日本放送協會（NHK）今天報導，北韓海軍艦艇指揮官和士兵約30人於10月中旬集體死亡，引發各界揣測可能是在軍事訓練期間艦艇沉沒所致。

NHK指出，北韓國營電視台於2日晚披露，海軍艦艇指揮官和士兵於10月中旬死亡，且第一書記金正恩探訪他親自指示興建的犧牲者墓地。

報導又說，從金正恩探訪時的照片可看出，並立的大約30塊墓碑上刻著「2013年10月13日戰死」，顯示大約30人同時死亡。

北韓國營電視台表示，這些官兵是在執行戰鬥任務時捐軀，但並無與南韓交戰的相關情報傳出。

鑑於南韓聯合新聞通訊社引述情報消息人士表示，「北韓東部元山外海，上個月進行海軍訓練期間有一艘艦艇沉沒」等，各界揣測有可能是北韓艦艇於訓練期間沉沒。

報導又說，金正恩曾於去年2月及今年3月視察此艦艇所屬的部隊單位，各界認為，北韓領導階層可能是企圖藉由隆重追悼陣亡將士，來提升軍隊對最高指揮官金正恩的向心力。

【林師民／新竹報導】真是命大！新竹市朱姓女子今天和友人出遊整晚沒睡，清晨吃完早餐後，她開車先載友人回家，自己回家途中，行經千甲路時，因打瞌睡衝進路旁約一米深的田裡，車輛四輪朝天卡在泥水中，早起種菜的農民和附近住戶聽聞聲響查看，協助打開車門把朱女拉出。朱女幸運地僅右腳掌挫傷，她嚇得臉色發白說：「突然一個恍神就衝出去，後來就不記得了！」警消趕抵，替朱女簡單包紮並未送醫，警方酒測值為零。

【鄭孟緹／台北報導】高允漢（原名高志宏）擔綱大愛新戲《花蓮名磨》，赴花蓮拍戲1個月，戲分昨殺青，他一時興起戴上其他女演員的長假髮反串，逗得劇組大爆笑。
 
他日前趁拍戲空檔租機車趴趴走，把花蓮觀光景點逛了一遍，包括七星潭、東西橫貫公路牌樓等，藉此更認識花蓮。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局指出，今天受鋒面通過影響，各地水汽偏多、下雨範圍廣，其中以北部、東半部地區及中南部山區降雨機率較高。鋒面預計今天晚上通過台灣，東北季風也隨之增強，北部及東北部降雨會變明顯，並有局部大雨發生的機率，氣溫也逐漸下降，早晚低溫約22到24℃。

氣象局預測，明天和後天東北季風增強，北部及東半部有短暫雨，中南部山區午後局部短暫陣雨。不過這波東北季風並沒有帶來明顯冷空氣，各地低溫僅略降1、2℃左右，北部及東北部清晨低溫約21到22℃。周三開始水汽逐漸減少，降雨趨緩，大多地方回到多雲到晴，氣溫也稍回升，各地白天高溫都接近30℃左右。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】土耳其安卡拉醫學大學研究指出，脖圍超過16.3吋(35公分)的男性，較容易有陽痿問題。

他們研究逾90名年紀40到60歲之間的男性，發現脖圍較粗的男性，較容易出現代謝症候群，因而認為脖圍也是代謝症候群(metabolic syndrome)的觀察指標之一，代謝症候群通常是從中圍肥胖、血中三酸甘油酯（TG）偏高、血中高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）偏低、血壓偏高、空腹血糖偏高等危險因子判斷，出現3項以上就是代謝症候群，容易引發心血管疾病和陽痿等問題。
