食品安全問題不斷延燒，隨著檢調偵辦進度，民眾對於食品安全的信心越來越薄弱。到底政府認可的標章還可不可信，行政院長江宜樺表示，目前先針對廣為人知的食品安全標章進行檢查，檢驗已經拿到標章的產品和廠商是否安全，這部份先穩住民眾信心後，再進行全面改革。

江宜樺在答詢民進黨立委蔡其昌做出以上表示，蔡其昌提醒，目前民眾對政府認可的標章信心全無，需要重新檢討。江宜樺說，除了經濟部已經先行檢討，擁有GMP標章的產品和廠商外，農委會也針對CAS進行清查，大約3個月就可以完成，江宜樺表示，全面盤點後，再著手標章改革，改革需要半年時間。

蔡其昌追問，若3個月後，政府管理的標章產品再出問題，首長是否願意負責，農委會主委陳保基在質詢台上表示，「好。」

行政院成立食品安全聯合稽查與取締小組，由政務委員張善政、蔡玉玲擔任召集人，決定每月舉行會議，並與地方政府攜手合作，嚴格維護食品安全。食用油問題爆發後，外界再次出現修改食管法、提高罰則的聲浪，衛福部已經著手研擬修正草案，修法重點在於提高罰則和成立食安基金。江宜樺表示，食安基金不足之處，將由第二預備金支應。

國民黨立委黃昭順質詢時表示，食安是就是國安問題，花蓮縣長傅崑萁將所有油品全數下架，換取民眾信任，現在食安每天一爆， 「衛福部還很天才做4個燈號，連我都看不懂，食安只有綠燈， 沒有紅燈黃燈」，既然公權力難介入，建議行政院成立食安促進權益委員會，或成立食安警察。

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立委許添財、邱志偉今開記者會指出，長期兼任文化大學董事的台中市長胡志強在上屆董事會任期中，自2009年2月起至今年2月共開41次董事會，胡志強竟無故缺席35次，本屆4次會議又全部缺席，嚴重影響董事會運作，尸位素餐，嚴重瀆職，且胡還發函給教育部長要求文大不得解任其董事職務，許呼籲胡志強應主動辭職。

文化大學董事長張鏡湖指出，胡志強請假的理由都是「因故」，但政府公務員、學校老師、學生可以請假說「因故」而不說明理由請假嗎？張還說，胡的缺席造成董事會多次流會，教育部兩次評鑑都認為這是文化大學校務嚴重缺失，「完全是由他造成的」。

張鏡湖還說，依照規定，公務員兼任財團法人董事最多2個，但胡志強同時擔任4個，這是違規的，但是胡志強不回文大的信，還寫信給教育部長，要高教司發文要求文大停止補選，胡志強以行政力量壓制學校，「這樣教育還有前途嗎？」

興櫃李長榮科技（4989）今天董事會決議，為改善公司財務結構，擬辦理減資彌補虧損，同時也規劃現金增資，定2014年1月10日召開股東臨時會討論。

榮科10月營收2.43億元，比9月及2012年10月各減少2.87%、11.61%；前十月營收25.63億元，較2012年同期衰退10.96%，其中第3季營收8.37億元，季增率11.07%，創四季新高。

榮科上半年處於毛損，稅後純損1.29億元，每股稅後損2.13元；毛損比2012年同期擴大，稅後純損也增加103.43%。

榮科擬減資80%、4.82億元，減資後實收資本額1.206億元，並暫訂每股10元辦理現金增資5,394萬股，用來改善財務結構與償還銀行借款。
