【侯力元／新竹報導】實在離譜!女大生搭火車遇醉漢怪叔叔，竟遭摳摸腿二十分鐘，告知台鐵列車長僅協助換座位沒報警。就讀新竹某私立大學四年級的游姓女大生，本月五日搭台鐵莒光號五五二次列車北上樹林時，在新竹站上車後遇到一名全身酒氣的男子不斷用手磨蹭大腿。之後游同學向列車長反應，列車長竟只將男子移往別列車廂而沒報警，游同學直呼：｢會不會太誇張了?

游同學說，當天上火車找到座位坐下後，一名蓄平頭年約五十歲頭髮花白、身高約一百六十公分，身材消瘦的男子出現，並在鄰座坐下。男子坐下後即閉眼休息，但左手開始不斷磨蹭游同學的大腿，游同學一開始以為是男子不小心碰觸，不以為意。但是男子行徑越來越誇張，甚至往上碰觸到屁股，游同學當下用自己的手機拍下男子的惡劣行徑。

南非媒體今天報導，前總統曼德拉5日晚間去世時，最親近的家人陪伴身旁，他在撤除維生設施後自主呼吸，嚥下了最後一口氣。

法新社報導，南非「週日時報」（Sunday Times）說：「週四晚間他逝世前，已撤除呼吸器，他靠自己呼吸。」

南非「城市新聞」（City Press）週刊說，曼德拉臨終前，家人獲准兩三人一組，分批進入他房間探視。

城市新聞說，曼德拉最後幾個月未發一語。

週日時報引述臨終前探視過他的老友荷羅米薩（Bantu Holomisa），他表示在接到病危通知後，「我直接到他房間看他，看見他的狀況跟上次相比，嚴重惡化。我很傷心。」

荷羅米薩陪了曼德拉一個多小時，約在醫師宣告他去世前90分鐘離去。

南非已故總統曼德拉的照片和商標，在南非是有力的商業和政治標誌，從競選海報、酒瓶到廚房圍裙都可見到，有時候也會成為爭執的來源。

路透社報導，曼德拉5日逝世後，有幾方會涉入掌控曼德拉財務和道德遺產的爭執中，包括他的家人、執政的非洲民族議會和他設立的曼德拉基金會。

曼德拉把遺產分成20幾個信託和曼德拉基金會（Nelson Mandela Foundation），信託負責財務，主要用於支付孫輩和曾孫輩的教育費用，基金會是他道德遺產的管理人。

負責營運約翰尼斯堡曼德拉紀念中心（NelsonMandela Centre of Memory）的曼德拉基金會，是曼德拉商標的正式管理人。

基金會擁有10幾個曼德拉商標或智慧財產權，包括坐牢的囚室號碼46664、曼德拉（Nelson Mandela）、族名「馬迪巴」（Madiba），和名字Rolihlahla，基金會以此進行募款和慈善工作。

基金會2012年淨收入是2200萬鍰（約220萬美元），資產是2億9000萬鍰。2011年的淨收入是3300萬鍰、資產2億6200萬鍰。

為曼德拉的書「與自己對話」（Conversationswith Myself），基金會2011年和2012年分別支付他280萬鍰和290萬鍰。

掛著曼德拉名字的東西，不是所有都經過他的授權。

至少有40家正式向南非政府登記的公司用了曼德拉的名字，但似乎跟他的親戚或以曼德拉為名的地理區都沒關係。族名「馬迪巴」則有超過140家公司使用。

曼德拉基金會擁有自己的網站nelsonmandela.org，但mandela.org卻歸一個巴西人所有。

即使如此，曼德拉基金會很少控告以曼德拉為名的公司，曼德拉基金會主任兼檔案保管人哈瑞斯（VerneHarris）說：「曼德拉這個商標不像可口可樂。它很大、很複雜，商標之下有很多分支商標。我們只在很小範圍內行使保護權。」

他說：「馬迪巴允許全球將近50個機構使用他的姓名。直到過去10年內才建立起管理體系、一套應用標準和行為準則，讓相關機構依循。」

曼德拉兒孫外，另一個渴望使用曼德拉形象的，是自1964年他入獄後，便以他為反種族主義抗爭象徵的非洲民族議會（African National Congress ）。

政治分析家兼作家古梅德（William Gumede）說：「非洲民族議會造了這個商標，這個商標卻變得比非洲民族議會還大。」

「不幸的是，非洲民族議會許多基層領袖現今視曼德拉為他們所有，而非屬於南非全體和更廣大的世界。」

即使南非反對黨「民主聯盟」（DemocraticAlliance ）也聲稱可運用曼德拉光環，在競選資料印上曼德拉相片，引起非洲民族議會成員憤怒。南非明年將舉行大選，兩黨可能都會努力從「曼德拉魅力」獲益。
