【蔡惠如／台北報導】今晨4時網友艾文在噗浪po文指「Apple發生大事了，我和我同事的iTunes帳號都被駭了，網路上災情一片」(http://www.plurk.com/p/jbvvvb)，並在po文回應中，請網友趕緊檢查iTunes帳號的信箱，有沒有收到資料被更改的通知，有收到的話，不用試著把帳號救回來了，資料已被竄改。

下方網友也紛紛留言回應：「這太恐佈」、「很聽話的把信用卡帳號停掉了」、「個人推測是跟幾個月前蘋果的開發人員網站被駭有關，那時應該有洩露出大量的 Apple ID」。

《蘋果》記者實測可正常登出登入iTunes帳號，3C部落客湯蕙如表示測試其帳號也沒問題，蘋果對此狀況目前未進行任何回應。
 
湯蕙如表示，現不清楚實際狀況，網路有部分討論，但個人觀察未有很大災情傳出，推測範圍仍在小眾個案，建議iTunes用戶可先至官方網站更改帳號密碼，(官網步驟教學連結：http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624?viewlocale=zh_TW)，若民眾收到蘋果通知要求更改密碼的郵件，不要用信件上的連結進入，一定要自己進入蘋果官網修改，可避免惡意人士故意趁機散佈假信件，騙取帳號。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】典禮最後一段表演「電視人生」，主持人胡瓜、歐弟和安心亞搞笑頒發「東山再起獎」，欲鼓勵槓龜多年的藝人，入圍者包括由許效舜、陽帆、董至成分別扮演的福州伯、陽婆婆和董月花，但最後揭曉結果卻從缺，笑翻全場。隨後，福州伯、陽婆婆和董月花怒氣沖沖上台興師問罪，相當搞笑。
 
這段演出勾起許多人的回憶，也獲得網友好評：「果然還是這些寶刀未老的好笑。」不過也有年輕觀眾認為是「老梗連發」、「有年紀的人才懂」，表演中途突然變魔術、叫賣橋段也讓人一頭霧水。整段演出安心亞從頭到尾都被晾在一旁，幾乎沒說到話，被網友痛批「史上最花瓶」。

標題[問題] new one Google搜尋

有人覺得更新後??好像是吧 home鍵往上拉快捷鍵的google搜尋會沒辦法搜尋 有點像網路很慢就什麼都跑不出來 為什麼我會說很像網路慢卻又確定不是網路問題呢？ 因為我試很多次，後來直接開內建瀏覽器在輸入網址的地方搜尋 結果馬上跑出來了 請問大家有遇到這個問題嗎？ 因為我蠻常按下電源鍵以後直接拉home還蠻方便的 但他常常會不理我ˊˋ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.171.243

金管會今天對宏泰人壽（2876）作出處分，罰鍰90萬元。金管會保險局表示，在對宏泰人壽進行專案業務檢查時，發現宏泰人壽於從事不動產投資時，有違反保險法相關法令規定的情事，依同法予以糾正及核處罰鍰新台幣90萬元整。

金管會表示，宏泰人壽與建設公司的相關合建契約，有以分割及拆分委由同一營造商的營建費用，其單一交易金額有逾同一人交易限額規範，及不動產投資業務有逾分層負責所訂董事長核決權限，卻由董事會以概括授權方式，授權董事長辦理，違反保險法第146條之7授權訂定「保險業對同一人同一關係人或同一關係企業之放款及其他交易管理辦法」第4條規定，及違反保險法第148條之3第1項授權訂定「保險業內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法」第5條第1項第4款規定。

因此金管會今天依保險法對宏泰人壽核處罰鍰90萬元及予以糾正。

金管會並呼籲保險業辦理資金運用，應確實遵守相關法令規定，並應加強法令遵循及內部控管，以免違法受罰。
