高盛(Goldman Sachs Group Inc.)(GS-US)首席美國策略師David Kostin周一(2日)接受《CNBC》節目「Squawk on the Street」專訪，並在節目上淡化股市泡沫的憂慮情緒，以及由於預期美國聯準會(Fed)收回經濟刺激計劃將對金融市場造成的影響。

在預測明(2014)年經濟前景方面，Kostin認為標普500指數能在明(2014)年年底時觸及1900點且經濟將持續改善，但投資人應注意同一時期的10%修正幅度。

Kostin表示：「一般說來，獲利正在走升且經濟正在變好，那是個正面背景。第2個議題則是拉回的可能性。市場目前在18個月內的漲幅將近50%，未有10%修正幅度。市場基本上也一直往上。」

Kostin預估，根據量化分析與模擬，市場明年有67%機率面臨修正。他預期每股稅後盈餘將增加，而那倍數將仍在15倍獲利左右，並可能跳高至16倍獲利。

Kostin並重申高盛所持Fed將於明(2014)年3月開始縮減大規模資產購置計劃之立場，又說2008年金融危機後的低利率允許公司增加債務。

Kostin指出：「多數公司已再融資他們的債務，已延長他們的到期日。他們一直利用此非常、非常低且空前新低利率環境來將他們的債務情形優化。那是個重要議題。」

Kostin也告訴投資人向那些利用資本買回股票及股利的公司看齊，並舉航太國防公司 Northrop Grumman Corp.(NOC-US)為例。

Kostin在7月時亦向《CNBC》表示，市場價格仍合理，最好的交易是賣出債券及買進股票，尤其是會發放股利的股票。

他當時也指出，到了12月時的展望可能是經濟活動的日漸改善，並預測標普500指數可能在年底前觸碰到1750點。

《The Asset》報導，人民幣已經取代歐元，成為全球第 2 大常用的貿易融資貨幣，排名在美元之後。做為全球支付貨幣的排名，則繼續維持在第 12 位。

根據 SWIFT(環球銀行金融電信協會)  數據，人民幣在傳統的信用狀及催收信函的使用，已經由 2012 月 1 月的 1.89%，成長到今年 10 月的 8.66%，而歐元則是由去年 1 月的 7.87%，降到今年 10 月的 6.64%，退居第 3 位。第 1 名仍為美元，市占達 81.08%。 

在 2013 年 10 月使用人民幣貿易的經濟體，前 5 名為：中國、香港、新加坡、德國及澳洲。

SWIFT 亞太支付與貿易市場主管 Franck de Praetere 表示，人民幣已明顯成為全球貿易的重要貨幣，特別在亞洲，中國進出口的貿易夥伴，使用人民幣做為信用狀的貨幣。

不過，以整體支付貨幣來看，人民幣仍穩居第 12 位，在 2013 年 10 月，使用所占比例由原先的 0.86% 小幅下滑到 0.84%。在 2013 年 10 月，全球貨幣支付上升 4.6%，人民幣則上升 1.5%。
