【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】根據美國《UPI》新聞網和《法庭新聞網》(Courthouse news)報導指出，一名受刑人唐納(elvin Turner)在2011年受刑期間，曾接受監獄醫師羅培茲(Rafel Lopez)的治療，並進行前列腺手術，但疑似手術失敗，唐納稱他的陰莖受損、排尿不便，因此向羅培茲提起訴訟，近日該案開庭審理。

唐納說，在手術後「我的陰莖異常變大，上面還有洞，導致我會常常對不准小便斗，會尿在地板上，甚至排尿時，尿液會噴在我的身體上，弄濕我的衣服。我的房間裡充滿尿味，我都必須蹲著尿尿。」唐納感覺自己「被羞辱」2年，因此向法院請求，要求羅培茲賠償25000美元(約新台幣74萬元)，該案仍持續審理中。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】有北韓「攝政王」之稱的張成澤昨日被官方宣布已執行死刑，不過至今張成澤是如何被執行死刑，仍是一個迷。南韓《朝鮮日報》和《京鄉新聞》引述南韓情報機關消息指出，張成澤在生前曾被嚴刑拷打，最後軍方以機關槍開90槍，讓張成澤斃命。

報導指出，從張成澤受審的照片中看到，張的手部有黑青腫脹，懷疑張生前曾遭到嚴刑拷打。另外，南韓情報機關消息指出，張成澤應該是被用機關槍開了90槍斃命，最後遺體還被用火焰噴射器燒毀，下場相當悽慘。

小白虎寶寶也跟人類嬰兒寶寶一樣，肚子餓一樣會哇哇叫，但聲音怎麼聽起怪怪的？一聽之下很像鴨叫聲！今天小白虎寶寶第一次發聲「虎吼聲」，完全跟成虎的吼聲截然不同，帶點尖銳稚嫩的聲音，使虎媽媽聞聲趕到身邊，用嘴舔舔安撫。
 
獸醫指出，小白虎不會游泳洗澡，全靠虎媽媽的一張嘴，看那鋒利的牙齒，如何不會傷到小白虎，完全考驗虎媽媽的技巧和耐心。
 
六福村表示，將全天候紀錄「小白虎成長日記」，除了觀察牠們的健康及生活狀況，也可以讓遊客能更進一步認識小白虎成長奧秘，除了在園區內播映小白虎實境Live影像，民眾也能上六福村官方網站或六福村粉絲專頁查詢。

國民黨主席馬英九今天參加把愛傳出去活動，表揚全國績優婦女團體。他說，婦女朋友最擔心的就是食安問題，政府為了要讓民眾安心，決定嚴查重罰，提高刑度罰款，對惡質廠商不當得利裁罰無上限，希望業者自律。

馬總統表示，有些廠商使用不實標示，實際上是民生詐欺行為，對消費者來說「沒有傷身、是傷心」，但不論是傷身、傷心，政府都不允許。他說，這是執政之前，就存在的問題，遇到了就要面對、處理，不要覺得自己倒楣。
