| 天后宮修復 修復無問題但須改善天窗

【陳威廷／台北報導】澎湖天后宮修復爭斷不斷，文化部文資局前天與多位文資學者、專家到場勘查，下午開記者會表示，這次修復重點在改善潮氣過重問題，核對施工紀錄及檢視受質疑的工程後，確認天后宮有達預期的「修舊如舊」效果，但天窗改為排氣百葉窗外觀突兀，仍須設法改善。
文資局長施國隆說，天后宮修復進度已達97%，有達預期修復效果，預計年底完工，受爭議的屋頂天窗會要求改善。文資審議委員、建築師薛琴說，外界質疑修復天后宮使用水泥不妥當，但只要比率控制在5%以下就沒問題，且可以提早讓石灰達到強度，此法也獲得聯合國教科文組織的認同。
台藝大藝術管理與文化政策研究所教授李乾朗說，平面圖看不到立體結構，才修出突出的氣窗，至於被批為希臘風白牆，則屬正常，因為白灰本來就是白色的，經過一段時間就能呈現古風。成大建築系教授張嘉祥也表示，少量水泥可以讓石灰更快達到強度，更不會破壞原有彈性。

| 福島第一核電廠機組 將完全報廢

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】日本東京電力公司(TEPCO)今天(19日)宣布，已決定將報廢福島第一核電廠的5、6號機組，並已經報告日本中央政府。加上去年四月間就已決定報廢的1到4號機組，福島第一核電廠的6座機組全部都將報廢。
「311東日本大地震」造成福島核電廠1到4號機嚴重受損，但當時5、6號機組正在接受定期檢查，並未發生核反應堆熔化，東電現在也提出要報廢福島第二核電廠的計畫。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】針對《壹周刊》踢爆永豐餘中華紙漿廠偷排鹼水，汙染花蓮溪「比日月光還可惡」的報導，中華紙漿廠發言人林谷豐今到花蓮地檢署，控告釋楊悟空加重毀謗及《壹周刊》妨害名譽等告訴。林谷豐表示，林務局的水質檢測調查是在廠區外的排水溝，依據《水污染防治法》該在放流口取水採樣，怎能在廠區外取水採樣，且這條排水溝匯入的水還包括光華村其他工業及家庭廢水，釋楊悟空的指控與《壹周刊》的報導，對長期在花蓮經營的老企業傷害很大，才決定提告。

在多金社長小資女SP中 日向社長為了解決JI tech的破產困境 大膽提出讓personal file變成open source的建議 !!!?? 這點小弟真是百思不得其解啊? 完全想不出來personal file變open source後，到底要怎麼讓JI tech賺錢啊? 而且日向的建議還讓JI tech少了每年幾百億的系統維護收入 日向社長是真的瘋了嗎? rich man, poor woman堪稱是我近幾年來最喜歡的一部日劇 本傳中日向想出的許多奇策和創意，感覺都算是高招、有可能性的突破作法 唯有最後這個open source.....到底是在搞甚麼鬼啊? 即使是google....收入絕大多數也是靠關鍵字廣告，android並沒有幫google賺大錢啊 不知道版上是否有達人可以幫忙開釋一下日向社長的最後神算呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.100.53

| 拒絕施捨金錢 惡乞丐戳瞎男子眼

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國伯明翰一名男子在餐廳用餐時，因為拒絕施捨零錢給乞討的乞丐，竟然被乞丐偷襲，右眼因此被戳瞎。
案發在本月5日晚上，一名25歲男子與友人在一間餐廳用晚餐，在街上碰到一名難纏的乞兒向他要香煙抽，遭他拒絕，這名乞丐尾隨男子進入餐廳，並改為向他乞討金錢。
經過多番要求，男子仍拒絕施捨，但提出可以替乞丐買些食物，但乞丐堅持一定要錢，接著拿出一件武器，插向男子的右眼。雖然被害人立即被送往醫院搶救，但無法保住右眼。事後惡乞丐逃去無踪，警方現正追緝他歸案。
