【大陸中心╱綜合報導】中國京藏高速公路青海路段，近兩年駕車民眾「闖關」逃避繳費的情況日益猖獗，大水橋收費站9月曾發生一輛大卡車在闖關時，將一名工作人員當場輾死的慘劇。
 
青海倒淌河收費站站長稱，常出現7、8輛車同時闖關，曾單日有逾800台車試圖闖關，險象環生。網友批評，這些闖關駕駛實在太可惡，「無法無天」，但也有人批評收費站「搶錢」。

【吳秀樺／台北報導】根據IDC（國際數據資訊）最新台灣投影機市場季度調查報告顯示，在邁入採購旺季下，第3季台灣投影機市場出貨量2.136萬台，較前季成長約6.8%，若與去年同期出貨量相較，則呈現衰退狀況，衰退幅度為7.6%。
 
IDC市場分析師高振偉指出，2009年擴大內需所建置之投影機設備陸續屆齡可汰換年限，目前替換比率仍不高，在相關採購仍未發酵下，本季雖較上季需求成長，但若與去年同期相比，市場仍顯衰退。此外在台灣銀行採購合約新標延後影響下，嚴重影響政府與教育單位投影機採購意願，預估將對第4季台灣市場造成影響。
 
IDC指出，在主流規格方面，2500~3999流明產品仍為主流亮度規格，出貨總量為63%；解析度方面，XGA機種市佔比重持續成長，本季相關機種佔整體市場出貨量73%左右。
 
就廠商表現方面，第3季前5大廠商分別為愛普生（EPSON）、明基（BenQ）、 奧圖碼（Optoma）、NEC及Vivitek。前5大品牌佔整體出貨量佔比，在第3季達76%，其中EPSON以28%市佔率拿下台灣市場第1。

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】遠嫁來台16年，印尼籍配偶陳海倫卻因疏忽，導致逾期居留12年；昨天，移民署嘉義縣服務站行動服務列車，專程由主任蔡長流親手將新辦好的外僑居留證，送到陳海倫竹崎家中，讓這位新移民外配感動不已，直說台灣人情味好濃。

移民署嘉義縣服務站主任蔡長流說，陳海倫平日忙著賺錢養家，又要照顧4名子女，加上對台灣法令不熟悉，本來領有外僑居留證，卻因逾期而失效，經協調印尼辦事處換發新護照及在台重新申請居留證後，陳女將可安心在台灣過生活。

【國際中心╱綜合報導】巴西的雛妓問題嚴重，生於貧困家庭的未成年少女，不惜在公路上攬客，以肉體換取三餐溫飽和租金，部分童妓年僅10歲，完事後更被貨車司機直接從車內丟出受傷，令人心酸。

巴西一條高速公路上，就有262個攬客點，不少未成年少女走出公路截停司機，然後上車向他們提供性服務。有女童坦言，10歲的時候被爸爸性侵後，自此被迫下海。

年僅11歲的拉麗雅被迫賣淫為生，她一臉稚氣的說：「部份司機完事後會趕我出車廂，有些會讓我爬下，有些踢我到路面。」她展示手肘擦傷撞瘀的傷痕，令人心酸，但她堅持說：「但我不會賤價出賣肉體，每次收取10英鎊((約台幣470元)。」

據聯合國兒童基金會統計，巴西目前有25萬名雛妓，有不少兒童因此染上愛滋病。英國記者羅珀(Matt Roper)前年與妻兒舉家移民南美洲成立慈善機構「Meninadança」，為當地10至17歲未成年少女提供「安全之家」，除了為她們提供金錢上的協助外，還舉辦舞蹈和美容課程讓少女走出困境，目前已有過百名少女獲救。

職業災害勞工保護法修正草案正在立法院初審，由於相關條文仍有爭議，立法院社福衛環委員會今天舉行公聽會，多位與會專家和民間團體呼籲，應將對職災保障另以「職災保險法」單獨立法。

勞委會副主委郭芳煜說，勞委會贊同將保險部分單獨立法，預計明年四月草案會出爐送行政院審議，但現有職保法也不能偏廢，盼職保法相關修正草案能在立法院這個會期通過，包括將合法來台外勞納入職保對象等。
