【徐珮君／台北報導】立法院內政委員會上午審查原住民委員會預算，由於原住民電視台明年1月1日將脫離公廣集團，獨立運作，原民會將編列原住民事業基金會4億3千8百萬元預算。不過，無黨籍立委高金素梅質詢時說，原民台現在的內容偏向綜藝比較多，播製的節目都是唱歌、綜藝化節目，「非常糟糕的事情，感到痛心疾首」，高金要求原民台未來要發揮自主性，傳承原住民的歷史文化和語言。

民進黨立委李俊俋質詢時則痛批，原民台新聞內容有政黨取向，播出國民黨立委的比例高達78%。原民會主委林江義僅說會檢討，但隨後質詢的國民黨立委簡東明不滿的說，外界的質疑是不對的，你們都沒有回應。簡表示，因為原住民立委5席，有4席是國民黨，高金素梅是無黨籍，國民黨立委被報導，而且名列前矛是應該的！

簡東明說，他被原民台的報導內容有正面也有負面，並未偏頗，原住民電視台應以文化傳承、語言保存為主，不需要再參雜政黨的問題；簡也建議，目前原民台新聞的收視率最高，但新聞卻要從早中晚各1小時縮短為半小時，應再考慮。

【大陸中心／綜合報導】中國江西省南昌縣一名6歲女童天生臉部畸形，顴骨凹陷，眼部下垂，以致終日淚流不止，一隻耳朵也是畸形，說話口齒不清，女童的家境貧寒，僅靠61歲的爺爺打工，和殘疾的父親務農勉強維持生計，處境堪憐。

這名朱姓女童父親說，她的臉部一出生就是這樣，還曾想把孩子偷偷送到孤兒院去，最後還是不忍心，「畢竟是自己的親骨肉」。不過，隨著女童一天天的長大，臉部畸形也越來越明顯，淚水常不受控制的流出。

貧窮的生活讓夫妻倆爭吵不休，去年，女童的母親不聲不響的離家出走。今年9月，女童上小學，因為臉部和說話問題屢遭同學欺負，還罵她「猴子」。目前，父親希望能夠找到好醫生，為女童醫治流淚的問題。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一名賣香腸為生的六十歲婦人，收攤後身體不適，騎機車趕回家休息途中闖紅燈，遭警察狂追一公里攔下開單，婦人當場緊張到昏倒，竟被警員譏諷：「很會假喔，會裝昏倒、翻白眼。」還用腳踢婦人企圖叫醒她，又不願在第一時間幫忙叫救護車，民代得知痛批：「沒同理心，不配當人民保母！」警方也坦承執勤態度有疏失，將列案檢討。

【吳秀樺／台北報導】F-TPK宸鴻（3673）旗下的觸控面板廠達鴻（8056）公告宣月產能各7萬片新竹廠3.5代線及4.5代線，所有運作暫時全面停止停產，在成本考量上，將生產製造作業將全部先集中到台中廠區生產。目前已就員工需求與配合做詢問中，若不能配到台中的員工，將依勞基法予以資遣。
 
達鴻總經理莊鋒域表示，由於觸控筆記型電腦的需求一直未能提升，第4季與明年第1季觸控面板的需求能見度也不高，由於整體的觸控滲透率依然不如預期，因此在成本考量上，將生產線全部移往台中生產，目前台中廠有2條4.5代，能利用率約5成。
 
先前宸鴻在法說時宣布將福建平潭廠延後投產時間，宸鴻為了節省相關營運成本與費用支出、精簡相關人力，因此進行資源整合及整併，這達鴻項新竹廠暫時停產作業與人力調整規劃，至少將有助於成本降低、費用減少。

上週剛公佈的 Nexus 5 無論在規格或價格都相當吸引人，剛開賣便一掃而空。最近美國 3C 通路 Best Buy 也將 Nexus 5 放上網頁，16GB 無合約版空機價為 449 美元，折合新台幣約 13,500 元，與 Google Play 上的價格差距約新台幣 3,000 元。

Google Play 上販售的硬體如 Chromebook、Chromecast、Nexus 平板或手機等都會受到 Google 的補貼，因此在價格上往往低於同級產品。在 Google Nexus 5 公佈不久，美國 3C 通路 Best Buy 也將 Nexus 5 放上網頁販售，Sprint 電信商兩年合約價為 149 美元，無合約空機價為 449 美元，折合台幣約 13,500 元；Gogle Play 上的價格為 349 美元，價差為 100 美元。

▲Best Buy 網頁一開始將 Nexus 5 價格誤植為 799 美元，換算成新台幣要 24,000 元是想嚇死誰。

對照最新的 Nexus 7 平板價格，Google Play 上 Nexus 7 32GB 售價為 269.99 美元（約新臺幣 8,100 元），而台灣本地售價為 9,900 元，兩地價差約台幣 1,900 元。若屆時 Nexus 5 於台灣販售，目前也合理推測至少有 3000 元左右的價差。目前 Googel 與 LG 均未對 Nexus 5 引進台灣釋出更多資訊，期待正式公佈後價格能有更多驚喜。
