【陳詩璧／綜合報導】前交通部長郭瑤琪，被控在台鐵台北車站招標案中，收下廠商南仁湖集團2萬塊美金，最高法院5日判定郭瑤琪8年徒刑定讞。今日上午郭瑤琪在律師顧立雄和台大醫師柯文哲的陪同之下召開記者會。
郭瑤琪表示，她當初會收下南仁湖集團負責人李清波兒子李宗賢的茶葉罐，是因為對方表示茶葉是親戚種的，才會收下，沒想到最後會變成這樣，她表示會對李宗賢提出捏造事實的告訴，而委任律師顧立雄表示，李宗賢連當初送的茶葉罐數量都記不得，郭瑤琪也說對司法很失望，將會循各種管道，維護自己的清白。

【王翊亘／綜合報導】接連簽下貝爾川(Carlos Beltran)與艾斯貝瑞(Jacoby Ellsbury)2名外野手後，洋基的外野陣容顯得有些擁擠，除這2人外，還有鈴木一朗、賈納(Brett Gardner)、索瑞安諾(Alfonso Soriano)、威爾斯(Vernon Wells)4名外野手，也讓洋基決定打開交易賈納的大門，歡迎各隊前來詢問。
賈納今年30歲，除2012年受傷僅出賽16場外，從2009年起，他就是洋基的主力外野手，上壘率高、腳程快、守備範圍廣大，是他的特點。雖然賈納的實力不錯，但洋基仍想忍痛交易他，原因在於比起索瑞安諾、威爾斯或鈴木一朗，賈納的市場價值比較高。
洋基目前的補強瞄準在二壘手與先發投手，賈納能否為洋基換得更多的陣容空間，值得觀察。

【龍柏安／綜合報導】湖人一哥Kobe(Kobe Bryant)預計明天早上對暴龍之戰復出，湖人總教練戴東尼(Mike D’Antoni)表示，Kobe本季的處女戰預計只會出賽20分鐘，不過也沒有完全限制，一切會端視現場比賽狀況而隨時調整，不過戴東尼也透露，如果先發控衛布萊克(Steve Blake)需要休息，他不排斥讓Kobe客串擔任控球後衛的角色。
