【陳慜蔚／台北報導】國內面臨少子化衍生出企業人才不足等缺工問題，工業總會理事長許勝雄今日指出，少子化的問題確實嚴重，呼籲企業配合政府政策共同努力，例如金仁寶集團提供員工生育補助，2年來已催生882個小孩。
 
許勝雄指出，為了鼓勵員工生育，集團特別提出每胎補助6萬6000元生育金，第1年共有357個員工申請，第2年則有525個員工申請，2年下來集團員工共生了882個，成效不錯，因此會繼續施行。
 
許勝雄指出，少子化是全球面臨的問題，台灣也是如此，不過這個問題企業應該與政府共同面對，配合政府政策一起努力。

現場有媒體詢問4G的問題，許勝雄說，4G競標價往上飆，所以有人騎虎難下，但羊毛出在羊身上，政府應該用心想辦法，對於外傳威寶電信將遭購併，他感性說，還是不會忘情通訊產業，但目前無法就單一合作對象回應。

【孫英哲／綜合報導】大統長基董事長高振利今被起訴，根據檢方起訴書，高振利指示溫瑞彬及調配員周昆明，於調配室調製純橄欖油過程中，摻入葵花油、芥籽油、大豆油（一般通稱沙拉油）等油類，再加入未經中央主管機關許可之添加物「銅葉綠素」等綠色色素調色，使摻入非橄欖油等油類後之調和油品，偽冒純橄欖油的色澤（實際含橄欖油比例約４２％），再利用不知情之分裝人員，將含有摻偽成分之調和油品。

依各批次需求，分裝製造品名「特級橄欖油」、「純橄欖油」、「（新）特級橄欖油」、「新進口橄欖油」、「優植醇橄欖機能油」等油品。再標示「鮮綠橄欖油」、「純橄欖油」、「歐洲西班牙進口１００％特級橄欖油」、「１００％純橄欖油」等品項，成分標示為純橄欖油，使不知情之廠商、通路商批購後，陳列於賣場、店面，轉售給不特定消費者，以此方式，接續製造、販賣摻偽及添加未經許可添加物的油品，使不特定消費者陷於錯誤，誤認上開油品為純橄欖油而購買，使大統公司獲利2億4819萬1732元。

內政部部務會議通過「都市計畫法臺灣省施行細則」第34條之3及第42條修正草案，增訂都市計畫法定容積放寬建築容積額度之總量累計上限，也就是於法定容積增加建築容積後，都市更新事業以外之地區，則不得超過建築基地1.2倍之法定容積（即不得超過法定容積20%）；實施都市更新事業之地區，不得超過建築基地1.5倍之法定容積（即不得超過法定容積50%）或各該建築基地0.3倍之法定容積再加其原建築容積。新制將於2015年7月1日施行。

內政部表示，為建立都市計畫容積總量管控機制，回歸都市計畫體系管理，故增訂都市計畫法定容積放寬建築容積額度之總量累計上限，各土地使用分區除依容積移轉規定可移入容積外，於法定容積增加建築容積後，實施都市更新事業之地區，不得超過建築基地1.5倍之法定容積（即不得超過法定容積50%），或是各該建築基地0.3倍之法定容積再加其原建築容積。

實施都市更新事業以外之地區，則不得超過建築基地1.2倍之法定容積（即不得超過法定容積20%）。至舊市區小建築基地合併整體開發建築、高氯離子鋼筋混凝土建築物（海砂屋）及放射性污染建築物（輻射屋）之拆除重建，仍維持現行法令不得超過法定容積30%之規定辦理。

內政部指出，本次修正草案於預告條文時原訂於今年7月1日施行，經考量修正條文之施行予以緩衝2年，修正自2015年7月1日施行。修正草案後續將依法制作業程序陳報行政院備案後發布。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】針對有醫師在臉書質疑棉籽油的安全性，並指去年進口棉籽油渣餅就逾5千噸，台灣大學食品科學研究所榮譽教授孫璐西表示，她不知醫師的理論依據何在？她也想問這些醫師，從何處得到棉籽油有害人體的確切訊息。

萬芳醫院精神科醫師潘建志在部落格發文指出，台灣近2年進口棉籽油數量暴增，光去年便進口高超過5千噸的「棉籽油渣餅」，棉籽油渣餅也可製成棉籽油，政府卻都不查。

孫璐西則表示，棉籽油渣餅有可能是進口作為動物飼料，是否會進入人吃的食品，衛福部確實應該去查，不過棉籽油渣餅未必能再製為棉籽油，因為棉籽油渣就是棉籽油壓榨後所剩下來的渣，若棉籽油當初是以溶劑萃取，則油渣已經剩不了多少油脂，很難再製成油。

衛福部則表示，將從海關追查棉籽油渣餅流向，以了解其是否進入人類食品。
