【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】颶風級的暴風雨27日襲擊歐洲，目前已知至少造成8死，其中以英國和德國受災最慘重。

德國西部蓋爾森基興(Gelsenkirchen)2名在車內的民眾因路樹壓毀汽車身亡，法國不列塔尼(Brittany)也傳出一名婦人被沖出大海，荷蘭阿姆斯特丹也有一名婦人被路樹壓倒身亡。
 
倫敦和德國北部多班火車停駛，荷蘭史基浦機場(Schiphol)則有至少50班航班取消，丹麥和瑞典當局已發布暴風雨警告。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】擔任展場主持人的正妹許恬瑜，近日在街頭發起「愛的抱抱」募款活動，希望一圓全家出遊夢想，並把愛傳達給街頭路人，有不少網友和民眾被感動，但也引發違法勸募疑慮。衛生福利部今天表示，許恬瑜街頭勸募行為，已涉及違反《公益勸募條例》規定，該部已責成北市府進行查處。

衛福部指出，《公益勸募條例》規定，個人不得發起勸募，募款所得也不可用於個人用途，將要求許恬瑜將勸募所得5萬多元依法返還捐款人或轉交主管機關，由主管機關再依法轉交相關單位執行。若經制止仍不遵行者，將可處4萬至20萬元的罰鍰，並得連續處罰。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】浙江省溫嶺市第一人民醫院上周五發生病患殺害醫師的悲劇，耳鼻喉科主任王雲傑無辜身亡。殺害王雲傑的33歲兇嫌連恩青，去年因鼻中隔偏曲及鼻竇炎在該院接受鼻腔微創手術，但他認為手術不成功，回院多次找主治的蔡姓醫師檢查，醫師都稱沒問題，但他仍覺得沒治好。他妹妹說，哥哥後來甚至認為醫生都串通騙他，8月被診斷有妄想症，在上海住院治療， 本月中才出院。

由於王與嫌犯並無醫病關係，但院方擔心影響形象，案發後2天就出動警察，企圖不經家屬同意就將王的遺體火化。家屬及醫護人員徹夜守護遺體，演變成與武警大規模對峙。

但具反共色彩的大紀元電子報、希望之聲國際廣播電台均稱，搶屍衝突發生原因，其實是溫嶺市當地官員擔心此治安事件影響下周三「平安溫嶺」的評選，強迫王雲傑家屬提前出殯。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間10時許，土城一名彭姓男子(38年次)被羅姓同居女友(43年次)發現頭部流血倒地不起，嚇得趕緊報案求救，救護人員抵達後，發現該名男子已明顯死亡，身上呈現屍僵屍斑，警方於現場拉起封鎖線進行鑑識，初步了解可能為死者跌倒撞擊頭部造成致命傷，但確切死因仍待檢警釐清。

【石永軒╱新北報導】新北市1名張姓男子（59歲），獨居住在蘆洲永安北路1處出租套房內，其女友今中午發現他死在床上，立刻跑到附近檳榔攤大聲求救：「我男朋友昏倒了！」警方接獲報案封鎖現場，見張男口鼻出血、身旁還有嘔吐物，初步判定張男疑似心臟病發身亡，警方已通知死者家屬，再釐清死亡原因。
