剛才去新開幕的新市麥當勞解決民生需求， 看到門口有一隻拉不拉多，一隻黃金獵犬， 拉不拉多似乎是剛生產完，黃金獵犬則是看起來有一點虛弱， 兩隻都很親人，只要有人經過就會友善的搖著尾巴靠近， 看起來他們都在街頭有段時間了， 很明顯是被棄養的毛小孩...... 雖然很心痛，但是礙於自己的住所與職業， 根本沒辦法養任何寵物， 也只能跟看著牠們說聲對不起就離開了， 但還是覺得好難過， 一直想到之前去看的十二夜...... 我真的不知道棄養的人到底在想什麼， 也是一條寶貴的生命， 怎麼能隨意割捨呢？ 我不能為牠們做什麼，只能轉達這個訊息， 如果有人能伸出援手就好了； 希望牠們能平安健康地活下去， 能找到一個愛牠的主人、擋風遮雨的家就更好了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.139.51

【顏馨宜╱台北報導】夏克立今出席公視《我在台灣》「Free Hug擁抱台灣」活動，擔任主持人的他率4外籍主持，與近百台灣人、新住民擁抱，來台17年同是新住民的夏克立，提及加拿大與台灣生活差異，他說之前和黃嘉千看婚姻諮詢師，在外國人看起來很平凡的事，沒想到卻被解讀為是兩人失和鬧分居，讓他覺得很意外，夏克立還說，黃嘉千在家都很會「拖」時間，常常要他三催四請，不過，他也說有時走在路上看到不錯的女生，黃嘉千都會說：「那女的還不錯，你覺得呢？」他後來知道是試探，當然也不敢多說，現在都會說：「還好。」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】南非前總統曼德拉(Nelson Mandela)的國葬儀式，在充滿親友的哭泣聲中完成。他的遺體已在家鄉東開普省庫努村的家族墓園中下葬。
大約4500名賓客向曼德拉作最後道別，靈柩由國旗包裹，放在多張牛皮之上，周圍擺放著95枝蠟燭，象徵一代偉人享壽95歲。國葬儀式完成之後，靈柩已經被送到家族墓園。入土儀式則依曼德拉家人遺族意願，不會對外公開，只有430名至親好友參加，目前遺體已經在墓地下葬。一代偉人，就此長眠。

| 檢評會認定王金平、柯建銘關說 立法院紀委會仍難翻案

【何哲欣、黃揚明／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會昨完成調查後認定，高檢署檢察長陳守煌確實接受立法院長王金平的關說，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘的案子才未再上訴。因立法院紀律委員會日前針對柯的關說案，認定關說不成立，柯不予處分，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池今天說，最快將在周五院會提案，柯案重新交付紀委會審查。不過藍綠立委都坦言，即使重審，也沒有人敢提議懲處王、柯。
紀委會召委成員之一、藍委呂學樟說，若重審，會再要求檢察總長黃世銘說明，目前沒有預設立場。紀律委員、藍委陳根德說，希望此事儘快落幕，不要歹戲拖棚，但如何懲處，尊重紀委會決議。藍委吳育昇說，檢評會的調查結果，更代表有必要紀委會重審，不過若重審結果還是不處分，就由藍綠共同承擔。
不具名綠委說，王、柯打電話是事實，但他們不會那麼白目，直接明講要求不要上訴，這種暗示很難認定是關說，除非紀委會不記名投票，不然考量立院生態，沒有人敢為此得罪王、柯。柯建銘受訪說：「我沒有意見，他們要怎麼樣都隨便他們。」
