http://ppt.cc/z8cV 大統長基公司黑心油案，彰化檢方19日起清查犯罪所得，並啟動防止負責人高振利脫產機 制。檢方表示，該公司疑似7年前開始販售黑心橄欖油後，見錢眼開，大舉以同樣手法牟 暴利，查扣到的2、30個手寫獨門配方表寫滿A3紙1張2面，「良心被錢矇蔽 」。 彰化檢方昨日再清出「純正香油」230cc與500cc2項違規產品，罰款金額累計達2860萬元 ，共回收各類油7697.7公噸。以沙拉油每公升50元推算，市值約4億元。 衛生局透露，第1天與檢方聯合稽查時，董事長高振利原本信誓旦旦表示自己製作的是純 油。但6名檢察官為防萬一，在辦公室裡團團圍著高緊盯。高在無法施展小動作下，才得 以順利在房間抽屜搜獲該張手寫配方表，才讓案情急轉直下。 低薪剝削創廠元老 不值！檢方之所以能夠從第1天的「摸索」到第3天就能完成偵查動作，該公司調配室的溫 姓課長及周姓職員扮演關鍵角色。 2人是大統長基的靈魂人物，溫還是大統「創廠元老」，但月薪竟然不到5萬元，連檢察官 都覺得是被剝削。 配方全是高自己寫 看過配方表的檢調人員透露，高振利手寫的配方表約有2、30種配方，標示簡單，例如「 特橄：葵2500，色1，芥1000…」；經高振利解讀，那代表特級橄欖油，以2500公斤葵花 油混芥籽油1000公斤，再調色素1公克。配方全部都是高振利自己配自己寫，再交由溫調 製，外人根本看不懂，生產線及銷售人員更無從得知。 近9成產品都摻劣油 主任檢察官林漢強說，大統長基生產黑心油長達7年，除了廉價油，近9成產品都摻用劣質 油、色素及香精。為確保受害消費者權益，將設法避免高及大統長基公司脫產，目前已掌 握相關銀行帳戶及支票往來狀況，一旦確定犯罪所得金額，即會採取查扣等強制作為。 他表示，高涉及食品衛生管理法及詐欺取財罪，違反食衛法部分，因牽涉今年6月修法前 後刑責不同，檢方要回溯清查其製造販售的黑心油數量及日期，必須花點時間。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.117.83

【呂志明／台北報導】台北地檢署正在積極偵辦特偵組以及檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密、監聽案，「908台灣國總部」總會長王獻極下午巧扮包青天，帶著一個特製的超大威爾鋼，要親自送給台北地檢署檢察長楊治宇，要北檢硬起來。
