市場分析師認為，巴菲特持續看好美國資產投資策略奏效，波克夏季報說明一切。波克夏海瑟威上季靠投資於高盛（Goldman Sachs）、奇異（General Electric）等公司股票稅前盈餘多達18.6億美元，比去年同期增加1倍。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）為測試美國大型銀行對於經濟情況改變的承受能力，上周五公布下一輪壓力測試的假設條件，其中最險峻的狀況是美國失業率跳升至11.3%、房價大跌25%，以及道瓊工業指數大跌50%，同時歐洲與亞洲國家經濟陷入衰退。
 
聯準會同時也假設美國經濟惡化的假設條件，包括美國經濟衰退2%，長期利率攀升，此狀況可測試美國大型銀行債券、貸款等相關業務損失情況。
 
美國約30、總資產超過500億美元的銀行必須接受上述聯準會新一輪壓力測試，以建立防範經濟動盪的資本緩衝。

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市政府衛生局今天找中市23家油品業者教導標示油品方法，業者憂心中央政府規定本月8日前得改善所有不實的標示，他們抱怨時間太緊迫，實在趕不及，恐將面臨重罰，其中，以生產麻油為主的醇芳實業有限公司退切結書。衛生局食品藥物管理科長陳淑惠轉述，醇芳雖有口頭告知下游油廠非百分之百麻油，之前仍吃上四萬元罰緩，乾脆退切結書，避免涉及刑法的詐欺罪。

中市衛生局長黃美娜指出，23家油品業者以生產香油、胡麻油及辣油為主，當然也生產大豆油等油品，中央政府今天已決定，這三款油品因為都屬混合油，所以可以不用標示「調和油」的字樣。

台中市年前最後一場「徵鮮卓越」就業博覽會2日在龍井區公所舉場，共吸引1,381人到場參與，現場投遞履歷與設攤廠商面談的有1,317人次，投遞率高達九成五，顯示民眾在年關前尋找工作意願強烈。

台中市長胡志強表示，台中市政府去年開發4.8萬多個工作機會，協助許多市民找到理想工作，今年也持續辦理包括夜間徵才等不同類型徵才活動。

胡志強說，台中市今年失業率低於全國平均失業率，以都會地區來看，這是非常難得的，台中市還有許多工作機會，希望大家都能找到適合工作。

台中市就業服務處提醒，此次就業博覽會之後，緊接著在大里兒童青少年福利服務中心，將辦理今年度最後一場廠商聯合徵才活動，預計邀請20家廠商設攤徵才，提供逾1,000個工作機會，時間是11月22日早上9時至下午2時。

韓國電視節目稱台灣鯛品質不佳，農委會漁業署署長沙志一今天表示，韓國是台灣鯛的重要市場，雙方海關及衛生管制把關十分嚴謹，支持台灣鯛協會跨海提告及赴韓宣傳、澄清行動。

韓國電視節目10月25日播出對台灣鯛不配叫鯛魚的負面報導，指鯛魚是海水魚，但台灣鯛卻是淡水養殖。沙志一受訪時，對這項說法極為不滿。

他說，台灣鯛早期確實稱為吳郭魚，經培育改良後，不但體形較大，肉甜味美，且是單性養殖，台灣鯛是高品質、高水準、高規格吳郭魚的代名詞，以區隔既有的吳郭魚名稱。

沙志一表示，台灣鯛年產約7萬餘噸，6成外銷美國、加拿大、沙烏地阿拉伯及南韓等國，輸往韓國產品以冷凍魚片為主，今年1至9月外銷量1374公噸（換算原料魚約4122公噸)，約占整體外銷量（3萬2661公噸）的13%、產量的8%。

他說，除政府每年定期或不定期抽檢外，韓國海關及衛生管制部門同樣把關嚴謹，台灣鯛輸韓的退貨率一年逾1成，絕不可能發生電視節目上的偏頗失真情形。

沙志一指出，台灣鯛需養殖在溫熱氣候，韓國因自然環境限制無法養殖，以致輸韓台灣鯛價值和價格都較高。過去泰國、印尼曾邀台灣養殖業者技術合作，希望搶食這塊大餅，卻因把關不夠嚴謹，無法通過認證，可見台灣政府及業者對台灣鯛的品質控管值得信賴。

桃園縣黃色小鴨昨天爆掉，今天早上6時30分，在桃園新屋鄉後湖村的地景廣場藝術節廣場，沒有風阻礙，黃色小鴨又活過來了，但這次卻成了陸地旱鴨。

早上6時5分，黃色小鴨在工程人員緩緩充氣下，到6時30分又重新站起，充氣過程吸引大批老少民眾，有的遠自新竹、台北趕來，民眾不斷驚呼。「我們就是來看小鴨充氣的，幫小鴨加油」，來自桃園的陳小姐邊看邊說。
