※ 引述《d9637568 (小さいけれど確かな幸せ)》之銘言： : 緯來 VL : 優點:轉播最久基本功好 : 缺點:主播話太多 : 民視 FTV : 優點:主播和球評品質不錯 : 缺點:轉播問題頗多 球跟不到 亂切畫面 中場休息重播沒撥精彩好球等 跟球還有畫面切換這種技術問題，只要多練習甚至直接挖角人才就能解決了。 今天緯來轉播技術的成熟也是靠著多年累積，以及早年網路鄉民們的批評，而 得以提升的。話說現在因為拍攝技術而倍受吹捧的緯來體育台，在十年前明明 就是PTT棒球板球賽實況裡，眾鄉民發文批判的主坦! 且不論那些層出不窮的跟不到球，死不重播PLAY等等這種技術面問題。最令人 咬牙切齒的，莫過於緯來各式各樣的廣告吃球、甚至吃人；都已經一人出局了 ，才結束廣告，畫面切回比賽現場。時間追朔到更早前，一九九七年後，緯來 挾十五億天價權利金進場轉播時，卻遇上第一次假球案，中職進入黑暗期，當時 它的所作所為，如今再來評論也只是令人搖頭而已! 不得不提那時中職兩地開打，緯來自動犧牲一場的慘劇。其中某場運氣好能LIVE 播出，而另一地比賽的轉播，就會因各種理由而消失，連重播錄影都沒有。因而 造成當年養父鐵加盟兄弟象後在新莊球場的首場紀念性代表作，追平中職紀錄的 16K一安打完封勝，就永遠都沒有畫面了! 另外，明年極可能會成倍數飆高的電視轉播權利金，這也是早期CPBL老球團與緯來 恩怨的由來之一。原因正是當時緯來吃定各球團，因為黑暗期收入銳減，只能靠著 電視轉播權利金苦撐的窘境，再加上兩聯盟惡鬥，中職轉播成了緯來的獨門生意。 造就緯來明明頻道廣告照賣，卻還是能將電視轉播價格打折再打折，砍到只剩一年 兩千萬而已，逼著當年的聯盟也只能捏著鼻子咬牙吞下肚，有苦說不出。 因此，還是老話一句，有競爭才有進步! 更多放送平台的加入才是球迷之福。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.225.142 ※ 編輯: Linama 來自: 114.46.225.142 (11/30 01:34)

「看見台灣災害，卻以開發至上、經濟掛帥思維開發！」台灣環保聯盟聯合10多位地方環團代表於29日到行政院陳情表示，江院長看過《看見台灣》的土地破壞，應注意像淡海二期與桃園航空城等不當開發計畫，若不停下腳步，地方生態與居民權利也將持續受到破害。行政院也派員接受陳情，表示會納入國土開發計畫的考量。

針對行政院29日舉行跨部會討論紀錄片《看見台灣》所呈現的國土環境破壞問題，10多名環團代表至行政院前陳情抗議，質疑行政院長江宜樺等團隊，為何宣稱看到土地不當開發與水資源汙染，還要進行水保法修法，讓全台灣水庫集水區之國有地可租售，未來還計畫開發桃園航空城與淡海二期，屆時將使農地、濕地與水資源遭大量的破壞。

去年1月通過的「土地徵收條例修正案」，本為回應民間反對徵收特定農地，但經行政院核定通過的「重大建設」卻又不在此限。桃園在地聯盟會長潘忠正表示，桃園航空城計畫是重大建設，將佔據1487公頃的特定農地，及三個46公頃的大埤塘溼地，而6月通過的濕地法，也已明示需有開發之補償，若航空城審議通過，等於又是說一套做一套，看不見任何補償，只看見農地與濕地環境遭到破壞。

新北市淡水區的「淡海新市鎮第二期發展計畫」，總開發面積達1168公頃，佔了約4分之3的新市鎮土地，其中農、林地共佔871公頃，目前正計畫啟動二期的開發計畫，預計將造成近6000戶1.5萬在地居民的遷移。

「政府既從紀錄片《看見台灣》發現土地過度開發，但淡海一期開發後，空屋率仍高，卻還要開發第二期，當地的自然生態與居民將受到迫害。」淡海二期反徵收自救會發言人王鐘銘表示，希望政府不要以「開發至上、經濟掛帥」的施政思維看見台灣，既然看見台灣土地過度開發與水資源汙染問題，就應停下腳步，思考台灣土地與人之間的關係。

行政院29日上午派員前往院外接受環保團體的陳情書，並表示由於江宜樺院長目前正在與跨部會開會，討論國土計畫的環保問題，會將環保團體訴求的不當開發農、林、濕地與水資源汙染問題等個案，納入國土開發計畫的考量。

高雄鐵皮屋火警　獨居老人身亡

【都會中心／高雄報導】高雄市區1間鐵皮屋的平房，昨晚深夜發生火警，消防局獲報，隨即趕往現場救援，由於民眾表示屋內住有1名行動不便的80歲獨居老翁，受困屋內，消防隊員衝入室內救人，但老翁仍不幸身亡。至於起火原因，目前正由消防局調查中。

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】主計總處今日公布，下修全年經濟成長率至1.74%，下修0.57個百分點，明年經濟成長率由8月預測3.37%下修至2.59%，調幅達0.78個百分點。

主計長石素梅表示，預測今年第4季經濟成長年增率為1.22%，累計今年全年經濟成長率下修至1.74%。明年經濟成長為2.59%，無法保3，另外，主計總處今日也同步公布，國人每人平均GDP為2萬850美元，CPI上漲1.21%。
