【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新莊化成路發生1起汽車火警，民眾聽到爆炸聲，出門查看發現一台黑色轎車起火燃燒，嚇得趕緊報警，警消趕到現場時，車輛的火勢已經被民眾用滅火器撲滅，檢查過後確認轎車已經沒有火勢，查看起火位置非常可疑，疑似遭人縱火，在附近查看發現離轎車不到3公尺遠的地上有一瓶疑似裝汽油的罐子，立即封鎖現場等候鑑識人員到場採證。
 
劉姓車主表示，並無與人結怨，在事發前也沒有聽到任何吵架的聲音，是鄰居發現後叫他們起床，他們一家才發現自家的轎車起火燃燒，發現人游先生表示，事發當時有聽到一聲爆炸聲，他出來查看就發現轎車起火，他立即回屋內拿滅火器出來滅火，還好火勢馬上就撲滅了，要不然真的火燒起來會一發不可收拾，警方表示還無法確定是否汽火原因是人為縱火，會調閱附近路口店家的監視器畫面釐清。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】西班牙一名28歲女鋼琴家瑪汀(Laia Martin)最近被鄰居指控，指2003~2007年間，一周內有5天、每天都花8小時在彈鋼琴，而且沒做好隔因設備，讓這名鄰居飽受嘈音騷擾，造成精神傷害，出現失眠、焦慮等。

瑪汀表示，自己平日常常會到鋼琴補習班教課，頂多只有周末才會留在家練琴，否認鄰居的指控。檢察官則表示，有環保官員進行測試，指瑪汀的鋼琴音量確實比當地法令規定的10分貝要來得大，因此要求瑪汀做好隔音設備，但鄰居仍不滿意，指噪音問題未見改善。

瑪汀和其父母如今被控嘈音污染和精神傷害，鄰居更要求把3人關7年。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】《蘋果》昨報導，民眾十一度檢舉台中地院書記官楊金池住家違建，台中市府卻遲遲不拆。市長胡志強昨稱，都發局早在上周二發出強制拆除通知，決定今天上午執行。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，胡志強昨在議會遭受市議員連番質詢時解釋，都發局三月接到第一封檢舉函後，在三到六月間前往稽查四次，楊金池也四度具結要自行拆除，沒想到七月拆除完畢結案後，又偷偷蓋了起來。胡志強表示，都發局上周二已發出強制拆除通知，決定今天上午執行，「並不是報紙登出來才決定拆，也不知對方是書記官。」但《蘋果》直擊，楊宅直到前天仍持續灌漿，完全不甩市府強制拆除通知。
