我國向美國購買30架AH-64E阿帕契攻擊直升機的首批6架，今天順利運抵高雄港及驗收。外界關心這種先進直升機何時升空？陸軍航空特戰指揮部政戰主任范輝坤少將晚間表示，組裝6日完成，將進行地面測試，會視情況決定是否試飛。

范輝坤說，直升機都在運抵的高雄港79號碼頭內組裝，長榮海運挪出大片場地供軍方使用；原則上明天完成組裝的直升機不會試飛，待後天6架都組裝完成，作地面測試再定奪。

軍方外購直升機過去從沒有在高雄港就地組裝、測試的紀錄，阿帕契直升機將開先例。預計飛抵地點在台南，有段距離，直升機經長途海運後有否出狀況，除了地面測試，試飛也相當重要。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】油品安全讓社會大眾對於GMP認證制度產生疑慮，國民黨立院黨團副書記長江惠貞上午舉行記者會，呼籲政府嚴懲黑心企業，重建消費者信心並共同承擔責任。

與會的經濟部工業局民生化工組科長陳昭蓉表示，為加強認證制度，未來將採「全廠全產品」認證，除送樣產品送檢外，也會不定期抽查工廠、市場產品，並透過第三方機構檢驗稽核。

爆發問題油品的味全董事長魏應充兼任GMP協會理事長，媒體詢問是否應撤換？陳昭蓉表示，協會有相關章程，尊重協會決定，相信社會大眾的聲音協會都已聽到，也已請協會慎重考量。

至於「食品良好衛生規範」認證（GHP）是否納入修法？衛福部食管署副署長吳秀英說，可以討論。
