【陳俐妏／台北報導】台股上周五以8388.18點作收，5日、10日線及8400點整數關卡都失守，回測月線支撐。大慶證券指出，外資周五現貨僅買超6億、期貨多單減碼6353口，但淨多單仍有4820口，偏多態度未改變，但在量能不足下，上漲空間不大，後續觀察是否出現950億以上的帶量長紅，方為上漲訊號。
 
 大慶證券指出，聯發科與可成上周五召開法說會，因中國中低階手機可望大幅採用聯發科八核心晶片，第3季每股盈餘6.28元、第4季營收季減0~5%皆優於市場預期；而可成表示未來一兩個季度產能利用率仍將持續向上，長線展望佳，加上外資籌碼仍偏多，操作上仍可布局。至於法說展望不佳的個股如F-TPK、面板雙虎等也因供過於求狀況嚴重，不宜搶短。近期影響電子股的關鍵仍在法說會，建議可以第4季表現不淡及明年展望較佳的個股作為布局重點。
 
大慶證券也指出，傳產股上周五漲跌互見，在東洋第三季季報可能不如預期的影響下，生技族群走勢偏弱，短線上不宜追高。11月9日中國三中全會展開，具有中概、環保、清潔能源概念的可望成為盤面焦點，短線仍可偏多操作。食安問題尚未完全解決，福懋與味全皆現混油事件，食品股短線仍受衝擊，不宜搶短。

立委李桐豪、李俊俋、陳其邁今天質詢檢察總長黃世銘，聲明書指北檢屈服壓力將他起訴，北檢受到誰的壓力？立委或總統？黃世銘答詢，「這是我的內心的感受，不足為外人道」。

李俊俋追問，是否因為要你提供譯文的人 (指總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺)沒事，但你有事，所以覺得委屈，黃世銘搖頭連聲否認。

李俊俋指出，前任檢察總長陳聰明因被監察院彈劾，自請下台；再前任檢察總長吳英昭也因查賄事件自請下台，可見檢察總長未滿任期前下台，不是法律問題是道德問題，檢察總長的標準要高於一般檢察官，要黃世銘知所進退。

立委陳其邁則要求所有一、二審檢察長列席排排站。他問，誰會向在案件尚未偵結前，將偵查個案的通聯紀錄向法務部長、行政院長、總統報告？陸續問三次，均無人舉手。

陳其邁向黃世銘說，「你的一、二審檢察長沒人同意你的做法，你以後如何領導檢察官」、「是你陷北檢於不義」。

農委會追查近三年棉籽粕或棉籽進口資料，其中進口廠商有頂新、三福、福壽與大成長城等，各家均表示棉籽或棉籽粕是用於飼料上，未製成棉籽油。

頂新表示，進口的是已經壓製出油後的棉籽粕，用來做成肥料出售，並沒有用來煉油。

福壽實業表示，進口的棉籽粕用來添加於牛、羊的飼料中，也會販售給農戶。

三福產業則表示，棉籽粕是榨油之後的剩餘物，三福進口的是整粒棉籽而非棉籽粕，用於自家的品牌嘉福飼料，棉籽含有的營養成分高，也使得生產出的飼料含有較高營養，主要製成牛飼料。

大成長城表示，棉籽與棉籽粕都有進口，兩者都用來做成飼料，棉籽主要做成牛飼料，棉籽粕則是全飼料皆可添加，只是比例上的不同。

標題[負雷] 覺得索爾2難看

防雷唷 一樣是marvel的英雄片 我真的覺得索爾2有點難看 先嫌一下這集壞人的外型 感覺跟日本特攝片的等級差不多 以前銀色衝浪手.蜘蛛人歷代敵人 鋼鐵人1.2的對頭..etc 感覺都比這次的設定用心多了 再來就是這集的故事安排讓人感覺很草率胡鬧 宇宙眾生云云 偏偏是女主角穿越時空去吸收乙太也就算了 反正劇情需要她犧牲一下 阿斯嘉的防禦系統是不是設定的有點太兒戲 祂們平常不是要守護全宇宙嗎? 怎麼國防程度上感覺還輸給美國人 (皇后的身手倒是讓我驚艷了一下) 守護虹橋的黑人哥說不願意做逾舉的事情 但後來還不是騙了奧丁，作出叛國的舉動 那幹嘛不直接傳送索爾和女主角去黑暗世界 還可以多帶點幫手一起去 就不用這麼冒險了吧！ 好吧，這樣洛基就會沒用途沒戲份了 特地傳送到黑暗世界引誘魔兵也是有點瞎 後來全員移往黑暗世界以後可以發現 魔兵除了厲害的兩個也只剩幾隻小兵而已... 值得一提的是 魔兵們怎麼瞬間從阿斯嘉跟蹤乙太回黑暗世界？ 如此能容易地順移到其它界 虹橋的偉大感是不是就不見了 後來九星連珠時 那幾根地球人製造的偵測棒 突然變成跟小黑洞手榴彈一樣厲害 能把魔王的肉體傳送到其它空間 縱使魔王嘴上嚷著乙太不會被摧毀 還不是莫名其妙的中止世界黑暗化了!! 到底為什麼阿 別說電影看爽就好 像first class也是marvel的片 就可以又爽又有劇情又合理。 從鋼鐵人3-金剛狼2-索爾2， 都讓我覺得marvel電影有點沒誠意了 沒看過美漫故事，批評不當的地方請鞭小力點謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.135.105
