【林奐成／綜合外電報導】西非馬利共和國上周六發生沉船意外，保安部部長薩馬基（Sada Samake）昨天表示在船隻殘骸中找到更多屍體，死亡人數由39人增加至72人。

法新社報導，薩馬基召開記者會指出，這場意外總共釀成72死、11人輕傷，有210人安然無恙。

一艘載著大量貨物及乘客的船隻，上周六在尼日河沉沒，事發地點距離馬利首都莫普堤北方70公里，是馬利歷來最嚴重的海難。

在英國BBC影集「新世紀福爾摩斯」（Sherlock）裡飾演天才主角而走紅的英國男星班尼狄克康柏貝奇（Benedict Cumberbatch），即將登上10月28日出刊的「時代」雜誌國際版封面。

康柏貝奇最近才被英國電影雜誌「帝國」（Empire）票選為2013年全球百大最性感男星，演出從小螢幕跨到大銀幕，他挑戰多元戲路。例如在「闇黑無界：星際爭霸戰」（Star Trek Into Darkness）裡飾演高智商的反派角色，接下來則在「危機解密」（The Fifth Estate）裡飾演維基解密的創辦人亞桑傑。

「時代雜誌」因他飾演一連串聰明絕頂的角色，以「天才的詮釋者」來形容他。這些角色雖然讓他大放異采，但也讓他變成別人眼中的「明星」──而這是他最害怕的事。

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】路透社18日獨家披露，美國國家安全局（NSA）受限於頻寬問題，未能在「深喉嚨」史諾登（Edward Snowden）前往夏威夷辦公室工作前，安裝最新的反情報外洩軟體，才讓史諾登得以下載數萬筆機密資料，釀成憾事。
 
根據美國官員對路透社的說法，美國大兵曼寧（Bradley Manning）在2010年將五角大廈與國務院數十萬筆機密電文洩漏給維基解密（WikiLeaks）後，美國總統歐巴馬為了更嚴控取得機密資料的管道，委託雷神公司（Raytheon Company）的相關部門研發監控軟體，藉此封鎖「內賊」，並開始於政府機構安裝偵測未獲授權取得及下載資料的監控軟體。但遠端行動中心受限於網路頻寬不足，遲遲不能安裝監控軟體並確保有效運作，才讓史諾登有機會竊走大量機密。

沒想到我原本只是想分享買到好東西、又無敵便宜的文章 結果還是有水水私信或推文也有意思也想買，於是我拿出化妝包想盡量把東西看個詳細（我的眼睛發炎紅腫了第五天，腫得眉毛都自然挑高了） 粗心如我，我買來歸買來，也用了好幾回，我一直以為兩個$79只是透明蓋子$49黃金眼影筆只是一支尾端有標示顏色的銀棒…… 造成水水們的困擾真是抱歉~~ 言歸正傳！ 首先來的是全體合照（燈光皆為日光燈，只開一顆所以略暗） http://ppt.cc/REMb 所幸我剛弄的時候預覽圖挺大的，黑玫瑰那個是shadow cream（背面有個02應該是色號），蓋子有金字的是shadow base，還有傳說中黃金甲的眼影筆 另外我也看清楚了，base的蓋子上寫Art Collection - Eyeshadow base 黃金甲眼影筆是JITNNA EYE SHADOW ｛四個韓文｝PENCIL，色號03 Primer相片（上為珠光，下為base） http://ppt.cc/3xs7 預覽圖base的部分因為手毛所以看起來效果有點差，而珠光剛摸時可能因為天氣涼所以略硬，但沾取時手溫又讓它變滑順，base則是依舊水潤 黃金眼影筆相片 http://ppt.cc/OxOC 畫起來觸感還是非常好，而且我只來回畫了幾下，真的很顯色很鞏俐對吧？！（有點老王賣瓜的fu...） Kevin老師輸慘了~~那兩盒簡直入了冷宮囉@。@ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.70.45

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】繼俄羅斯專家指出小行星「阿波菲斯」(Apophis)可能在2032年衝撞地球，上周烏克蘭天文學家也發現一顆巨型小行星，正向地球前進，預計將會在2032年8月26號到達。假如小行星正面撞上地球，撞擊的威力，相當於2500枚核彈同時爆炸。

這顆小行星為「2013 TV135」，一旦撞向地球，足以摧毀接近26萬平方公里土地，大約相當於紐西蘭的面積，屆時地球氣候將會從此改變。如果小行星撞向人口稠密地區，會帶來重大傷亡。小行星撞中地球的機率是63000之1，其實撞上地球的機會很低，不過即使撞不中地球，小行星亦很可能在距離地球軌道160萬公里的地方，與地球擦身而過。

美國太空總署形容，小行星潛在極大危險，相信到2024年，當小行星進一步靠近地球時，天文學家可以更準備判斷。地球被撞中的機會有幾多。目前另一顆最有機會威脅地球的小行星，是「2007 VK184」小行星，預計會在2048年撞擊地球，機會率是2700分之1。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】「妳家風水不好，來跟我住，可以改運。」高市一名女子在路上遇見一名男子搭訕，竟信以為真跟對方回家同居一星期，且發生性關係。

《蘋果》報導，被害女子年約25歲，今年7月在高市街頭遇見一名梁姓男子（30歲）兜售平安手環與小神像、平安符，梁男假意詢問：「最近運氣是不是不好？」女子認為最近工作運不佳頻點頭，梁男直指「妳住的地方風水不好，搬來跟我住，幫妳改運。」當晚，梁男就對女子說，「一起睡，改運會改得更完整。」女子不疑有他，與梁男同睡一床並發生性關係。女子母親得知後氣炸，帶女兒到醫院驗傷，欲對梁男提出妨害性自主告訴。女子卻向警方稱「他沒強迫我。」承辦警官說，男子搭訕手法熟練，不排除有其他女子受騙，將持續進行蒐證。
