台灣假油事件連環爆。據了解，大統及富味鄉分別向華南產及明台產險投保「產品責任險」，保額分別是1,000萬及5,000萬元，目前都在保險契約有效期限中。

但產險業者指出，依「產品責任險」條款約定，若「被保險人有故意、刑事不法或故意違反正常製作程序之行為」，保險公司將可不負理賠責任。

產險業者指出，目前檢調已針對大統及富味鄉展開調查，若未來確定大統及富味鄉「假油案」，都涉及刑責，產品責任險可不予理賠。

此外，民眾若吃到假油，覺得身體不適，是可以向相關產險公司提出保險理賠請求；但產險業者說，民眾必須自行負起「舉證責任」，例如因為長期食用假油，造成「不孕」等事證。但因為舉證多半很難成立，因此，不予理賠機率很高。

行政院長江宜樺下午在立法院院會備詢時正式宣布，國軍不會從大二膽完全撤離，仍會留下部分兵力，但會開放部分區域讓遊客參觀。

行政院原已在9月底核定，將大膽與二膽的駐軍全數撤離，並交給金門縣政府管理，但消息傳出後，引發不少爭議。立法院外交及國防委員會更在10月2日，無異議通過由立法委員林郁方所提、跨黨派10位委員連署支持的決議，要求「鑒於大膽島與二膽島所具備之政治、軍事以及歷史意義，島上仍應保留一定數量的駐軍，不得全數撤離；但為兼顧地方經濟發展之需求，可適度減少兵力並調整管制範圍。」

江揆下午在立法院院會，答覆國民黨立委林郁方施政質詢時明確表示：「大二膽目前仍有駐軍的需要，行政院傾向減少兵力，但一定會留駐兵力，至於開放觀光的範圍，他打算過二天後到金門實地聽取簡報後，再做決定」。

林郁方也要求，大二膽開放觀光時，應該注意在國軍據點外，利用阻絕設施拉出一定的距離，配合警察在外圍管制，以有效隔離觀光客，不能讓國軍變成觀光的對象。江宜樺則嚴正表示，駐軍絕對不是要供觀光客拍照。
