【徐珮君／台北報導】媒體報導市占6成的鮮奶，竟有抗憂鬱劑、避孕藥、塑化劑、甚至有止痛劑等，引發消費者疑慮。農委會今組成專家學者團到各大廠商的酪農場和生乳場做源頭檢驗，農委會主委陳保基上午表示，最快3天會有結果。

《商業週刊》報導，市占6成的鮮奶，竟有抗憂鬱劑、避孕藥、塑化劑、甚至有止痛劑等，引發疑慮。農委會主委陳保基上午參加模範公務人員頒獎典禮時說，研究單位不是國家認證的實驗室，檢測結果「不夠嚴謹、非常粗糙」，靜待調查，對於鮮奶是否可能含有抗憂鬱劑？陳也認為，「應該沒有」，最快3天會有結果。

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院交通委員會今審查《道路交通管理處罰條例》部分條文修正草案，通過汽車駕駛人任意以迫近、驟然變換車道或其他不當方式，迫使他車讓道，以及非遇突發狀況，在行駛途中任意驟然減速、煞車或於車道中暫停，處新台幣6000元至2萬4000元罰鍰，並吊扣汽車牌照3個月，並接受道路交通安全講習。

委員會今天也初審通過明訂，未滿18歲者，監護人應同時施以道路交通安全講習，並得由警察機關公布監護人姓名，但經吊扣牌照再發照後又犯，可沒入該汽文，車。若2輛汽車共同違反上述規定在道路上競駛，可處3萬元至9萬元罰鍰，並當場禁止駕駛及吊銷駕照；此外，汽車駕駛人佔用自行車專用道，可處新台幣600元至1800元罰鍰。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）在美股盤中公布會議記錄，投資人解讀，即使就業市場未出現明顯的改善，Fed仍可能基於其他因素，縮減貨幣量化寬鬆（Quantitative Easing，QE）政策，股市隨即急跌，3大指數均收黑。

《鉅亨網》報導，聯準會先前強調，待美國就業市場改善後，QE政策才退場；再者，投資人原期望聯準會將維持目前每個月850億美元的公債購買政策，至少到明年，因此美股保持牛氣，一路衝到歷史高點的主要原因。但該會議記錄顯示，聯準會恐縮減QE，致美股收黑。

美國股市：
道瓊工業指數下挫 66.21，或0.41%，來到 15900.82 點。
標普 S&P500 指數下跌 6.50，或0.36%，收在 1781.37 點。
那斯達克 Nasda 指數下跌10.28，或0.26%，來到 3921.27 點。
費城半導體指數PHLX 下跌 2.25，或0.45%，收在495.63點。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1部銀色休旅車，昨天深夜11時在高雄市區先撞倒路旁5部機車，再追撞1對停等紅燈的機車男女，駕駛當時未停車，還飛奔逃竄，開了800公尺後失控撞上安全島才卡住，肇逃駕駛棄車逃逸。警方事後將受傷的傅姓(40歲、男)及湯姓(31歲)女子送醫，其中傅男臀部受傷，湯女手腳挫傷，幸無大礙，今早已出院，警方根據車號查出，駕駛是蕭姓(35歲)男子，正全力追緝到案 。

我國人張安薇遭擄走，參與救援的國民黨立委蔡正元昨天表示，張安薇已經病倒，他今天爆出進一步消息，對方描述張安薇出現早上起不來，吃不下東西。有關交涉進度，蔡正元指出，雖然目前對方還沒提到要求多少贖金，對方還要等到見過家屬後，拿到想要的東西，就會放人。

蔡正元透過個人管道，全力營救張安薇。他表示，透過通訊軟體line與對方聯繫，目前還沒有談到贖金，對方要見到張安薇家屬，才會談到這個問題，家屬會決定要如何交付、交付內容。

蔡正元昨天爆料，在馬來西亞遭綁架的張安薇已經病倒，蔡正元說，救人細節還是要尊重家屬，張安薇的大哥張大公今天晚上就會回台，商量後才決定。蔡正元強調，軍警在這件事情幫不上忙，他還是跟軍警保持距離，和對方建立互信。
