【大紀元2013年11月13日訊】(大紀元記者胡思仁香港報道)友邦保險星期一公佈研究中產階層願望與夢想的調查報告，顯示56%的香港受訪中產人士認為，健康是人生的首要目標，比率略低於中國大陸和台灣受訪者。香港中產並認為，需擁有3,000萬元總資產才算得上富裕。

是次調查由友邦保險委托國際意見調查機構Penn Schoen and Berlanf（PSB）於2013年9月下旬進行，透過網上調查分別訪問中國、香港和台灣各500名自我界定為中產階層的人士。報告指出，對香港中產階層而言，除了健康為人生首要目標，其次為安穩踏實的生活（38%）、舒適的退休生活（32%）及變得富裕（27%）。友邦保險首席行政官韋國敦（Gordon Watson）認為，此結果與一般認為財富和事業成就是香港中產人士的主要動力剛好相反。報告又指，46%香港受訪者認為主要的壓力來自現時的工作，其次為置業（23%）。

調查又發現，香港中產階層認為需要擁有1,500萬元總資產才算是經濟穩定，需要擁有3,000萬總資產才稱得上富裕。逾94%受訪者相信，他們家庭經濟狀況於未來五年會得到改善或保持不變，76%受訪者則認為現時感到經濟穩健。

對於退休後經濟狀況的信心，香港受訪者當中只有一半人有信心擁有足夠的退休儲蓄，他們估計需要1,100萬港元才可退休。67%香港受訪者偏好投資於退休儲蓄計劃為退休儲蓄方法，其次為投資房地產（62%）。

友邦保險市場及業務策略總經理謝佩蘭，被問到現時港人在準備退休生活的計劃是否足夠時表示，在香港，當家庭收入達至2萬至5萬水平，個人每年會撥16,300元作為儲蓄保障計劃的投資，是一個樂觀的數字。但她認為港人可根據每年每月撥備的投資金額及選擇的投資工具，為日後退休生活作更多準備。

《經濟學人》雜誌信息部數據預計在2010年至2017年間，年收入達10,000美元以上的大中華家庭數目將增加5.2倍至超過3.13億個家庭。因此友邦保險認為香港中產階層的迅速崛起已成為其中一項最重要的社會與經濟趨勢，並會帶來持續和深遠的轉變，而且會較預期更為迅速，認為政府、企業和教育當局將需要主動應對有關轉變。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】德國的「Millionendollarboy」與美國「Hevesh5」，花了3個月時間製作一段骨牌影片，片長約4分鐘，但骨牌推倒的剎那氣勢驚人。

其實這段影片並非一氣呵成，而是分段拍攝，最後再進行剪接完成影片，全片共用20000~25000塊骨牌。該影片上傳YouTube約4天，點閱率已經超過400萬。

桃園縣楊姓男子（45歲），昨早駕駛滿載水泥水溝槽的小貨車，行經新竹市香檳三街時，疑不熟地形煞車不及，衝撞路邊民宅（圖），車頭撞牆擠壓變形，楊受困其中兩小腿骨折，而車斗上的水溝槽也因作用力瞬間甩出，當場撞破民宅牆壁掉進屋內，所幸屋主未受波及，後警消趕到破壞車體將楊救出，送醫後無生命危險。文•圖╱林師民

美國總統歐巴馬今天正式宣布提名財政部負責金融穩定助理部長馬沙德擔任負責衍生性產品監理的「美國商品期貨交易委員會」（CFTC）主席。

歐巴馬今天下午正式對外宣布這項人事案，他對馬沙德（Timothy Massad）有信心，認為是適合領導這個防範未來再度發生金融危機的監理機構。

今年57歲的馬沙德，2011年起擔任財政部金融穩定助理部長，負責監督執行「問題資產救助計畫」，歐巴馬提名馬沙德接替詹斯勒（Gary Gensler）擔任CFTC主席，依照規定，這項人事案必須經由聯邦參議院同意。

2008年爆發金融海嘯，CFTC依據2010年通過的「多德-弗蘭克法案」（Dodd-Frank Act）授權，轉型成為對華爾街交易監理的重要機構，不過，自動減支（Sequester）讓CFTC面臨預算緊縮問題，本年度員工甚至可能被迫放無薪假的窘境。

歐巴馬在提名記者會上強調，應該要提供足夠資源讓CFTC做好工作，因為CFTC讓金融體系運作得更好、讓消費者更安全，如果CFTC沒有足夠資源，會是件愚蠢的事情。

美國衍生性商品監管機構「美國商品期貨交易委員會」，主要是仰賴國會撥款挹注，監督與商品掛鉤的衍生產品，但在執行「陶德佛朗克法案」（Dodd-FrankAct）時，對華爾街訂定嚴格的監理規則，也招來金融界人士與企業負責人批評CFTC管太多。

玻纖布廠富喬公告，董事會決議今天起至民國103年1月12日止買回庫藏股，買回區間為新台幣9.0元至15.0元，預計買回5000張，占公司已發行股份1.22%。

富喬公告，董事會決議今天起至民國103年1月12日止買回庫藏股，買回區間為新台幣9.0元至15.0元，且當股價低於所訂區間價格下限時，將繼續買回，預計買回500萬股，占公司已發行股份1.22%，買回庫藏股目的，預計於買回後六個月辦理註銷股本。

富喬也在8日公布前3季營運成果，營業收入新台幣31.82億元，毛利4.64億元，毛利率15%，稅後淨利0.82億元，稅後每股盈餘0.23元，每股淨值約新台幣16.03元。

富喬10月營收為3.55億元，較9月的3.51億元成長1.28%、較去年同期的3.28億元成長8.44%。
