【胡治言／綜合報導】因拍《蘭陵王》而被稱為美男戰神的馮紹峰非常低調，13年不間斷的拍戲歲月，直到這幾年走紅，才嚐到有粉絲包圍的滋味。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，面對眾多的粉絲，馮紹峰仍選擇公開戀情，跟女友倪妮愛的忘我，他笑說：「其實我是一個比較感性隨興的人，我不太願意被所謂的規矩或包袱來約束自己，我覺得那樣我的人生太累了。」

馮紹峰演戲演了13年，演過近50部電視劇，曾在2007年時發生嚴重車禍，斷了兩條肋骨、視網膜出血，車子都報廢了，但他醒來第一件事卻是跟導演說：「不要把我換掉。」他說的輕描淡寫，像是那些傷口都不痛似的，其實他只是在享受在演戲裡載面具的感覺。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，阮經天（小天）演出《軍中樂園》至今一個月，裸身做伏地挺身、騰空翻身被操得辛苦，11月8日原是阮經天的31歲生日，卻因劇組在金門趕拍戲無法回台度假，女友許瑋甯不捨，特地從台灣訂購銀色保時捷賽車的造型蛋糕，提前11月6日小天31歲生日前，親手快遞飛到金門為他慶生，並在小天下榻的飯店舉行生日趴，事後小天更在臉書上po出：「謝謝啾，來金門幫我慶生…」。

【高佳菁／台北報導】大慶證券表示，台股已經連續4日開高走低，雖然低迷的量能使指數於上升的季線有守，但在跌深後卻無法出現強彈走勢，就技術面而言，台股短線可能持續弱勢，在未出現向上開高走高中長紅前，短線應先保守以對。
 
大慶證券指出，台股近期相對亞股弱勢，主要原因在於外資短線態度轉趨保守，雖然昨日外資於現貨買超19.73億元，然台指外資空單持續加碼，淨空單累積至11900口以上，再創近期新高。而反應到盤面來看，昨日電子股依然弱勢且無主流，以電子指數來看，型態頸線293.9點之上似乎即將形成2個多月以來頭部，搭配短期均線開始下彎，未來電子股需見到權值型個股轉強帶動，否則恐將拉長修正時間。

美國股市這波多頭市場已持續近五年之久，S&P 500指數自2009年3月低點大漲了約170%，讓這一度英氣蓬勃的多頭，如今顯得老態龍鍾。

自上波至少10%的回檔整理走勢於2012年6月結束後，S&P 500已上漲近40%。回檔整理對市場而言，是健康的，有助讓投資人重整旗鼓。如此長期的多頭走勢，卻不見回檔整理，則讓人憂心。

如果不是聯準會(Fed)刻意壓低利率，致力推升股市與其他資產，股市或許會出現較多的典型漲漲跌跌，震盪波動。

現在企業獲利成長已見減緩，Fed也將縮減購債計劃，亦即減碼量化寬鬆(QE)。該計劃人為壓低了殖利率，提供了市場支撐。然而，許多投資人卻忽略了這項警告訊號。市場需要借助「重重憂慮」，才能上漲，但現在的投資人卻既勇敢又有自信。然而，勇敢與自信，是投資人最應避免的二項特質，除非市場處於極度悲觀時期，而現在明顯非屬悲觀時期。

關於目前的美國股市，投資人最應擔憂的是，缺少憂慮。此時讓人想起前美林公司分析師Bob Farrell所提出的第五項市場規則：「民眾在高點買的股票最多，在低點買得最少，」

由此應可推斷，美銀美林樂用的多空指數，已接近發出賣出訊號。

由中央政府認證的16種安全標章食品，近年來竟有十種發生問題。經濟部長張家祝、農委會主委陳保基昨（12）日在立委要求下，表示三個月內會完成清查，並承諾認證食品之後若再出包，他們會對此負責。

立法院昨天進行施政總質詢，民進黨立委蔡其昌質詢，若清查完畢後，標章再出問題，張家祝、陳保基應承諾負責。張家祝、陳保基則點頭說「好」。

行政院長江宜樺表示，相關食品標章確實要全盤制度檢討。經濟部、農業委員會已在清查GMP 、CAS等標章產品，清查完畢預計需三個月。

此外，政務委員張善政昨天邀集相關部會，審查食管法修正草案。本次修法重點有三，一是提高食品摻偽業者最高罰鍰，從1,500萬元提高至5,000萬元，刑責由三年提高到五年；二是提高食品標示不實最高罰鍰，從20萬元提高到400萬元；第三是設置食安保護基金。

修正案將在周四提交行政院院會核定，隨後將送入立法院審議，預估最快可在明年初上路。

張善政表示，新版食管法將授權中央或地方可以籌設食安基金，財源主要來自罰鍰移撥，但若有需要，日後也可編列公務預算。食安基金用途，可作為消費者集體訴訟經費、健康風險評估，或補助與食品安全及消費者保護有關的費用。但無法直接用來賠償消費者，消費者損失，仍必須向造成傷害的廠商求償。

【記者何炯榮／彰化縣報導】大統混油風暴燒到對岸，經銷大統油品長達八年的廈門祥順和公司，不堪庫存及商譽損失，昨（12）日委託律師向彰化地院遞狀，請求民事賠償526萬多元，這是兩岸食安糾紛求償首例。
