【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】在澳洲當設計師的25歲女子真恩(Loni Jane)，自稱每天早餐都吃10根香蕉，以改善健康。

懷孕6個月的辣媽真恩，3年前是個無酒不歡的派對動物，但淪喪的生活讓她出現皮膚敏感、長暗瘡、變肥、掉頭髮、失眠及荷爾蒙失調等健康問題，一次到泰國旅遊時，更感染寄生蟲及登革熱。她決心放棄糜爛生活自救，依照一個以蔬果為主的低脂菜單為主要飲食，即每日攝取80%碳水化合物，10%脂肪，10%蛋白質。

她每天起床，先喝2公升檸檬水，口渴就吃半個西瓜，香蕉奶昔當早餐，午餐只吃一種水果，通常是5~6個芒果，方便消化，晚餐則只吃沙拉或配無油馬鈴薯片。真恩說，只吃蔬果及喝果汁後，健康大有改善，低脂飲食也讓她的血糖水平穩定。

雖然有不少人取笑她吃那麼多香蕉很古怪，但真恩不介意，指現在為了寶寶已經改變飲食習慣，不再到夜店，認識新朋友。

【黃揚明／台北報導】為縮短兩岸服貿協議審議時程，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池昨表示將在今天下午朝野協商中提出將提議由國民黨團辦完剩下6場公聽會，或讓公聽會與實質審查同時進行。但民進黨籍內政委員會召委段宜康批，林的提議「都是笑話」，因為內政委員會召委會議已達成共識，「應該對我有起碼的尊重！」

段宜康表示，如果他到現在都不排公聽會，國民黨團這樣反應有道理，「但是我不是不排，我是排了，而且有我的節奏來排。」

段宜康強調，因為服貿協議簽訂之前確實草率，連政府內部都不太瞭解，所以不要把這看成是對整個服貿協議生效的拖延，應該看成重新檢視協議的機會，重新檢視之前，不宜說它是好、是不好，這一定有一部份對台灣有利，有一部份讓台灣承受風險。「也有可能我們仔細檢視之後，說不定就不會反對了！」

新北市政府經濟發展局12日舉行「元氣進補、產業進步」中藥推廣記者會，指傳統習俗的立冬是冬令養身進補的最佳時機，並教導民眾辨識在地合法中藥店家，同時推薦十道創意藥膳料理。

經發局長葉惠青表示，中藥產業具有悠久歷史文化特色，但國內中藥市場有近9成的原料需依賴進口，經發局將積極協助新北市中藥商及相關業者，透過產品開發、改造店面開架方式、改良包裝等方式，提升產業整體價值及效益。

78歲的中醫師陳成章現場介紹少見的野生黃蓍、肉蓯蓉、何首烏等8種珍貴藥材，林春夏在現場親自示範藥膳「雙蔘湯」料理方式，並推薦藥燉排骨、益氣養生湯、人參精力湯、滋補烏骨雞、元氣皇帝雞、元氣藥膳蛋、養生益氣素神湯、養生花旗淮山雞、天麻養生湯等十道創意藥膳料理。

經發局指出，將與中藥公會規劃在明年舉辦大型的藥燉排骨品嚐會，要讓民眾知道藥燉排骨就是新北市的特色，另將陸續推出可以降火氣的人生彩色茶、生津止渴的四季養生茶等養生茶品，希望透過工廠量產進入超商等零售通路，使藥燉排骨養生包及各類養生茶成為新北市特色產品，擴大中藥整體市場需求，進而鼓勵民眾在採買時，多選擇新北市在地合法中藥店家。

晶圓代工廠台積電董事長張忠謀卸下執行長一職，台積電股價表現持穩，開盤持平，為105元。

台積電董事會12日核准任命2位執行副總經理暨共同營運長劉德音及魏哲家擔任總經理暨共同執行長，張忠謀再次卸下執行長職務。

張忠謀曾多次公開表示，這次卸下執行長職務後，仍會當個「管事」的董事長。

劉德音與魏哲家未來將執行張忠謀指定的職務，並直接向張忠謀負責；另外，「財務」及「法務」組織仍直接向張忠謀負責。

市場對張忠謀這次交棒執行長，多中性看待，認為對台積電未來營運應不會造成影響。

台積電美國存託憑證(ADR)周二走勢震盪，盤中雖一度達17.61美元，下跌0.12美元，不過，尾盤急拉，終場上漲0.08美元，收在17.81美元，漲幅0.45%。
