手機訂單回溫！勞委會官員表示，近半個月共有五家停止實施無薪假，均為電子科技業，多與手機相關零組件訂單相關。不過，近半個月仍新增二家電子製造業廠商。

勞委會今天公布最新無薪假人數統計結果，在連五期增加後出現回降，企業家數減至38家，通報人數減少214人，實際實施人數則大減937人，寫下近四個月新低。

目前通報人數為2,172人，實際實施人數1,429人，落差高達743人。官員表示，部分企業仍在申報實施無薪假期間，但適逢年底部分改用特休處理停工，因此使實際動用無薪假人數部分減少，另外部分廠商有接到訂單，因此停止實施。

【徐珮君／台北報導】研考會上午公布今年數位機會調查報告，首度針對6至11歲學童進行調查。結果顯示，每4名學童就有1人擁有自己的專用平板電腦，平均每周使用電腦時間是6.3小時；有3成學童會透過網路交友，其中有4成5會相信網友說的話，如有網友邀約，更有1成5學童會赴約，造成使用網路的負面隱憂。

根據研考會調查，平板、智慧型手機超夯，6到11歲學童使用率達8成以上，每5個學童有1人擁有自己的智慧型手機，21.5％學童每天會使用電腦，平均每周玩遊戲時間5.2小時；不過，觀察男女生差異，男學童比女學童更容易感受到不上網的焦慮不安，5成7女學童玩全不會受到網路或電腦影響，卻僅有4成1男學童不受影響。

【李卉婷／屏東報導】海生館小白鯨今接受「健康檢查」，原好動的模樣，在等待健檢的時間似乎是緊張關係讓白鯨池變得分外安靜。除了每日定時定量的進食，小白鯨跟人類一樣需要定期接受健康檢查，考量小白鯨天性較敏感，飼育團隊採「自願性醫療」進行健檢，必須訓練有7歲孩童智商的小白鯨，讓小白鯨在健檢過程，乖乖就範。

海生館表示，健檢規格包含體長、胸圍、牙齒及氣孔細菌等項目，還底觀察與飼育人員間互動反應，每年定期健檢，才能保持頭好壯壯的體魄。

【劉昌松／台北報導】潘姓原住民去年為滿足口腹之慾，到山上獵捕俗稱國慶鳥的稀有保育動物灰面鷲13隻，今被最高法院依違反《野生動物保育法》、《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》等罪判刑2年半，併科罰金8萬元定讞。

潘男平常種植愛玉，為驅趕偷吃的松鼠，在2009年上網買了1把空氣槍和金屬子彈，去年10月5日正值候鳥過境時節，他和陳姓友人因為想吃鷲肉，深夜到部落後山，由陳持手電筒打光，潘持槍連續射殺13隻，被埋伏執行反獵鷹的警察當場查獲。

高雄高分院考量潘是原住民，本就有打獵的生活習俗，但為口腹之慾獵捕保育類候鳥而觸法，依《動保法》等罪名將判刑，最高法院今駁回上訴定讞。陳男則因犯案情節較輕，一審被判刑2年，併科罰金6萬元，緩刑5年，沒上訴而定讞。

　【孫英哲、鄧惠珍／彰化報導】大統長基公司黑心混油案今天上午十一時宣判，大統董事長高振利被重判16年有期徒刑，調配室科長溫瑞彬及員工周昆明都被判刑2年10月，其中有一年的刑期可易科罰金，另外，溫、周二人也都被依宣告緩刑5年；至於大統長基公司也被判罰五千萬罰金。
 
外界也相當關注的沒收18億5千萬元不法所得一事，法官並未宣告沒收。法官指出，檢方提列的不法所得是公司所有，並非個人，另外，也考量到還有大統員工資遣費、通路廠退款及消費者求償等善後問題，此時國家不宜再以沒收不法所得的手段來瓜分這筆錢。
