【侯力元／新竹報導】發生在本月10日新竹監獄受刑人猝死意外，今檢方會同法醫解剖相驗查明死因。新竹監獄副典獄長鄭秉先表示，因毒品案入監服刑的彭成瑞(39歲)，於身體檢查後回到房舍陷入昏迷，經同室獄友向管理員呈報後，緊急送醫後不治，家屬則是質疑獄方延誤就醫。
 
家屬表示，彭男在上個月初即因案羈押於新竹看守所，後因法院判決涉毒品案需坐監10月，彭於本月2日入監服刑，10日下午1時許，接受監察科安排的新收調查，進行基本身高、體重、血壓測量，下午3時許返回房舍休息，不料3分鐘後就被發現陷入昏迷。
 
獄方表示，意外發生後即送彭男至台大醫院新竹分院急救，醫院診斷疑似動脈瘤破裂，造成嚴重內出血不止，經急救後回天乏術宣告不治。彭男的哥哥質疑新竹監獄涉延誤就醫，表示從事粗工的弟弟沒有心臟血管病史，且獄方才做完新收檢查就發生意外，懷疑獄方忽視弟弟表達身體不適導致延誤就醫送命。
 
檢警調查，死者彭男因毒品共7次出入新竹監獄，前年11月間在湖口鄉住處施打海洛因，隔天於桃園楊梅被警方逮捕，遭新竹地院判10月有期徒刑。檢方指出，今解剖後將檢體送驗，以釐清彭男死因。

【黃揚明／台北報導】空拍紀錄片《看見台灣》不但獲得金馬獎肯定、票房熱賣，還讓國土保育、河川污染等議題備受重視，導演齊柏林也因此爆紅。不過在看見台灣還沒上映前，李登輝學校夏令青獅營就7月初就曾邀齊柏林以空拍影片讓大專學子「從空中看台灣」。

李登輝基金會秘書長王燕軍說，今年上半年籌辦地方治理研討會時，因內容觸及國土規劃議題，當時曾與齊柏林接觸，後來便邀請齊到青獅營中擔任授課講師。齊柏林在課堂上播放空拍片段，並分享空拍甘苦談，讓在場學子看了都感到很震撼。
