在這家公司做了快滿兩年了 最大的感想 就是這家家族企業死要錢 非但捨不得發出任何福利,而且千方百計從薪水扣錢 最可悲的是 我因為經濟壓力的因素,不得不繼續苦熬下去 情境1: 我去面試第一天,勞工局就派員前來調查 我事後得知,原來有離職的員工,向勞工局檢舉 這家公司加班一律不給加班費,未經員工同意,強制以休假相抵 到目前還是沒有任何改變,只不過現在多了一項,要員工填寫"切結書" 證明得員工同意;可是員工真的心甘情願嗎?? 情境2: 這家公司獨特的規定,凡是連續請病假超過兩天者,必須另外再扣一天的錢 無視勞基法的規定,算的一點不吃虧呀! 情境3: 前些日子,國外客戶前來查廠,臨走前隨機挑選每個部門的人員,到會議室;關起門來 詢問這家公司對員工的各方面情形,有些人當場爆料,10年前的薪水和10年後的薪水 一模一樣,都沒調整過;還有10年來,都沒辦過聚餐或旅遊---聽說事後,原本到手的訂單 被無限推移或轉單--- 情境4: 上個月,貼出一張公告;主旨寫明,任何人不管有意或無意的任何行為,造成公司有形或 無形的資產損失,就其損失金額,從關係人及相關主管薪水扣錢處罰;每一個人看到公告 都搖頭,沒看過一間公司搶錢搶成這樣--- 真的應了一句話 "族繁不及備載" 或許有些朋友會說,這麼爛的公司怎麼不走 但--- 不多說了,寫來博君一笑罷了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.3.169

這幾天幫朋友組了9台電腦 彩券行要用的 結果遇到一個奇妙的問題 就是播放Youtube時 不管是網頁內嵌或Youtube網頁上的影片 只要不插任何喇叭或耳機 播放時，它只會播放個1～2秒就跳回片頭 跳個兩三次後，就出現"發生錯誤，請稍候再試一次。" 我不信邪的插上耳機播Youtube 播到一半拔掉耳機 結果Youtube畫面過幾秒鐘後就卡住不再播放了 超奇怪的狀況 我試過兩個版本的音效卡驅動程式 主機板官網和公版 也試過Win7內建的驅動 都是一樣的狀況 Youtube部份 我裝過最新版的和稍微舊的版本，11.8 也試過調整Youtube硬體加速部份的設定 都無法解套 主要零件如下 Intel Pentium G3220 Gigabyte B85M-D2V ADATA DDR3-1600 4G Plextor M5S 128G or Micron M500 120G 不知道有沒有網兄遇過類似狀況？ 我朋友那邊確定安裝時不會裝喇叭 但我不認為不裝喇叭就不能播放Youtube是正常的狀況 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.90.212

→ iuytjhgf:IE建議用較新的版本 WIN7灌好好像才8版還9版 12/15 11:24

IE靠Win7的線上更新直接更新到11版去了還是一樣 Chrome是正常的，但我發現Chrome不用靠FlashPlayer也可以播Youtube

→ iuytjhgf:再來就是檢查一下 喇叭耳機拔掉的時候他輸出在哪裡 12/15 11:26

→ iuytjhgf:比較怕他輸出到奇怪的地方導致問題一大堆 12/15 11:27

→ iuytjhgf:IE更新過 FLASH記得要重新裝過 12/15 11:28
