日月光排廢水問題持續延燒，外界認為汙染水源最多只能罰60萬，不符比例。民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天說，很多法律、政府罰則不切實際，五月天一個演唱會超時或認定有噪音，就罰100多萬，一個大公司排放廢水，破壞幾千公頃良田，卻只罰60萬，這是什麼世界，什麼道理，什麼公平。

蘇貞昌表示，政府不是沒有辦法，而是要拿出魄力。企業家過去深受國家法令、租稅保護獎勵，這時候不管責任是不是在實際領導人身上，既然闖這麼大的禍，有任何刑事、行政責任都不能逃避。

蘇貞昌說，如果企業是有計畫設暗管排放廢水，政府更應追究、課以重責，不然賺都賺到了，罰這麼一點，更會上行下效，重罰才會以儆效尤。

高雄市長陳菊受訪表示，高雄市政府對日月光事件是主動舉發、依法處理，法律規範部分，未來可以修法。

民進黨台北市長人選競逐火花持續發燒，台大醫師柯文哲日前指「要他加入民進黨，是把獅子關進籠子」，律師顧立雄昨晚在臉書發表「獅子是群居合作、團隊狩獵的動物」一文回擊。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌、顧立雄今天都出席小巨蛋「國際獅王大賽」活動。蘇貞昌受訪時幽默說，「講到獅子我特別有fu，我就是獅子座」。不過他也強調，民進黨是理念相同的人、有志為台灣打拚的人的結合，「千萬不要勉強」。

顧立雄今早接受廣播專訪時則諷刺柯文哲說，政治人物不該被英雄化、偶像化，那是戒嚴時代的產物，如今應回歸政黨政治運作，對政黨賦權並究責。

顧立雄說，政治人物也是普通人，需要有政黨作為後盾，但外界常期待政治人物個人做出超乎常人的決策，這是很危險的。民主政治就是責任政治、政黨政治，對個人膜拜、崇尚英雄主義，會對民主造常傷害。

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】安置八八風災鄒族災民入住逐鹿社區已有1年，今天舉辦周年感恩活動，縣長張花冠表示，為延續鄒族傳統及產業生計，縣府正持續興建阿里山文化觀光藝術館等多項兼具觀光、休閒與文化的建設，讓逐鹿社區成為遊客上阿里山的前哨站及觀光亮點。

今天也同時啟用以鋼材搭配傳統建材搭建而成的原住民文化聚會所，屬鄒族特色涼亭建築，鄒語稱為「Hufu」，與達邦社及特富野社的男子集會所「Kuba」有所區隔，目的是要形塑社區鄒族文化特色，發揮觀光功能，並提供居民文化傳承與休憩空間使用，所以沒有「女人勿進」的禁忌，遊客可以登樓探訪，導覽解說員介紹裡面神秘的故事，進而了解鄒族狩獵與各種祭祀文化。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭自從政府撤回與歐盟的經貿協議談判後，便爆發大規模的反政府抗議。烏克蘭總理亞努科維奇昨天邀請3位反對陣營領袖會談，但雙方沒有任何交集。

參與這場會談的抗議運動領導人克里茲科表示，這只是亞努科維奇擺出的一個和解姿態，他根本就沒有任何讓步，烏克蘭政府也完全沒有聽取反對陣營意見的意思。法新社稱，在反對派領袖稱基輔街頭的示威群眾知道這個結果之後，反而士氣大振，這個周末恐將聚集更多人潮。

美國有線電視網（CNN）報導，亞努科維奇昨天還表示要特赦在這場事件中逮捕的抗議者，並且表示他並未放棄與歐盟整合的道路，也沒有放棄改革，因為「這樣才能讓烏克蘭更貼近歐洲的標準」。但這番說詞似乎並未被基輔街頭的群眾接受，抗議人潮並無散去跡象。
