鞋，雖未擊中，但因距離太近，國安人員隨即在馬身後架起人牆保護，並制伏丟鞋男子。

《蘋果》報導，馬英九昨在全國運動會致辭時，觀眾席上20多名民眾拉起「毀國殺人、民不聊生」布條嗆馬，更有一男子潛到馬後上方百公尺距離的觀眾席，往下丟鞋襲馬，讓國安人員高度緊張，立即制伏丟鞋男、搶下布條。而馬英九面對抗議鼓譟則拉高分貝說：「我們要展現運動家風度，好不好？」「我們要展現公民水準，好不好？」「我們要展現民主風度，好不好？」他並要全部選手高喊「加油！」蓋過抗議鼓譟聲。

對於公開行程被嗆，總統府昨表示，有關維安問題，馬總統都交國安特勤單位依標準作業程序處理。

中華職棒成立至今24年，兄弟象隊今天宣布「即將走入歷史」，尋求買主接手，統一獅隊即將成為僅存的元老球隊。

兄弟象隊董事長洪瑞河、領隊洪芸鈴今天在兄弟飯店召開記者會，席間宣布兄弟象尋求轉賣，希望在年底前找到買主，如果年底前沒有談成，最多明年再打一季。

1990年中華職棒元年開打，兄弟象、統一獅、三商虎、味全龍是4支創始球隊。

統一7-ELEVEn獅領隊蘇泰安得知象隊尋求轉賣時表示，「沒有兄弟象就沒有中華職棒，感謝兄弟象的付出」。

獅隊如今成為僅存的元老球隊，蘇泰安說，24年來雖然許多球隊相繼離開，但統一獅投入職棒的決心沒有改變，今年簽下郭泓志就是展現誠意，「期待未來環境更好，職棒需要各界的大力支持」。

今年以前中華職棒已經退出的企業包括俊國、時報、味全、三商、誠泰、中信、興農、第一金控，以及因假球案除名的米迪亞。

Lamigo桃猿領隊劉玠廷從小是兄弟象球迷，對象隊有特別的感情，得知消息不免感到惋惜，但談到球隊的經營，劉玠廷說，「桃猿隊會正面看待這件事，繼續認真經營」。

義大犀牛去年接手興農牛，領隊謝秉育說，得知象隊尋求轉賣，除了肯定兄弟球團的貢獻，也期待更多大企業入主職棒，讓整體環境更好。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】拼經濟也要顧好身體！今晚7時許，新北市板橋區大漢橋發生1起車禍，1輛從板橋往新莊方向行進的計程車，不知道為何突然衝上路旁安全島，一旁民眾見狀紛紛報警。警消趕到現場後，發現計程車司機並無大礙，只是虛弱的坐在車內，後來司機才不好意思的向警消表示，可能是因為血糖太低一時頭暈，才會撞進安全島。
