Lamigo桃猿球員林智勝今天(11日)出席關懷盃三級棒球錦標賽記者會，目前復健進度良好的他表示，希望能趕得上明年開季。

7月17日賽後在桃園球場附近的一場車禍，讓林智勝傷了左膝外側韌帶，7月26日完成手術後，目前他持續積極復健中，也有參加球隊秋訓，但原本想打冬季聯盟的他打消念頭，「現在不會參加了，因為進度來不及，如果要打可能也只能打最後幾場比賽。」

雖然暫時無法上場比賽，但林智勝也不得閒，最近他變成「通告咖」，就是為了宣傳30日開打的「2013經典明星公益棒球賽」，林智勝笑說，「統一、義大兩隊球員打亞職大賽，恰恰又因球隊轉賣事情不方便，就讓我來吧！」

另外，Lamigo球團晚間也宣布，球隊進行戰力調整，決定釋出投手林敬民、曾保羅、吳培輝、蕭宇奇、單復昇以及野手溫元川等6名球員。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】海燕颱風(Haiyan)橫掃菲律賓，造成嚴重災情，目前在重災區塔克洛班(Tacloban)據傳已經成為無政府狀態，各大國際通訊社紛紛報導災民闖入受災店面，看到能拿的東西就拿，除食物外，連笨重的冷氣機都有災民要徒手搬走。

真是政府無能、小市民無奈！台中地院書記官楊金池與妻子買地申請興建五層樓透天厝，卻以夾層方式違法改建七層樓，還在屋後空地加蓋四樓違建，離譜的是，鄰居眼看違建愈建愈高，至少十一次分向台中市長信箱等單位檢舉，至今兩百五十六天竟擋不住違建續蓋，直到《蘋果》接獲投訴查證後，市府才宣示明天一定強制拆除。鄰居痛批：「書記官知法犯法，政府無能、包庇，難道我們只能眼睜睜看著他完工？」

【黃哲民／新北報導】被譽為「台灣民歌之父」的原住民歌手胡德夫，遭昔日經紀人熊姓女子提告爭取15首已錄但未發行歌曲的專屬授權，熊女並以胡男毀約與妨害名譽為由索賠150萬元。新北地院認定雙方合約5年前已期滿，判決熊女敗訴。

63歲的胡男大學時代就在咖啡廳駐唱，2005年發行第一張個人專輯《匆匆》，主打歌《太平洋的風》獲得隔年金曲獎最佳作詞人獎與最佳年度歌曲，這張專輯就是簽約委託熊女發行。

胡男3年前與別家經紀公司簽約，熊女主張雙方約定5年出2張專輯，胡男忙於外務未能配合灌製第2張。胡男反駁，10年前和熊女簽約5年，當時共已錄妥29首歌，第一張專輯僅用掉12首。

法官認為，雙方合約早在2008年6月期滿，熊女無權要求保有未發行歌曲的專屬授權，判胡德夫勝訴免賠。
