衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今日下午召開記者會，指出商業周刊所遞繳的乳品檢驗資料，不足以支持所公布的結果。

針對商業週刊報導，牛奶驗出抗生素、塑化劑等違法成分，食藥署今天早上召開專家會議，討論商周所遞交之乳品檢驗資料，並於今日下午召開記者會解釋專家會議的結論，食藥署表示，商周的資料不但不夠齊全，且數據缺少佐證的相關學理資料，其原因包含資料庫檢所僅適合初步解讀，不適合最終判斷依據；未提供品質管控資料，無確認數據代表性。

此外，食藥署也指出，商周也未提供詳細的數據，無法解釋實驗結果，也無提供相關學理資料，解讀這些代謝物是否源自所公布的藥品。

衛生福利部今日下午召開記者會，認為商周報導乳品中含抗生素等違法藥品的檢驗無法支持所公布的結果。食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美說，商周所使用的檢驗儀器GCMAS非常簡易，食藥署也會使用該儀器再次檢驗，兩天後會有結果。

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】縣長下令開罰，違規遊園車業者仍置之不理，表示「繼續營業」。

新港鄉板頭社區近年帶動觀光潮，每到假日遊客絡繹不絕，有業者腦筋動得快，提供遊客可代步、導覽的拼裝遊園車，違法上路，昨天還發生駕駛恍神追撞前車釀４傷意外。縣長張花冠說，早就發現這個問題，但縣府正研擬朝休閒農場辦法解套，再未完成前，也只能先開罰單取締。

「客人的厝」業者陳建勳說，客源多來自旅行團，屬長期配合模式，自知違法，但還是會繼續營業。

【石明啟／桃園報導】張姓婦人今上午到桃園市拜訪朋友，行經文昌公園突然病倒，口吐白沫、全身抽慉、雙眼翻白，當時情況危急，民眾發現趕緊衝到公園旁警福派出所求救，警消立即前往救援，發現婦人倒地，嘴破流血。
 
婦人向警消供稱，她有遺傳病史，因為忘了服藥，突然昏倒，索性緊急送醫後，並無大礙。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】蘇澳籍扒網作業漁船昇益利13號，今清晨5時許，在宜蘭龜山島龜首附近作業，疑船隻航行時太靠近岸邊，整艘船擱淺在礁石上，船上包括台籍船長及兩名菲律賓籍漁工共3人，緊急穿上救生衣，游上一旁礁石等待救援，由於海象差，船隻受不了大浪拍打，當場斷成兩半，海巡人員前去，冒險搏浪救人，在驚險中，救出受困3人。
 
昇益利13號漁船是扒網作業的燈船，於清晨5時許通報蘇澳區漁會岸上電台，表示該船在北緯24度50分，東經121度58分，即龜山島北方龜首附近，船隻太靠近岸邊，撞上礁石擱淺。因擔心沉船，船長呂金贊（46歲）兩名菲律賓籍漁工，緊急穿上救生衣，跳海游上礁石區待援。
 
原本在附近作業的友船，企圖將昇益利13號從礁石區拖出，但因海象差當地風浪大，昇益利13號漁船竟受不了友船與海浪兩股拉力，當場斷成兩截，船骸被海浪拍打四散。
 
蘇澳海巡隊獲報後，於清晨5時37分抵達，緊急施放小艇，但因礁石區浪大，浪高3、4公尺，海巡隊員乘坐小艇冒險靠近，但因距岸仍有一段距離，最後與扒網作業小艇一起拋救生圈，搏浪救人，過程驚險。船長呂金贊對於為何擱淺不願多表示。
 
3人接續被救出，並無大礙，船隻因斷成兩截無法拖救，海巡隊表示，該船尚無傳出油汙外洩情形，會持續監控。
