各位大大好... 小弟最近想替車子裝倒車顯影 因為預算考量 所以不考慮裝在中控台的那種多功能合一的倒車顯影 目前想說先買壹台Mio 505的導航 再請別人裝一顆一兩千塊的倒車鏡頭就好 想請問一下 如果降裝的話. 每次我要倒車的時候 他會自己切到"倒車的影像"嗎? 還是我要自己手動按 影像輸入呢? 會考慮這台導航是因為他剛好有支援Av in且價格還算ok!! 想請問這台導航有沒有什麼不方便的地方呢?? ex 導航定位功能很差之類的呢? 請有經驗的大大們能分享一下!! 小弟弟先謝謝您了!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.30.109

26歲男闖屋不偷錢　性侵80歲老婦

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國紐約一名26歲男子狄瓦斯(Brandon J. Devaux)，在本月10日清晨5點多，闖入當地一處民宅，並性侵一名80歲老婦人。狄瓦斯已在前天遭到逮捕。

警方指出，當天老婦人正在睡夢中，但發現自己被一名陌生男子壓住，隨後遭到男子性侵。警方說，狄瓦斯從窗戶闖入屋內，最後逃離現場，隨後婦人報警，並被送往醫院，目前老婦的狀況穩定。另警方也指出，老婦家中並沒有財物損失，前天已將狄瓦斯逮捕歸案。

女拒與淫官上床　胸部被抓傷

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國河南一名42歲官員郭繼海，在本周一於喝醉後到一家KTV唱歌。期間，他對一名22歲女子要求開房過夜上床，被女子拒絕後竟惱羞成怒，當場打傷女子，其胸部及頸部均被抓傷。

據了解，郭繼海於當晚11時許走出KTV包廂後，看到正獨自在階梯上接電話的女子，便上前對她毛手毛腳，並要求帶她去酒店開房過夜。女子推開他，他便掐著她的頸子按在地上毆打，並扯爛她的外套。KTV服務員發現後將2人拉開，郭繼海還朝女子的腿上踢了3腳才離開。

女子當晚由同行友人送回住處，隔日一早，便發現自己頸部及胸部等多處有明顯抓傷，且頭及腰疼痛，即刻送到醫院治療，並於當日上午報警。郭繼海事後否認曾對女子猥褻及毆打，目前當地警局正調查此事件，而政府高層也指出，正對郭繼海進行調查處理。

特偵組：研究是否上訴

國安密帳案，台北地院昨天判決前總統李登輝無罪，特偵組隨即發出聲明指出，收到判決書後再研究是否上訴。

特偵組指出，當初起訴的證據及理由相當充分，徐炳強及國安局前局長殷宗文當年由劉泰英陪同，前往桃園大溪鴻禧山莊李登輝住處，由徐書寫報告書及備忘錄，證明李、劉對「奉天專案」基金墊付款情形非常了解。

如果這筆錢真的是用於台綜院第四所，何須層層轉匯，還利用洗錢方式支付，此一做法明顯不符常情；況且台綜院第四所的所有費用，本應由國安局以專案補助方式支應，不該以挪用公款方式處理。

特偵組指出，高等法院二○○四年在徐炳強判決書中，認定李登輝對公款支付給劉泰英情事知情，該判決理由有詳細說明。
