【翁琬柔／綜合報導】日本女星吉高由里子曾和高良健吾合演《蛇信與舌環》，她在該片突破尺度、大膽全裸演出，這次兩人再度攜手在電影《橫道世之介》飾演一對怪咖情侶，她在片中大展活潑爽朗的笑容，演出相當討喜，更讓人見識不同於以往的銀幕形象。

標題[問題] 怎麼恢復桌面圖示的捷徑箭頭

我的系統是win8.1 之前在網路上看到人家移除捷徑箭頭的方式 下載了一個空白ico(Empty.ico)然後把它複製到C:\Windows底下 接著就按了他附的登錄檔 那登錄檔應該只是把HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile裡面的機碼IsShortcut刪掉吧? 之後就成功了 可是偶爾重開機那個透明圖示Empty.ico會變成不是透明的，變成整個黑掉的圖片 後來就索性把那ico圖片刪掉 發現登錄檔裡面IsShortcut還在，又把它刪掉一次 現在是都正常，已經沒有箭頭圖示，也不會變黑色 可是我發現........我已經分不出哪個是捷徑哪個是檔案了 我想改回來可是改不回來 登錄檔裡面IsShortcut每次刪完開機都會在 還是是我箭頭的ico不見了?我看我桌機XP的C:\Windows好像也沒圖片 除了在HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile增加機碼為IsShortcut 還有其他方案嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.161.11.248 ※ 編輯: taotiehs 來自: 218.161.11.248 (11/06 00:26) ※ 編輯: taotiehs 來自: 218.161.11.248 (11/06 00:27)

　根據近日主管機關公佈的與經濟相關數據，令人擔心台灣經濟也將如當前的氣候一樣，逐漸的進入了寒冬。
 
  首先，經建會9月的景氣對策訊號雖然仍是黃藍燈，但是海關出口、製造業銷售、商業營業額均跌落為藍燈，股價指數、M1b、總用電量、工業生產指數、製造業氣候測驗點均下滑。再看海關進出口貿易數字，9月出口較去年同期衰退7%，進口減少0.7%，出超減42.5%。每年9月開始至12月中是台灣的出口旺季，去年台灣前三季的經濟成長都在0.11%以下，靠的是9月開始的出口成長拉抬，全年才回到1.32%，今年9月的旺季不旺，讓人不禁想起1998年9月出口衰退帶來的產業風暴以及隨後來的銀行危機。而以出口地區論，除了歐洲有4.5%的成長之外，美(-8.5%)、中(-8.4%)、日(-10.9%)、東協(-9.9)差一點就全軍盡墨。
 
  主計總處公佈的第三季經濟成長率為1.58%，遠低於預期，平均前三季的經濟成長率不到1.9%，第四季又不看好，今年要保二是有困難。若仔細分析，近年來，台灣經濟的內需不振市其主因。去年經濟成長1.32%，國內需求實質成長僅0.09%，而民間消費成長1.47%，資本形成-4.47%；今年前三季台灣國內需求成長1.19%，民間消費1.18%，資本形成2.2%，都很低。在1990年代，有了民間消費成長7%-8%與民間投資4%-5%的成長，才能支撐6%-7%的經濟成長，過去幾年，台灣民間消費成長多在2%以下，經濟自然停滯，欲振乏力。
 
  從10月份的物價變動也可以略窺端倪，消費者物價指數(CPI)較去年同期只增加0.84%，不過，蔬菜仍上漲了26.25%，肉類漲4.91%，水產品漲4.53%，外食漲1.26%，總共有215項漲價，佔主計處總觀察值的66.8%；其中，一般民生用品如食物、能源、衛生紙、牙膏等漲了2.43%。與CPI相反的是躉售物價指數(WPI)比去年同期跌1.57%，電子與光學產品跌幅高達11.29%，而進口物價指數跌了4.09%。
 
  從CPI與WPI結構的變動，我們可以看出民生必需品的價格都在上升，漲幅不小，而物價指數平均值卻很低，顯然一些非必需品的價格在下跌，進而可以推斷出必需品漲價，一般家庭預算被擠壓，使得非必需品的消費減少，價格下跌。由此觀之，民間消費需求成長幾近停滯，與物價因素脫不了關係。
 
  而此時的政府政策，如健保費率上調、油電價格上漲等，推波助瀾，內需更加緊縮。若再從台灣實質月平均薪資下降、所得分配差距愈來愈大，而一般而言，低所得家庭面臨的物價上漲壓力要大於高所得家庭更多，對不同所得階層其衝擊影響自有所不同。長此以往，若是出現大家不敢消費，撙節渡日，台灣經濟就掉入日本的失落十年模式中了。
 
  外有出口衰退，內有需求不振，短期內台灣經濟難期改善，人民還要準備縮緊腰帶，繼續渡小月。

關老爺養生薑母鴨 地址:桃園市中山路426號 電話:03-3356418 一直都有耳聞這間店頗受鄉民推薦 一方面是因為老闆是帥氣的批梯梯鄉民 另一方面是因為料好實在湯鮮美 雖然就在附近上班，但一直揪不到同事去嘗鮮 終於在冷颼颼的這天成行囉~~ 店就在桃園縣政府附近，桃園中山路上 應該不難找，因為受黃色小鴨所賜，店門口就擺了一隻活招牌 XD http://ppt.cc/Q0oc 因為同伴們很餓，所以拍謝沒有食物照片可以分享 XD 今天點了一份薑母鴨,麵線,招牌鴨肉燕餃,鴨肉丸,大陸妹等 然後勇敢的跟老闆說"我是鄉民"，有獲得老闆的額外招待"鴨血糕" XD 先來說說麵線， 麵線若煮的不好，就很容易糊成一團~~ 但是關老爺的不會喔，還吃的到麵線是一條一條的，但又有入味 加點辣醬油又更好吃了!! 招牌的鴨肉燕餃更是被同伴們一致推薦!! 鴨血糕則是軟硬適中，不腥不臭!! 湯頭的部份,有版友分享說味道不夠重， 但我個人覺得這樣喝來清甜爽口的湯頭也是另一種選擇！ 而且老闆也有隨時關心說若想調整湯頭可以隨時提出~~ 五個人的消費才一共花了$750(除了上述的東西,還有再加點一些)， 個人覺得非常便宜 如果不想去新屋看鴨蛋的話， 倒是可以趁快立冬了，來關老爺薑母鴨補一下 鄉民誠心推薦 *讚* -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.206.223 ※ 編輯: jasica 來自: 118.165.206.223 (11/05 22:08)
